The employees at this location are always so nice, very helpful and pleasant. Ordered a pup cup without realizing they charge and didn't have enough for it so the girl at the window gave us one on the house and when I ordered another blizzard, we both forgot and as I was leaving, here comes one of them running out to my car to make sure we had it before we left.

Worst place to go late showed up at 9:45 ordered. Was ask to pull over to a spot so we did . We sat there till 10:20 as everyone that was behind us got there food and left .we finally gave up after sitting there 5 more minutes and left without getting anything. Very poor customer service if you ask me

We ordered ice cream cones through the drive thru tonight and my 7 year old son wanted sprinkles and a face. The guy that took the ordered said they wasn't sure they could do that. When we got up to the window his cone has sprinkles all over it and the girl made a face out of icing. I didn't get her name but she made my son's night. Thank you again for going out of your way to make a little boy happy.

So, unfortunately, I have to edit a review I made for this Dairy Queen about 6 months. My previous review was 5 stars, but this one is not even going to be close. I ordered online because I live 20 min from the store, and I just prefer pre-ordering. The set time for pickup was already 30 min after ordering so i figured it should be ready on arrival. When I arrived, there was a line around the building, and inside. I was unable to get anyone's attention to tell them I had an online order, but then the young lady called out my name and proceeded to hand me my two ice creams, and started to walk away. She seemed startled when I told I also had food. She walked into the back a moment, then came back and told me I might as well take a seat, it was going to be awhile. I made her take back the ice cream (which was for family members at home, not me) and put it in the freezer. I then waited 25 min, and finally saw someone finish my order, say it was done, write my name on it, and set it to the side. I waited a few more minutes, and finally, I had to call out to the young woman as she delivered other person's food, and ask if I could get my bag. She stopped and got it for me, including my ice cream back out of the freezer. I paid $32 for my food and waited almost an hour. I'm giving 3 stars only because, except for the fries, the food was still pretty good. I understand that there are busy days, but they did not appear short staffed. According to other customers, a major coupon had come out that day causing the backup. I believe they should have been more prepared given that it was a Saturday night. Also, the customer service bordered on ridiculous. I don't know if I'll be back anytime soon.

Just lazy service. And prices are to high to not get what I expect. Then to bring up this issue to the girl, and be told "oh we don't do that." When I know darn well DQ does...you all can kick rocks.If I order a swirl cone, I expect that, and it to be pretty. Not just lumped ice cream. That "used" to be the magic of DQ.I can get what I got from McD's for half the price...so that "magical" difference MATTERS.

Upon the first visit here the food was ready in under a minute and it was great.The staff was very friendly and patient taking our orderAll in all a good place in my opinion .Will definitely visit this location again.

Online order for three blizzards 2 small and one medium with no extras in them (cheesecake pieces, etc.) Last Thursday, was super busy I understand with sports and everything but was asked by numerous employees what I was waiting on never got it waited half hour. But I want you to keep in mind that I ordered this at 7:15 got there about 8 so I was hoping that they would put it in the freezer and wouldn't be soup-like but wasn't even ready at all. Honestly I'd rather give my business to the other shop in London (Terry's)And I don't know if that owner reply is auto generated or if they actually say the same response. Sorry we didn't satisfy your craving???? What are you talking about read the reviews my story and I'm sure many others as well is I didn't even get it at all. How could I even k ow if you didn't satisfy my craving. You should be offering a refund or a credit of some sort. Very poor.

We ordered 2 of the 6 buck lunch. A chili cheese coney, french fries, medium drink and a sundae. I would highly recommend this Dairy Queen. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and fast service.. Our order was taken quickly. Our food was delivered quickly. Our sundaes followed shortly thereafter. Timing was perfect. The food was prepared to perfection. To the Dairy Queen employees. Thanks for doing a tremendous job. We will be back soon!

Blizzards are like milkshakes, the food was cold and told to pull and park when no one was behind us. Waited forever for food, probably why the blizzard was all soft sitting there on the counter. 😖

Best Dairy Queen I've been to. We live in west Columbus & are often out in London, but only today stopped in for a bite to eat. Very friendly young lady at counter. Delicious burgers, even went back up for dessert when we finished. Worth the drive from crazy town out to London if you're craving some DQ 😄

Ordered our meals at the drive thru, was told the price, paid by credit card. When asked to pull over to await fresh food we noticed we were charged for 3 chili dogs that we didn’t order. When we told the employee he immediately notified the manager. The manager Jeremy came out and without question took our card and ran a refund. He makes a great manager.

food was reasonably good, and average for a fast food joint but they did not allow substitutions, which was pretty lame. Seems like most reputable restaurants do and should offer this basic request (to be specific, we requested fries instead of toast, they said no)

Staff was nice and the food that I got was good. However, when ordering I was sold two orders of the new pretzel sticks which I was excited to try so I told my husband to go ahead and buy them for an extra $4. We are told to pull into a parking space to wait for our order. Food finally came, we got the two chicken orders but the pretzels are missing. I’m shouting at the girl as she’s running away from our car and tell her what we’re missing. Almost 10 minutes later she finally comes back out and apologizes and admits she gave it to another car. She’s already gone when I open the bag and it’s a double cheeseburger. My husband opens his order and there’s 4 chicken strips for his 6 piece order. There’s a reason we don’t like to try new places and it looks like this place normally does great but today a new customer is not coming back.

Pretty bad when I've been through the drive through 3 times and 3 times they pulled us off to the side and made us wait for our food. This time took over 15 minutes. Terrible place to eat if your a busy person. Cashier was extremely rude also. Wish I could give them -2 on the reviews.

The drive through line was long but moved fast. We actually had a big and somewhat complicated order due to having company. It didn't take them long at all to prepare our order. They got it perfect and it came out piping hot. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I've been ordering since the beginning of the month of may and have it delivered because I'm in a semi and not in a car. They never fix my cheeseburger right and tonight the cheese was not mealted and the burgers where raw. I guess that shouldn't expect anything different in fast food.

Tonight our order was so messed up! The pop was only 1/2 full, no bread with meals, missing a chocolate shake with fudge, ordered a medium blizzard and got a small, and the chicken strips were nugget size. Usually very good food and service, but tonight they blew it!!

We went through the drive thru and got 3 combo meals, we went home and found out that a sandwich was missing. When I called, the young woman that answered was very polite and said they would replace our whole order. She went above and beyond in fixing the situation. Great food, and awesome staff. Thank you!!!
