I called because I literally had looked 8 places, including two other Rite Aids, for a battery for my watch! They were out of them at all of those places. I called Rite Aid and Carol answered and was kind enough to not only go and check for me before I made the trip but she brought them up to the register to make my getting in and out even faster and more convenient! Thanks Carol for being focused on customer service and for making my (and my dead watch’s) day! Carol! Carol is what made the experience GREAT!

I went in 20 minutes before closing trying to find something that I needed help finding & nobody was willing to help. They only cared about closing the store & the registers. I ended up finding what I needed. Once I got to the register Linda was my cashier & she was not friendly at all you could tell she was annoyed I was one of those “late customers”. Just a poor experience. I work in retail & I would never treat a customer like this.

The one pharmacist who worked there was SO RUDE. Their drive-thru is not labeled clearly. It just says "lane one" and "lane two." Lane one was full, and if i got into lane one anyway, it would've created a traffic jam that prevented people from driving around the store. So, I drove up to lane two. The pharmacist said "are you here to drop off?" I said "I'm here to pick up for-" and she very curtly cut me off, and said "I can't just let you cut in line like that!" I was taken aback. I wasn't trying to cut, and i wouldve been more than happy to wait for her to finish serving other customers first. Again, I went to lane two because it was open and NOT MARKED as drop off only. I explained this, and the pharmacist just said "okay" and stopped serving customers all together. A second woman started helping people instead. I called the pharmacy after I left and asked if one lane was for drop off and the other for pick up. Turns out, lane one is pick up, lane two is drop off. Now, I have certainly picked up in lane two before, so this was news to me. Ultimately, what it boils down to is this: a pharmacist was very rude to a sick patient because the pharmacist expected the patient to just automatically know she can't use lane two, even though it isn't marked. That pharmacist made assumptions about me, and treated me poorly based on those incorrect assumptions. She needs to be retrained in some way.

Rite Aid corporate and the people who work in the pharmacy at this location should be absolutely ashamed of their customer service skills. If you don’t like your job, find a new one!! But DO NOT mistreat those who are coming to you for LIFE CHANGING MEDICINE!!!! How absolutely disgusting to LAUGH in the faces of those who keep you employed!!! This Rite Aid should absolutely rethink their staffing choices. Just awful.

I changed pharmacies . Been filling my BP medicine there for a year now. And when I took my prescription the pharmacist said she couldn't read it and refused to fill it.refused to call my doctors office for Verification. I had one pill left. She was rude and unprofessional. Went to walmart never said a word to the pharmacist nor was asked what my prescription was for. Until said do you know what that says she said yes. Smh.

After a couple of years of terrible service at this location and even moving scripts to Alliance Rite Aid, I am happy to see new pharmacists and assistants! The last few months have seen the pharmacy open on time, smooth service and fairly prompt refills. Honestly, no pharmacy I have found can get a prescription out quickly, but, it is far better here than it used to be. Thank you, Rite Aid!

Worst pharmacy ever. Do not know why I continue to go here. From day one. My scripts are sent over electronically over a week before needing to be filled, and they require a certain brand. Even with me calling the day their sent over, then again half way threw then again the day before asking if they ordered the right brand, I then go on refill day and guess what they didn't order it. After I was told they did. Now last month because of wrong brand and no choice but to take it ,I ended up 5 days short on my meds and now this month on refill day after verifying it for the past week. Guess what they can not process it. Computers are down but their up but they don't know when they'll be up etc etc. When I asked 3 days ago if they ordered the proper brand the response from a young girl was "Ya I filled out the stupid paper" I'm so done with this and I will be calling corporate. So incompetent.but their are a few good eggs happy to help and are aware their are issues and want them fixed. Matt head pharmacist awesome person. Their a brunette I speak with often can't think of name. Very helpful and also great person and another older women sweet as pie. Hopefully they can get the rest of the staph to care more about their jobs.

