Rose is always pleasant and extremely helpful.I called to get my sister's rescue dog groomed.They cannot accept animals that are not vaccinated...understandably so.She walked me through the process of a local store that offers a Vet Clinic.With her advice, I was able to get the little lady taken care of quickly and affordably.Thank you Rose for going above and beyond.

This place, and Rose, are absolutely amazing! I have a very difficult senior Silky Terrier. He wasn't treated well his first 2 years before I rescued him. He is terrified of being groomed and has literally been fired by every groomer I've had for the past 10 1/2 years. When the last groomer that was able to manage him left the employ of the salon she was at, none of the others were willing to take him on, as they were afraid of him. Mind you, he's 10 lbs. I then began a search for another groomer. The last Salon provided an extensive list of do's and don'ts from his previous groomer. Rose accepted this challenge! She did an AMAZING job grooming him. She did it in half the time it took anyone else ever has and she charged me half the price! I was paying double for a 'vicious' dog prior to her. My dog loves her and doesn't enter her business shaking like a leaf, terrified of what's to come. He goes to her willingly, which speaks Volumes for me and shows the love she has for these sweet pets.They know she loves them and she treats them so gently. She won over the most difficult little dude ever! She's truly awesome and I would never take my little guy to anyone other than her! She is the Best of the Best!

Rose is fantastic. Willow, our goldendoodle looks beautiful each time she is groomed. Customer service is great. Rose is very flexible with scheduling and our Willow never comes back itchy or uncomfortable.

I am Replying to the review by Edwin..The puppy you are talking about is my little one..she is very dramatic, you don't have to touch her & she will yelp..She is tethered to the table for her safety so she won't fall off of it..Rose is very professional..she has groomed by pup for 3yrs now, I respect her hard work...

On Friday went in there, lady groomer was very angry at a dog for falling off a table which he was tied by the neck too. Think about somebody else being angry at your dog. My dog reacted more violently going in there than he does going to the veterinarian. Anger is what they have, at least that lady

My little pup is quite a handful, he can get aggressive when groomed he just doesn’t like it at all, I’ve taken him to two different groomers and they both say they cannot take him back I called up pampered paws and I couldn’t be more pleased I told her upfront how he was and she was able to get him done! He came out a very happy boy and looks amazing! Price was very reasonable and I am glad to have found someone that is able to do him! I’m a happy customer and so is my fur baby 🙂

Rose is amazing, we have taken our dogs to her for over 13 years. She does wonderful job with all the various breeds we have had. From our pampered golden Dixie (12 years of service) to our hard to handle shih tzu (current). The girls love coming to see her and getting all dolled up. I will cry the day she retires.

I have been to Pampered Paws on several occasions, the owner is very accommodating to work around my schedule. My dog is always in great spirits when I go to pick her up, she must enjoy being there! Nails have always been manicured correctly and grooming results are wonderful. All good and will continue to go here with no worries.

I took my two little dogs to Smitties and, I’m embarrassed to say, they really needed grooming. They were in pretty bad shape! Rose did a beautiful job! This was a first time, and I really didn’t know what to expect. I was so impressed and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We have been going here for years. My elderly golden would not let any groomers touch her, except for Smitties. The same is true for my very stubborn Shih Tzus, one of which is a very abused puppy mill mother. We are always delighted with the results. You can trust your pets with Smitties for sure.

We took our Maltese there for the first time last Thursday, I will NEVER take her back!!! She is chopped all over, and her tail wasn’t brushed out, so I started to brush her tail and saw a 1” long dried blood in her tail and she had been shaking and extremely quiet since we picked her up! I don’t know what they did to her tail, as she is I. So much pain that I won’t touch it to examine it. DO NOT take your dog here, and besides that they charged me $45.00!!

I have been really torn on doing this review as to I am a firm believer that “if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say nothing at all.” However, the more I look at my fur baby the more frustrated I become. They were really nice women, truly. But the experience or “lack of” I’m so disappointed. Brought my yorkie in for a trim and her face basically looks butchered. On top of that very uneven. These next 6-8 can’t come soon enough. It was just a horrible job and to pay $40 plus tip? I tipped because it was a local business. But I want others to be careful I was not expecting what I got when all we requested was a “trim.”
