She was very kind and courteous and took us through every step of the process without being impatient with our lack of media skills. Michelle was a ray of sunshine in a world of unhappy customer service representatives. She's a keeper!!

I ordered a vanity from Home Depot and the delivery guys did not honor my choice of delivery said they “couldn’t” bring the vanity through the front door of my house, then upon opening my vanity they delivered it to me with the top broken and the wood cracked, I called Home Depot and they refunded my money but left the broken vanity in my garage and said they would not be coming to pick it up and that it was my responsibility to go out of my way and take it to the store. So I re ordered the vanity again and this time after about a full month and me making multiple phone calls again they determined that the vanity was lost in transit so they refunded me once again.. at this point I have been without a bathroom for 3 1/2 months due to Home Depot’s mistakes so I call to order a THIRD vanity after they tell me they will give me a discount which came to about $80 in total. I have personally paid more money in cancelling contractors due to their mistakes and wasted WAY more than $80 worth of my time trying to get this situation resolved so they proceed to put me on the phone with Home Depot’s “leadership” to try and get the situation resolved and she didn’t even ask what kind of experience I had and had no idea what was going on. She told me that she would give me the 15% discount and declined helping in any other way didn’t even offer to come remove the broken vanity out of my garage that I ordered 3 months ago. So after the tens and tens of thousands I have spent at Home Depot I will not be returning to spend any more money in the future they can keep their 15% “discount” for my three and a half months of despair due to their mistakes and ill go pay full price elsewhere on principle alone..

Home Depot is my home away from home. My only advice that I can give the head offices is please do away with the Self checkout at this particular location. It is doing more damage than it is doing good. Great staff, Great products, Great prices.

So, I really like coming to the store, but it remains to be under-stocked... staff is helpful, and the paint department has been exceptionally helpful! We'll keep going, but you're going to lose business to the internet if you don't re-evaluate and add what items your store keeps running out of. That's my take...

I'd rate them 0 stars because the item that I bought was listed on the shelf at half the price that was listed at the register. So I was charged double, I wanted to cancel the purchase but was prevented from doing so. My parents also bought something that was marked up by the sales computer by 30%.

The pictures say it all. What kind of manager allows a lumber isle to be completely blocked off? You couldn't get a cart through either side. I could find no one to help in a timely manner so I left and drove across town to Lowes.

Closest to me so I generally come here, seems like better deals/pricing as opposed to Lowe's. Clean friendly atmosphere. Plenty of employees if you happen to need help. Love the Ryobi tools, perfect for the professional homeowner.

The Tom Petty tribute band was excellent, the brunch was just okay. My waffle was cold and soggy, the chicken over cooked. It has to be hard for them because they are plating the meals instead of buffet style for safety purposes. I would definitely return, but would probably dine elsewhere and just enjoy beverages and entertainment at the venue.

John who work the Garden Center, the worse ever, not knowledgeable at all. Why would HD put a employee in a dept., that they have no knowledge about anything, and he was somewhat rude, terrible customer service.

Customer service here is terrible. When I worked in retail we always followed the “10 feet” rule, meaning if you come within 10 feet of a customer you stop and ask if they need help finding anything. Employees here just go racing by and don’t even acknowledge you exist.

Home Depot is fine. The cashier Hailey displayed terrible customer service. All we asked for was a dollar and she had a terrible attitude. Didn’t know a dollar was going to cost so much. Hopefully Home Depot trains their employees better

Store was well organized and decorated for the holiday… but that was more of concern to the employees than assisting the customers. Customer service line had 8 people waiting to be helped, and 1 poor girl was attempting to run the register.. once we finally got in to the desk she of course had to answer the phone who had multiple people on hold. All happening while 4-5 other employees just walk past. All to pick up carpet that was previously paid for… I would definitely reconsider the management at this location if this is how he/she runs business.

No table top carts. The ones to load drywall, plywood flat on. Walked the whole store and saw 3, all being used by staff. Went to Lowes to buy 30 sheets of drywall.

I go here entirely too much. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Carpet installers that they most recently used were pretty bad...but they are easy to work with when you have problems.

Went to pick up my online order in the evening and got a major RUN AROUND. Went to front Service Desk where I was told to go down to the Pro Desk, No one there. Cashier told me I had to pickup online orders at front Service Desk. Told her I did and they sent me down here. Went back to Service Desk where cashier Called a Manager then walked back down to Pro Desk where Mgr gave me my stuff and sent me out the door. Finished loading my truck then was asked by an employee if I needed any help.Lorain Store has FALLEN BELOW STANDARDS.To bad I will have to travel to Elyria Store where they have stock and are very helpful.

Ordered a fridge and standing freezer. Was being delivered today. We confirm our address. We have the two streets it’s between and Also put it in the notes nearby place. So you would think delivery be no issues. Comes today and they went over an hour away where we live. They didn’t check the address where zip and city says Amherst. Some how end up in stow. Now we have to wait till Saturday if they don’t screw up again. We have infant and toddler and we don’t have a fridge to keep milk in. No solutions offered.

I was at Home Depot in the flooring isle. As soon as “Duane” , Home Depot associate, saw me he immediately asked if I needed help. He proceeded to help me with flooring questions and cut blinds for me. He was kind professional and helpful. I left very happy!!! Thank you Duane!

This particular store has gone down. My recent experience with this store is awful, yet again! The last couple trips left me feeling like my being at home Depot was very inconvenient to the employees there and my asking where items are, is very bothersome. Rude management at the pro desk, and I had a vendor use sarcasm because I asked where saw blades are located and the vendor scoffed at me like I'm supposed know the difference between an employee and a vendor. My deepest apologies home Depot for trying to spend my money with you and how silly of me to imagine that I should be treated fairly. I could overlook the fact that the stock person I encountered smelled like a brewery, if the rest of my experience at home Depot were close to tolerable. That pro desk really disgusted me with how arrogant the male with the glasses behaves, standing there with his arms crossed and just an angry look on his face tells the next customer that walks in the door, do not approach, I'm about to go on break!!

I like the Home Depot. I shop at all of the big home improvement stores and find them to have qualities I like and qualities I don't. Sometimes I get great help and sometimes I find the lack of help infuriating. More times than not, the Home Depot employees go above and beyond to be helpful. I appreciate being stopped in the aisle and asked if I am finding everything I need. More times than not, I don't need assistance but it's still nice that this behavior is being encouraged by the corporate office. Thanks for at least pretending to care :)
