Just the BEST experience with Seth Millers team! Truly. They replaced all my decking with composite and not only is it beautiful but it is so well done. Better than even expected. The crew was terrific, polite, and dog loving! They took the time and effort to ensure it was done not just right but beautifully! They took the time to ensure it was done to my satisfaction and when unsure about what that might be, they asked. They were exceptionally timely...early most days. Made sure to communicate plans and schedules. Dealt well with my complicated property with a gate and lots of dogs and were very patient and understanding with them too. S.M. Miller Home Services LLC. Is a great company. I was having an issue with my furnace in my mobile home. ( I specify mobile home because some companies don't even provide heating and air conditioning services to mobile homes.) When I called the voice anawering the phone was so sweet and eager to help me. She was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day! The service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and wasn't even deterred by my barking, growling dogs. He fixed the problem in a very short time and my furnace is working better than it ever has. Their rates are MUCH more affordable than any other company in this area!! I recommend them VERY HIGHLY!!! They did a fantastic job!They removed and installed two exterior doors. Remove air conditioner that was in wall and replaced with a window. Also they removed and replaced the floor.
