We adopted our little dalmation mix from AARF about 2 years ago. We found them on petfinder.com and drove about 2 hours to see the dog we saw on petfinder. The women who we met obviously cared for the dogs in their care. We couldn't wait to adopt. The women then drove our adopted dog to our house, a 2 hour drive for them, to bring her to us and to do the home check. It has worked out beautifully for us and for Tally. Thank you to them.

I adopted a amazing lovable pitbull from them. I looked everywhere for a pit but they have so many so I went and checked them out.I found them on some Petfinder app just like the other review. I found my forever companion thanks to them. The dog had all his shots and was neutered,they even gave me a leash and collar for him! The staff and rescue owners were so pleasant to me. The adoption process was very smooth.

My husband and I drove three hours away to see a dog named china (a great and a cute elder pitbull) (we found her on Petfinder) to hopefully adopt her but we didn't feel a spark. so we continued to look through dogs and meet them and the staff was kind enough to show us more dogs even though they were closing in 5 minutes. After meeting 5 dogs total we ended up finding Domino who is an amazing dog and perfect for us. We soon adopted him (today actually) and they drove him three hours away to bring him to us for our home check. (That's amazing) he came with all his shots,he was neutered and is microchiped. We payed very little compared to all the gas they spent getting out her plus neuter,shots and microchiped. This rescue thinks about their animals more then the money. I highly recommend going here. The staff is super Friendly and helpful and the adoption fee is cheap. It was really worth the time and effort we took to get out their and meet the dogs. I wish I could give 10 stars. They took the dog we adopted to the vet for a wellness check and it turns out he may need eye surgery down the road and they stated they will cover that cost for us. THAT'S AMAZING! tell me what shelter would do that for you after you adopted the dog? I highly recommend adopting from here even if it's a long drive it's definitely worth it!

I adopted my ‘ Calico Rose’ from here. Everyone was extremely helpful, no pressuring. Let me take my time with each cat I had interest in. I’d love to post before and after pictures of this once shy companion.

Very welcoming friendly polite and helped with advice for other animals a no-kill shelter that care more for the animals than the profit and will keep them for the moment that they get the animal till they pass if not adopted truly care for the animals and very helpful. A non-profit shelter that loves their animals
