Terrible location for a Fed ex. Why they thought a parking lot with about 10 spots could handle a Fed ex. Not even the employees can comfortably park there. Too many accidents in this place. AVOID AT OWN PERIL.

Nice location, easy to get to, the guys were nice and helpful, especially when finding out that my package was trying to be delivered to my old address?! That wasn't their fault though. It was the sender's fault, but they were helpful and empathetic and understood my frustration with the sender. I would definitely use this location if I ever need to send something out. Hopefully going forward, places will send my packages to my CURRENT ADDRESS that was given to them when I ordered?!

Very poor service. I am still awaiting a package that I already I directly signed for online. The driver attempted to deliver the 3 times without leaving any type of delivery tag letting us know that he was here. Only reason we knew is we saw him on our camera. They claim that they are unable to see signature releases online. Bogus system and bogus service. Will not use this location for future shipping needs. The next step will be the BBB.

Never go here under any circumstance. Women working the counter on November 4 at 4pm was nothing but rude and unprofessional. Asked to have a shipping label scanned to make sure my package was shippable from her location. She denied me and then told me I had to purchase a box. Sold me the most costly box in the store at an overcharge(laptop box on signage says 18.50 was charged 20) then after the purchase was complete processed to tell me my package could not be shipped from her location. Reasonably frustrated, I asked for a refund on the box which I had not even touched yet and was denied and told to have a good day. Honestly have never written a review but I’ve honestly never been so frustrated by a process . Go anywhere else for fed ex shipping. I’d walk a parcel before I go here again

Was sent here by people from a different FedEx location, they told me I can print my return label here. The worker refused and told me they got in trouble for printing a label for a customer before. Their manager needs to be fired immediately, this is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Will be going to UPS instead.

Unreliable service; waited all day only to be told via e-mail that we'd now have to wait all day tomorrow since they didn't make it today. On-line chat just continuously asks for the same information, and doesn't seem to be a real person. Finally getting through to a real person is even more frustrating, since their only response is to tell us to sit by the phone for the next two hours awaiting a call from their "trace" department. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have. My package was due to be delivered to me today. Initially, this morning it stated by 4pm. Then it changed to 8pm. Here it is 8pm and still no package. Let me not forget to mention that shortly after 2pm one of their trucks came flying down our street with no hesitation! I had things that I needed to get accomplished today and got nothing done waiting for an unreliable delivery service! Now I'm sure that I'll have to wait tomorrow as well since no one can give me any answers! Very unprofessional and unreliable!

Wow! First off let me say they have no boxes or envelopes to put your items in.. They can't even print the labels which their company provides for them to make money off shipping my item through Mercari... Lol why would Mercari partner with a company that can't even print their own labels. The funniest part is it's this big building called FedEx shipping center and they don't even have any boxes or envelopes that you can buy to put your it lmao..

Put a trace on my next day air priority package and the female that called me back was more concerned with blowing the whistle on the delivery driver rather than solving the issue for me. This was handled extremely poorly by her. Everything was fine until she got involved. Two places of business will lose my business after using them both for over a year. Just terrible. Where's my package lady? UPDATE: AND THEY SCREWED UP DELIVERING MY PACKAGE AGAIN! THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. A NEXT DAY AIR PACKAGE GIVEN TO THE WRONG HANDS AGAIN. UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE. 6/19/17 the female working there is thee most inconsiderate, unprofessional and lazy person I've ever seen working for any establishment in my entire life. It took everything in me to not embarrass her in there!

Very poor customer service. Girl behind counter was very unhelpful and didn't know anything about services. She said there was no one to ask for help. Hours are short and leaves very little time for pic up or drop off. Always rude people in building! Will be using and going to UPS! At least the staff is friendly, helpful and you can count on your package getting to it's location!

Mask Mandate is over in Ohio. Masks are ineffective. Just take my packages and stop forcing me to do things that are no longer required. Tired of all the BS to put up with once no hassle services. We don't have to shop here. Do better.

Not posting updates on deliveries purchased thru Walmart. Unable to give times of when package is expected to be delivered. Telling me it’s arriving by the end of the day Saturday and it hasn’t. Then saying end of the day Monday. Then end of the day Tuesday. My delivery date is “pending” this is why amazon has stomped your worthless business to dust and they will continue to do so. USPS, FedEx, UPS are horrible . Glad you’re all failing.

This location has terrible hours. The waiting room is the size of a closet. During the holiday season the line is out the door. There is only one employee to help customers. The parking lot is always full.

Worst experience ever. The hours are 4-7pm Monday-Friday which in inconvenient enough. I arrived at 4pm and there were 5 people ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes to even enter the store and drop off my package.

Only allowing 1 person at a time right now and a man is in there, while 6 of us wait outside for atleast 45 mins now, that has about 50 boxes. Why can’t he be told he has to wait to clear us outside. There really should be a limit until further notice

Absolutely a horrible representation of FedEx. Young girl working the counter is rude and unprofessional. No help whatsoever. Shipped a package next day to my elderly and handicapped parents in Amherst, Fedex called to advise of delivery time-NOT RANGE of time. Truck showed up 2 hours prior didn't knock or ring the doorbell (complete waste of everyone's time there) left door tag with no time stamp-had to research that! When my parents went to the location-which doesn't open until 4PM, the handicapped door was broken. The girl was rude when dealing with my parents and offered no assistance to receive the package, other than to punish them the next day by not having the driver drop the package off 36 hours AFTER the first attempt!!! When trying to track the package or get an updated delivery time all FedEx agents at 1-800-Go-FedEx were unsuccessful because the driver doesn't download his scanner. Pathetic that FedEx allows a location like this to exist, all other experience with FedEx is above and beyond professional and helpful. The district office needs to investigate this office.

Had to pick up a signature-required package. Entrance from Baumhart Road not marked. Look for the sign that says Lorain Industrial Park, just north of Route 2 Exit. FedEx office several buildings down on the left, just past the Blind Dog Gym (?!). Once there the pickup was simple and easy. Only open from 4 to 7 most days, though.

They are lazy and never on time, like I can eat a whole thanksgiving dinner and cook a thanksgiving dinner and they still won't be on time, and when you have to pick up something it takes 30 mins to even get your gift or delivery. Go to ups