I have went to this pharmacy for 15 years and it used to be a really good pharmacy. With the new staff it has turned in to the WORST pharmacy. The women who work there are RUDE. The pharmacists is just as rude.I have dropped prescriptions off and came back 2 days later and they never even filled them.My son had surgery the other day and the girl said she had no pain meds and it would be at least a week before the get them in...then said at least 5 days at the minimum. Did not offer to call another Rite Aid or assist me in any way in getting the medication.Called the pharmacist to ask why they wouldn't have such a common medication for a week. He admitted they didnt do the paperwork they needed and then blamed it on not having the proper forms. Then he argued back and forth with me about what the lady told me at the window.Never ever had this problem with the old pharmacist and staff.To make it even better the next day...the staff decided it would be fun to call me at 8:30 at night to tell me to come get my prescriptions or they were going to put them back.9 mins later another girl called me and did the same thing and when I asked why I had 2 actual people call me she got smart and said "its a courtesy call, I'm doing my job"REALLY!! I don't know of ANYONE who gets personally calls from Rite Aid at 830 at night to tell then to come get their prescriptions before they put them back.What happened to automated calls.DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY

Couldn't seem to trouble any of the workers to come out of that front office by the registers after a long double shift in which I just needed dog food and toilet paper after. Ended up leaving for lack of effort by employees. Maybe if someone said hello or mentioned that it would be a few moments but never did

The customer service from the pharmacy at this store is atrocious. They do not do a good job of making their customers feel comfortable or help them when the problem is created by them. The pharmacy staff. They should be ashamed of themselves. Especially when the patient has a chronic condition like CANCER. They have no sympathy.

SO BAD NO STARS!!!!This pharmacy is the WORST!!!!! I've had trouble from day 1. Take in a prescription, they say 20 minutes. I wait.....45 minutes later, the pharmacist is waiting on customers and my prescription is sitting, waiting to be filled.Next, Dr. calls in a script, 9am, I go at 4 to pick it up, they haven't started it. I check my bottles for refills, they ALL say 1 refill. (I always fill them at the same time), I pick them up next day, they say 2 have no refills. Here's the best part"We faxed your Dr. yesterday", so I go to my Dr. They DO NOT answer faxes from Rite Aid. Look at my records, and guess what? My prescriptions had 1 more refill!!!!!! I AM DONE!!!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars for the pharmacy. The guy had no clue what he was doing giving a flu shot. I have never bled from one and there was a decent amount of blood and it didn’t even feel like he injected it correctly. He slapped a band aid on and then wiped up the blood and the bandaid with an alcohol pad and tried to send me off with an alcohol soaked bandaid. I asked for a new one and he couldn’t even put the bandaid on. Now I’m left with a purple swollen lump on my arm. Not to mention the consult room was cluttered and dirty and I am regretting my choices

Excellent store and super clean all of the employees are awesome! But the tall shift supervisor really stood out to me, he’s always super friendly and is amazing at customer service, best I’ve ever had!! the store has done a complete 180 since a few years ago definitely recommend over any other pharmacies!!

Had to reschedule second covid shot after getting first shot there. Told to just walk in. Walked in and told that corporate said I need to make an appointment. This is after them not having maderna for my wife's second shot and having to go elsewhere. Unprofessional, unorganized and a dozen places in the area better to deal with.

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service around. Lauren waited on us at the drive thru, we tried to spell my las name for her because it is spelt different than it sounds, we got two letters out and she walked away. Came back annoyed saying I didn't have a prescription there, we then spelt the last name for her she stormed off again. When she finally came back she didn't say a word to us just gave us the slip to sign and looked at us like we were annoying her or putting her out. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I always have a great experience at this pharmacy everyone is nice and greets you as you come in sure the drive thru may be slow but have patience everyone has certain meds that they need picked up thank you rite aid of Louisville for always making me feel good

Had to wait almost an hour to get a flu shot that I had an appointment for. I was the only one there for a vaccine, now I know why. I will definitely go somewhere else next time.

The pharmacy is a little of a wait..medication are harder to get their seem to be alot of shortage on medication... The workers are nice and the store well cleaned.

This store is the “best”. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I’m always greeted when I come in the door and on my last trip, I had trouble finding some items on my shopping list, and the worker went around with me helping me get them.The store is very clean and organized. Great job !!

What a joke. Horrible customer service, everything takes a day. Told things are ready and they aren't. On insulin and my husband went to grab it-needed it that night-and was only given syringes. Never ask if I need help or have questions with my prescriptions.

This location gave me the best customer service I have ever received! Staff is always friendly and attentive. The one occasion that I have ever had an inconvenience at this location, the manager resolved it without hesitation! Will never go to another location again!
