Called and asked about which brands of shoes were good for people who walk/on their feet all day. Associate was very helpful. I went in the store and again very helpful. Checked on me seversl times while I was trying on different brands. I couldn't use klarna to pay for the shoes but she managed to get me a 20% discount. Very satisfied.

I love this store. It's definitely not the same atmosphere since the man who managed it passed but the one young lady that always worked with him is doing great. Today there was a mask issue between two customers and she held herself COMPLETELY professionally! Every single other customer including myself applauded her.

I would leave them 0 stars if I could. Bought a pair of shoes wore them one time to work. They hurt my feet so bad I had to go sock footed the last half of the day. They won't give me credit toward another pair of shoes or my money back. I'll not ever go back.

My daughter and I visited this store for the first time this evening with the intention of purchasing two pairs of shoes. I’m not sure what exactly was going on but there was some sort of customer disturbance. It led to threats between the customer and I think an employee. The escalation and how it was handled made me concerned for the safety of my daughter and myself. We got out of there and don’t intend on returning.

I went into this store and was looking @ a pair of womens timberlands work shoes. I pulled the left out of the box and the insert was loose, flopping inside. It was falling apart before I put my foot in it. 100$-no thanks!😠😠😠😠
