I am so grateful for and absolutely LOVE the staff at this pharmacy. They helped so much when my husband was dying of cancer, they caught some major hospice medication errors and have been so sweet since his passing (he was only 48). They know their customers and take such great care of them- they really care and Go that extra mile and sometimes that can mean everything.

Anyone wondering, this is pretty much the state of Walgreens now. Literally had my medications switched to this location instead of the one in Mason because the Mason one always closed down early without any notice due to no staff. Boom same thing here at this location. It’s 7:30pm and they don’t have any staff working. I’m switching to Kroger, this is absolutely ridiculous. Plus I had to wait two days for this location to stock the medicine I needed. Hire pharmacists and pay them to stay why is this hard to do?

Great pharmacy, way better than any of the other options along the Loveland-Madeira corridor. Some of their sale prices on regular store items are pretty good deals, but their regular prices for soda, snacks, vitamins, beauty products, etc. is overpriced. But it's often worth it as a quick stop to pick up essentials on the way home and, again, the excellent pharmacy alone makes this a must-visit store in this neighborhood.

Being locked at home because COVID didn’t allowed me to yield the Pharmacy Technicians on duty today 2/10 at 1:25pm. My husband went to get my medication before lunch time 1:20pm, had to wait until the customer in front finished his payment issue and the PhT shot the door in his face because it was lunch time. Very rude from a Health field associate that was aware my husband got there before lunch and could advised he would be the last one so anyone else stand behind him. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs YOU WORK IN HEALTH FIELD (24/7) so come up with turns to take lunch and DO NOT CLOSE THE PHARMACY. There were 4 people working there why all of you need to go at the same time???

Went through the pharmacy drive thru and an older women with grey hair was very rude. I asked her if I was able to get an otc in the drive thru (there were no other customers) and she said nope and promptly hung up. Very rude and would not come back.

Drove 30 minutes to this location to get a pick-up order on 01/21/23 that I was alerted in the app was ready for pickup. Got to the location at 7:15pm, and a sign was on the door that the store would be closing at 7pm on this day with no explanation as to why, even though the store is supposed to close at 10pm. Now I have to be inconvenienced to drive another 30 minutes to get the pickup order hoping they are open when they’re supposed to be, which is a complete waste of my time and gas.

I had a Walmart drop off and my return clearly stated that I didn’t need a label: repack the items and fedex will print the label.The woman at the counter was rude and regardless of showing her the return directions continued to loudly and angrily tell me my returns needed to have a label before shipping.

I brought my daughter in for her Covid vaccine which was scheduled for 11:50AM and arrived early. 1 hour and 30 minutes later and we still have not received her shot. Very slow and inefficient process. I recommend going somewhere else unless you want to endure unreasonably long wait times.

I love this location so much. From Katie to Jamie and every one in between, they always ALWAYS give me great service. Know me by name. Greet me, talk to me, ask me how I'm doing, the front cashier always asks how my dogs are doing. Couldn't ask for a better community store!!!

Wife scheduled a Covid test here for 01/15/2022 a couple days in advance. Came up to the drive thru window on testing day, and they had a sign up saying the pharmacy drive thru was closed until tomorrow. Did not receive any notice of this, so was a waste of our time and gas.

Disappointed to see the employees not enforcing the mandated mask order. Clearly stated sign on the door and i watched employees assist customers not following the mandated rule. We all can agree or disagree but at the end of the day it is for safety. I have a 3 year old and a pregnant wife at home and when I go out to get necessities, I trust that the places that I shop at cares about our safety. Will not go back.

The pharmacist gave me shortness of breath at this location. I honestly was becoming light headed, nearly fainted, every time she looked at me. I wasn't able to pay attention to the instructions, I lost memory of everything that was said, and all I remember were those eyes. It truly put me into a situation of hyper ventilating. I am not sure if I can refill there due to my inability to breathe when I am near her. She was the nicest pharmacist with eyes that melt you, this is most likely detrimental to my health.

Besides the NP in the clinic, everyone else was extremely rude when I brought my three year old who had strep and bronchitis. They tested her for Covid and trying to get her results the people in the pharmacy were extremely rude. The other associates included refused to help. Went to CVS and will no longer be using this Walgreens.

The head female pharmacist is very rude. I have been playing the back and forth game between them and my doctor office all day. My doctor said they had recieved an approval that Walgreens had recieved my husband prescription. However, Walgreens was saying no. After calling twice the lady clearly became irritated. But, in this case I believed my doctors office. I called once again at 4pm and a man answered. You could hear her in the background telling him, "I already called the doctor tell her we're waiting." You could hear the attitude in her voice. Also, apparently my insurance has been "declining" a refill on my husbands antacid for weeks. The insurance has approved his medicine for over a year every month. Magically, it has been filled today. I'm definitely transfering all my husbands prescriptions to Branch hill Walgreens.

We went to he Clinic at Walgreens and had an appointment.We waited for over 35 minutes.My boys were treated very disrespectfully by the pharmacist, Mr. Keith Miller. He was rude and condescending. He was rude to me as well.We will never go there again.

Very unfriendly staff in the pharmacy, as I understand they are busy it’s no excuse to treat people the way they do. I tried asking a simple question and the tech at the drive through window turned off her speaker and walked away.. Very rude!!

Corey Lamson helped me with my shopping and even carried my items to the car for me! He did drop my Snicker bar, but we had a good hearty laugh about it and I even gave it to him and watched him eat it. I love this Walgreens and will be sure to come back very soon!!!P.S Your neon sign Weens not Walgreens haha! LOL-Joe Shapiro

Showed up at 6pm (closes at 6pm) and everyone in the pharmacy had already left the store....hummmm...shouldn't they be leaving at 6pm or just after? Front desk wouldn't say when they left, just that they were already gone...
