Was looking through my reviews in my hometown of New London and realized I have never reviewed Millers. I worked here for 5 years a long loong looooong time ago. (Let's not do the math on how long ago) I will always remember the amazing atmosphere.. the great coworkers.. and my ridiculous boss telling me that a full shelf is a happy shelf.. Still one of my favorite jobs I ever had. They have a good selection of stuff to buy too. ;D

Only reason why I'm giving 1 star is because on multiple occasions, my wife or myself have been completely ignored at the bakery or Deli counter. The rest of the staff is extremely kind and helpful and should be commended for that. I was just in there and stood by the Deli with no other customers and 3 employees all looked at me and said nothing. I waited patiently because they were busy doing prep work but not 1 of them even had the mindset to say " give me a minute please and I'll be with you". Instead they just ignore you. I would expect much more from a small town grocery store. Other than that, the store is great. Employees are great.

Decent prices. They actually have an app for more savings. Seemed like a good place to shop. They dont take a Miller's card at this location.

The bakery and deli here is the 2nd best thing about this entire town- only below the park/playground in town. Staff is friendly & helpful and aisles are wide & comfortable. Prices are clearly marked, I'm never guessing or looking all over the place for something.

For a small town store, if you absolutely need something in a crunch, go ahead. Sometimes you can find great deals on meats, but a lot of other things are outrageously priced. There is no diverse food selections. The ethnic food sections absolutely suck. I'd love to see more authentic hispanic, Asian, and other culture's products in a shelving section and in a freezer section.They take advantage of the fact that there isn't another grocery store within 25mins of town, and customers pay. The staff is helpful & we do have our favorite cashier's, but overall, I try not to shop here too much because of the prices.

This place is absolutely trash, do yourself a favor and take the extra 20 minutes and go shopping in Norwalk than waste your money at this establishment. The cashiers arent bad they’re usually kind but the deli seriously needs some new employees overall who aren’t old and bitter. Everytime i go i always have the deal with the Linda who makes the experience unbearable, shes so unpleasant to deal with. Good hometown grocery store. Deli has cakes, donuts, meats, fried chicken, potato salad, cookies. New items come in often. With new mobile app a lot of free stuff plus discounted items each month. Worth downloading the app.

Decent pricing for a small town grocery. The app is where the savings are found, the only draw back is the inability to enter your phone number at the register. You must physically have your phone. Friendly staff, quick check out.

Too expensive. Just because its a small town grocery store miles and miles away from any large chain store they jack their prices up. i get it to an extent esp for non common items, but forbevery day items i.e. milk i dont expect to have to pay $3 a gallon when its $1.59 elsewhere. They dont have a very good selection on healthy things but a wide variety of junkfood items. The only reason why i gave it 2 stars is SOME (select few.) of the staff are very nice and helpful.

I went in this store for the first time several days ago. It was uninviting...almost dreary. I expect a grocery store to be bright and well lighted with some semblance of order.What I was met with was a low lit, almost dark, store that appeared old and run down. I had difficulty finding things as the aisle signage us not very accurate and there was no employee to be found. What I did find of the things I was looking for were overpriced which I didn't expect.When I got to the checkout I was barely greeted as the cashier was talking with another cashier.

This USED to be a great friendly home town groceries store. Produce, meat always fresh. If we had an other store in town I would not set foot in it. The former employees are still nice but just not what it used to be. Its sad.

Great little local grocery store that has a few unique offerings. They offer a small selection of sushi as well as a song bar. Good weekly sales a small sampling of everything you need as far as the basics.

Watch the vegetables the shelf life is short. Watermelon last less than a day rotted on the counter. Melon lasted two days and rotted and both were unable lost 10.00

Great little grocery store, small liquor section (decent selection), wonderful little deli (definitely try the crabmeat salad), it's clean and employees are friendly. This store is a breath of fresh air from the large grocery store chains!

Have shopped at Miller's in New London since I was a kid. Service is always friendly and helpful. They have great management and staff. Stocked with everything you need , food, booze, health care, and outdoor needs.

Went in to buy a birthday cake and some candles. Found them, of course, but then changed my mind and bought a pair of camping propane canisters. I thought my buddy would like the practical gift more than a decorated cake and candles. He turned 45 yesterday, and he owns one of the other businesses I have reviewed in Chicago.The long and the short of it is that you come to miller’s if you need birthday candles or propane, or some marinated salmon, which I ate for dinner.Tysm

Every time I go there when I know stuff is ebt approved and each time I go there either their workers don't know how to put it in right or they have issues with the ebt I won't recommend anyone to go there with a ebt card because they will tell you nothing is approved and it is
