Prices are higher than my high-school days and their sometimes sporadically closed due to computer errors or call off or that they don't pay employees enough to be bothered to come into work ...slave labor still alive and well w places like this. . Popar pops gone in n price and there's a guarantee that some of the fountains are broke and good luck w them coffee machines your risking 60% failure rate for a good cup of jo. They normally have 2 hotdogs up and they have way too many customers and not enough pay and break time. Good job circle k crew I know how much that must suck.

Met the most friendly person in 2 years at the circle k I believe her name is Jennifer she is so friendly considerate and kind. I've heard many people around Louisville and surrounding area saying that the store had changed for the better because of her and a store manager Carmen. I enjoy coming in and when I have questions they're always answered by both individuals. If I could give six stars I would just for the fact that the store seems to be running much better when they're around. They saying dedicated to the stores success without a doubt.

This place just gets worse by the day. Is there any management at this place? Could the workers start working and get off their cell phones please? The line is always long due to employees on theor phones.

People are horrible. Instead of the manager having employees ID every person, maybe they should make a no cell phone policy. Hate standing in line while both cashiers are one there phone. Then they want to see your ID. Go there once a day. Not once have they every recognized me lol.If there was a way to rate this place a zero I would.

This place is closed more than it’s open anymore. They constantly put a “we will be back in five minutes” sign on the front door and lock the doors with several employees standing inside talking. And it’s never 5 minutes, it is always 30+ minutes.

Brought in a reusable polar pop cup for a refill. The female employee(unfortunately I didn't get her name) asked if it was a refill to which I replied yes. After checking out and leaving the store the employee came out and said we had to buy the cup? She claimed a customer behind us whom she said she was long time friends with said we got the cup there and threatened to call the police. I went back inside and told her I walked in with the cup to which she said she watched me come in without a cup. I then asked her to check the trash for the cups packaging to which she replied those cups don't come in packaging.(which they certainly do) I the told her she should call the police so that we could get this settled I told her I was willing to wait as long as it took for the police to arrive. I was then told that she would have the manager review the tapes when he came in. At that point I left because it was clear to me she wasn't going to contact the police herself. All in all it feels horrible to be accused of theft and then when I'm willing to wait to prove my innocence to just be shunted aside is just wrong. This occurred July 26, 2019 between 4:30 and 5:30 pm

If I could put 0 I would. I went there last night in line to buy something and the employee Racheal started threatening to fight me, cussing and screaming at me in front of our customers. And in the results I was banned for the store when I didn't say anything to her. At the time it shows it on their camera and everything only thing I said was "I love you" to my boyfriend who was behind me when we started thresthreat me, and then I asked for the mangers number and I was told not to go there anymore. And she didn't do anything about it but banned me from there when I did nothing wrong but stand in line for my drink.

Dirty, unprofessional workers, stinks and why would they advertise inner circle rewards if they don’t participate in the 5 free drinks? When at checkout I entered my mobile number AND the lady scanned my member ID only for me to still have to pay for both drinks because “We don’t participate” then why did I scan the code from their door to sign up?
