Talk about price gouging, a week or do ago their made in house cookies were 3.99, today same cookies 5.99, 1lb of provolone cheese over 9.00, absolutely outrageous, I read inflation is under control, not at Krogers.

Nice staff. Helpful when you need it. Clean store. Not a lot of options on town but much better than Walmart.

If I could give MINUS 10 stars I would! We went here yesterday 01-19-2021 for grocery pick up, as we have several times before. After this incident on 01-19-2021 NEVER again will we shop or buy food from here, it was the last straw!Several grocery pick ups ago we had really bad dented cans of food, I threw them away. A Salmon can was dented and compromised on the bottom seam, I threw it away. Bread with only two days until it expired, and liquid chip dip, I threw it all away. My pie turned upside down in the bag with cans on top of pie, a slimy bag of lettuce. It almost seems someone is doing this with a purpose, BUT THE WORST!! was today on 1-20-2021 we had some POTATO SALAD for lunch from yesterdays purchase on 1-19-2021, I noticed it tasted funny. I looked at the cartons expiration date it said 12-25-2020!! It was Kroger's brand made with mayonnaise. My stomach started feeling off so I called their corporate office to document the incident, just in case we get really sick. I understand people make mistakes, and I also understand that some people just don't really care. I refuse to let a lack of procedures concerning food safety just pass under the radar. So London, Ohio Kroger's you have lost a customer for life and if we get sick, you'll be hearing from us!

I honestly hate this store. Every time I’m there it’s some bullsh%#. I don’t have these experiences at other krogers. For one, they have issues with things being marked correctly. They’ve done stuff like changed the sign when they go back to check when it’s rung up which I find very dishonest and now take pictures of everything. It’s also happened to people I know. I will be reporting to weights and measures as there’s more stuff on this last trip that was marked one way and rang up another. On top of that they are frequently out of things that Walmart always has in stock. Tuesday I stopped at Walmart for socks, then Kroger, then had to go back to Walmart to finish getting 1/4 of the things on my grocery list. It’s also frustrating figuring out if they’re out of something or if they’ve moved it since they move stuff so often. Gotta look up and down aisles multiple times. Huge hassle. Also walked through some spilled blue stuff while I was there. I hadn’t noticed it while my eyes were up locating where to go for the item I needed. It was still there with not even a floors wet sign up an hour later when I left the store. Now today I notice that the bread I bought there yesterday is literally molding. What?! The store is neglected. I blame managment because this has been an ongoing issue for a good 10 years. Just straight neglect. And I know turnover rate is high. I’ve considered working there weekends over the years for extra $ but I’ve heard the managment is awful through the grapevine too many times.

I've seen a nice improvement of this Kroger. Love the unique items in the health food aisles. Every time I've gone, if I come across an employee, they ask how I'm doing and if I'm finding everything okay. Self-checkout employees are quick to respond for coupons or alcohol purchases. Ordered a birthday cake a few years ago and it turned out perfect. They also have the best watermelon I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I love this store! Came out to London to get away from Columbus hoopla! Shelves were stocked, people were actually friendly, unlike Columbus! No lines to wait in. Cashier was friendly! Groceries were bagged properly for a change!! Thanks, will be taking that 25 min drive next week to buy my groceries!!

Great place to shop. Meat and seafood is always fresh. Great selection of import foods. Usually always busy but they can get you through the line quick. Staff is very friendly. This particular Kroger is open until one AM. I would recommend this grocery store. With the Kroger card and app you save at checkout and you earn fuel points

Neighbor on the meat department I taken away all the Specialty Meats now if you want a stuffed pork chop you have to go to the meat counter asked them to slice it in half and tell him what kind of stuffing you want by the time you get done with all that you might as well do it yourself instead of paying their outrageous prices. And they keep changing the aisles around three times

What makes this store great is its employees. They are all very friendly and ready to help, should your need arise. The quality of Kroger's in-store brands are vastly superior to Walmart's as well. Now if ONLY Jerry was allowed to purchase beer again, maybe there would be some variety

I've been going to Kroger's my entire life. Never had any issues, employees have always been nice & helpful. My only complaint, and it's just been recently, is I've gotten home and noticed things that I've bought have been expired. Not just by a week or two....like a whole year. So now I ALWAYS check the dates on EVERYTHING I buy. Other than that I prefer Kroger's over Wal-Mart ANYDAY. 🤷🏽♀️

Wal-Mart is cheaper. No card no down loads. Krogers is nice but I cant buy meat there. To high. For instance my friend eats Hershey bars all the time. At krogers they were over 4 dollars now over 6. Wal-Mart's 6 pack is a little over 3$. Now thats a saving.

Hayley at the deli was very rude. She was helping me at the lunch meat counter and I asked for some fried chicken and she told me she had to help the person who was standing there and then he was very rude. She wouldn't have even walked down there if I hadn't asked for chicken, she would have helped the girl behind me who'd been standing there equally as long. Instead of waiting I left and left everything I was buying and went to Walmart. I don't see why she'd stop helping me to help someone else out of turn. Very very rude.

They are always very nice and get you through the line quickly. I haven't had any issues at all. I have bought many marked down items and have never been treated like a criminal. If something rings wrong they are always quick to fix it.

