I can't tell you the number of times using pick up has completely sucked at this Kroger. I'm so done with chips packed under 4lb bags of sugar or canned goods. Paying for a large item only to receive the small size (today purchased a 18oz bag of coffee and got the 12oz bag) Train your people or hire in people that give a darn.

Pretty nice store, if a little out of my way. There was only one cart left in the store when I arrived. Luckily, I grabbed a cart from the parking lot. It felt very busy for 3 on a Monday, but the store was well-stocked. Many of the display areas were set up nice. There was some spilt milk and, although I won't cry over it, it was starting to spread as people didn't always realize they were approaching it before getting the cart in it. The cashier and bagger were polite. When I left the store, there were plenty of carts, so they must have been out gathering them.

When did the deli counter stop using numbers? Why must u be held hostage to watch how slowly the deli moves instead of using the number system so I can shop instead of standing there wasting my time???

Some of the customers were a little rude which is unavoidable this day and age. Other than that I always have a good experience at this Kroger location.

I don't typically shop at this Kroger but out of convenience I ordered some sandwiches from the deli for an event that was being held nearby. I have to say, for the many years I have been shopping at Kroger, Tara at the deli was by far the best service I have had. She was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. The sandwiches looked great and they were a hit with the crowd. I was very impressed! I am going to continue to order from this store whether it's convenient or not because I know I will be taken care of. Thank you Tara!

Great place to shop! The only complaint I have is the fruit!! The strawberries and blueberries seem to be half rotten by the time you get them home!

I did the ClickList and they sent me home with these molded raspberries. I noticed as soon as I took them out of the bag so I don’t know how the worker wouldn’t have seen it.

Freshly reorganized may 2023. More open spaces, prices can be sky high, coupons are a must. Do use the app and it will be easier to add coupons for unadvertised sale products.

Very nice store. Upscale patronage. Hard working kids working the front.Unlike the Mulberry and Old Milford location, you will not find people living in their cars in this Kroger's parking lot.

12/15/2022I was again shopping and met at self check out ANDAN..That young man is so respectful, ready always to help. Each time I see him in service he is walking between customers asking if they need any help. So nice to see good peoples.

I don't usually come to this Kroger but so glad I did. I was picking up deli items for my dad and he loves Boars Head and the Kroger's I usually visit do not sell Boar's Head. The entire staff behind the counter was very friendly, particularly Jan. She was so helpful and so pleasant. I made my way up to the checkout counter, and got in Ruth's check out lane. Another sweet and kind employee. I wanted to take the time out and give those ladies kuddos for their excellent customer service, I need to come to this Kroger more often! Great job ladies, I truly appreciate you.

I always shop here cause I love this store is so convenient and really close to my house but today I bought some cookies from the bakery... they were hard as a rock and they were supposed to be soft cookies.. I bought m&m cookies and chocolate chips cookies... also one of the youngest cashiers is very rude..

I have had multiple issues with the pharmacy and I told the manager and she was rude to me and was telling me I was trying to fill my medication too soon. It was time for my medication and it was a new script. Very rude to her customers.

I ran in for sweet potatoes, I picked up 12 packs that were on sale, forgot my rewards card. My cashier was very helpful getting my discounts. I saved over $12!!!

Produce selected by pickup team was moldy and gross! If I can see it, I'm sure they could have! I called and ket them know and she advised they would credit me next time but no credit when I went to check-out next time??Honestly, i just want someone in produce to check their stock for rotten and/or moldy items.

Really disappointed with the store after the remodel. In order to accomadate a bar in the wine section, they had to reduce the selection available and eliminate the bulk items.We have pretty much stopped using this store because it has become a high priced convenience store.Plus - I find the store's prices are higher than other Kroger store's- prices are based on demographics.

I have never received anything but exceptional service here. Sure, there have been software glitches and super busy times that only allowed for short, perfunctory conversations, but even then you could tell that they were really trying to help you. I would recommend any of this Kroger location's services, and I recommend Kroger, in general.

I was doing instacart deliveries all day for krogersand my phone was a low percent and I was in the process of doing another order while I went into store and the man at the help desk and he let me borrow his personal charging box and a pen and notebook so I could write down my list and shop while my phone charges. I thought that was amazing that he was so considerate and helpful!

Nice people, SUPER helpful, and some almost friends I see them so often:)They are a 5 except they do have some trouble keeping up in the fried chicken dept. Closing times are inconsistent. I think was 8 pm at first. Now unclear whether 7 or 730 pm, and sometimes I get there before THAT and they are out. Staff are great but not always there. I think corporate Kroger may be trying to run the area a bit too lean. I used to go to Mulberry Kroger when mine was out, but now they seem to have same issues, so I think it's big Kroger not the store.

Poor signage on outdoor plants. Manager Pamela very unprofessional and rude. I read the sign incorrectly and have had a horrible week. Her attitude and little smirk make me never want to shop here again.

Since they’ve implemented clicklist their quality control has definitely gone down. In the last 6 months we have regularly found expired food when unpacking groceries at home and gotten bad produce or expired items from the clicklist ‘pickers’ when we place online orders. The location and online ordering are convenient for us but we are starting to shop elsewhere.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this particular location. Store layout, food quality, and food availability are just as comparable to my other favorite Kroger in Montgomery.Today, I wanted to try Click List for the first time. Although we live closer to a Milford Kroger, Click List is not available at that location. So, I chose the Branch-Hill Guinea location.Grocery Shopping for my family of 9 took me about 40 minutes online including signing up, shopping, and checking out. I was able to find all of my items quickly under each department's section, and using the search feature which I found much easier than shopping in-store. I am so accustomed to where everything is in my local Kroger that when I frequent a different location I spend more time meandering than I do purchasing. This feature made the process more efficient for me.Click List also had all of my name and Private Selection brand items that I typically purchase and sale prices were clearly displayed. I especially loved how I could still order my meat from the Deli and Meat Departments. I assumed that only pre-packed options would be available. I was wrong. All of our lunchmeat, cheese, ground sirloin, and chicken breasts came packaged just as though I was physically there ordering myself!I always found grocery shopping to be the most inefficient process. We spend all of that time shopping, loading the products into the cart, only to take them out again to pay, then re-bag them, load them back into the cart, then unload them into the car, and then bring them into the house. With Click List, I grocery shopped online from 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. Selected 1:00-2:00 p.m. as my pick up time. Sent my hubby to go pick it up. Kroger loaded it all into our van and wouldn't even take a tip!When he got home, we noticed the groceries were bagged in solid plastic bags (good for us because we re-use them for our bathroom garbage cans and poop bags on dog walks) and everything we ordered was the correct product, amount, and brand.The experience from start to finish was awesome. We even offered to tip the employee, but he declined. Talk about customer service!Thank you, Kroger, for giving me my time back. Waiting in the Deli line on a Sunday after church lets out is NOT fun. No more missing Bengals games in the Fall either due to grocery shopping.

This is one of the nicer Krogers in the area, they even have a Starbucks inside. Their salad bar is very small. The strangest part of all is there is a wine bar and on Friday nights you can watch old people get drunk while you do your grocery shopping.

Snobby and prejudice workers. Area is new rich and have issues. I saw a woman at the cashier refusing the bagging boy to touch her things. That overwhelmed me with disgust. No one said anything. Pam at customer service is just pure rude and has no clue on customer service, just plain rude. Not sure how she handles customer service. Apparently if you are not white, you are not welcome.
