My dog has cancer and she treated him with love and was gentle while trimming his nails. I would recommend her to everyone. You can tell she has a heart for all animals.

Decent for the price. Got our young golden doodle groomed here a few months ago.As golden doodles can be susceptible to ear infections with the long ears, they should have their ear hairs plucked, or else they are very likely to get an ear infection. Didn’t pluck the ears at all, and he ended up getting an ear infection which we now are treating. She did do a good job at regular cleaning of the ears though.His hair was matted in a few spots, so she completely shaved him down. As golden doodles are double coated breeds, they should never be fully shaved. It can cause sunburns, and even heat strokes. I know it would’ve looked quite odd, but I would’ve understood if she just shaved the matted parts, but I am disappointed that she didn’t know that. He also came home with quite a few cuts on him from her shaving him down.Overall, it was a decent experience. She was very nice, the price was decent for the experience, but I personally will probably not come here again.

We have used Sue's services at the Magic Donkey in Louisville for a few years now for our past and present dog. She is fantastic to work with and does a great job. We have used grooming services as well as boarding services. Even with emergency notice, she has always been able to get our dog Peepers in with no problem. Our dogs have always come back looking good and with a good disposition. The rates are extremely reasonable as well!

After leaving my dogs there after a week they both became ill and I had to take them both to the vet ! I had too pay $200 for a vet bill and antibiotics for a filthy kennel experience, we definitely won't be back!!! 🤢