Customer service is lacking and keeping the store clean seems to have become a lost art. I will say the do tend to keep the lines to wait for a cashier down but I was in last week and dropped a quart of chocolate milk in the dairy cooler after a run, i came back today and the same milk stain is still under the chocolate milk section of the dairy cooler.Added new photos on 6/25 same choc milk stain under the shelves and no one seems to care, really sad an unsanitary

The bakery made up for a mistake made a few days earlier. I ordered specific doughnuts and the order was wrong when I picked it up. One of the girls working in the bakery was really helpful. She took it upon herself to make sure my order was corrected. She is an asset to Kroger and was nothing but helpful to me. She seems like she really took the minor mistake to heart and made it right. This girl needs to recognized for her hard work and genuine passion for the customer!

I grew up in this town and Kroger has always been a part of my life. My mom shopped here and I would tag along with her so I got to know their products and employees, many have retired from here years ago, but I have always had a fondness in my heart, a lot of memories of this particular Kroger, although it has changed location several times and, as stated previously, new employees. Still with that in mind, it has always been clean, well stocked, up to date, comparable prices and savings a bit better than elsewhere, especially with the rewards program!

Worst kroger ive ever been to. Ive lived on the west and south sides of columbus, hillard, and canal winchester never had any issues with any of them. But londons kroger takes the cake the shelves are constantly empty it doesnt matter what it is soda, bread, ketchup, milk. I mean do they never restock the shelves the place is dirty and alway being workd on lazy employees act like its a burdon if they have to do anything

I go here for all my groceries. Meat is a bit expensive, but the fish counter is very reasonably priced and well stocked. I would also advise going to a Walmart for all of your not explicitly food groceries, baby and pet supplies are all better off picked up elsewhere. But as a one-stop food shop it's my go to place.

I have a Maltese ESA. She goes everywhere with me. She is a dog a very small dog. Three times while buying groceries she could not hold herself any longer and pooped. I carry all necessities needed for such accidents. It happens she is a dog. I clean up after her and put her little logs in the bags. Then I sanitize the floor area. Throw the bag away or place in my purse until I can find a trash can or am home. I then sanitize my hands with wipes. Scold her and go on with our shopping. Last time I was in Kroger and it happened the manager came up to me immediately invading my personal space The poor dog did her duty by standing firmly between us as he proceeded to yell at me at the top of his lungs. I asked him to please talk softer that he was embarrassing me and he said he didn't care to get that animal out of his store. He proceeded to. Tell me she was not a service animal. I asked if he would like to read the letter from my Dr and he yelled no he didn't care just get her out. I asked if I could get one more item and pick up my prescriptions he finally said make it quick. To my fellow neighbors, I am sorry when she does have an accident but it cannot be helped. There is no way of predicting when Mother Nature will play a part in an animals life. But London Kroger lost, because I spent well over $2000 per month at that store and have not returned since. To the Kroger company, my Dr. wished me to sue bit instead I have chosen to contact the Americans with Disabilities Association. Mr. manager you were wrong!

I love the London Kroger store! I live closer to another Kroger store and always make the drive into London due to the great customer service and their ability to keep their shelves stocked. I also shop for my elderly grandmother and they always have what she wants in stock as well.

They have a lot of young staff that lack in customer service and can't seem to help keep the check outs running smoothly. They also stopped selling some of the brands I specifically went to that store for. The only bonus is the fuel points. Which is why I still buy bare minimum basics there. The rest I get at walmart.

I absolutely love this Krogers. Very Hometown feel, everybody's friendly, and the store is very clean. I actually worked at this Kroger 17 years ago it was my first job. There is still a lot of the same staff there from when I was working there. That should tell you something, good place to work good place to shop.

This is a nice kroger with a lot of options. Not hing especially fancy, just what you would expect of a kroger in a nice area. It has sushi and a bakery section as well as a butcher and some pre made fresh food. There is also a starbucks in store. I didn't notice any customers not wearing masks though we did go when not many people were there.

This store is always busy but always understaffed. But that is the way Kroger is. I worked for Kroger for 12 years. I can tell you firsthand that the more sales a store does, the less employees they schedule to work. They do this to maximize profit. That is why they rely on the U-Scans instead of scheduling cashiers. The aisles are not wide enough because of all the aisle displays. It almost impossible to get around in this store and you cannot stop to look in the aisles because someone always wants through. The managers all frequently leave before 5:00pm, even on the weekends, which was unheard of when I worked for Kroger. Also, the store is frequently understocked. They are frequently out of items, often for weeks at a time. With the store being understaffed, you will not be able to find any one to help you, especially in the general grocery section. Kroger always used to schedule evening Perimiter grocery clerks for customer service purposes. They did away with those a long time ago.The grocery set does not make sense either. For example, half of the soap/cleaning products are in one aisle and the other half are in another aisle. The meat is generally all cut in Cincinnati, flashwrapped and sent out to stores a week later. The days of getting fresh cut meat and fresh ground beef at Kroger are pretty much gone. What meat they do cut in this store is generally not trimmed very well. I have seen steaks in there with an inch of fat around the inch. 1/4 inch is supposed to be the standard. All in all this not one of the better Kroger stores, but then a lot has changed in the Kroger Company since I started working fo Kroger in '89 and even since I left in 2001. The Meijer on Hilliard-Rome Road in Hilliard is a better option if you are willing to make the drive there.
