A shout out to Lori the associate! On Sunday Dec 17 I was looking for an item that got moved to the front of the store. Even though she was extremely busy, Lori stopped what she was doing to help me get the item from the bottom of the pile. Not once did she make me feel embarrassed for putting her through such an ordeal. In fact, she cheerfully served me and wished me happy holidays. This is what you call going above! Thanks Lori at Logan Ohio Walmart!!

I shopped at this Walmart for the last 20 years, (almost every day) and they still card me for beer! I am a 45 year old man that looks 50. This Alex woman has seen my id over a hundred times! At this point she is doing it just to make me angry. Now on I'm going to Kroger where they treat their customers with respect!

Clean Supercenter. Nice place to stock up before heading to the caves, cabins, and trails. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Good prices. Market for fresh and frozen foods. Lots of parking. Easy on/off 33.

Store is clean, staff is always courteous, and checkout lines move quickly. I enjoy speaking with the knowledgeable people in the garden department about plants in the summer/fall.

We bought a record player from here and let me just say they are junk! We got the 2 yr protection plan and that was pointless we can return it to get our money back walmart nor the manufacturer was any help do not but those junk things!🤬 we have taken a big loss in money with the record playing and all the records never again

I am from northeast Ohio, close to the wadsworth area. I have not seen a Walmart near me that has been so in stock in a long time! I loved how everything on the shelves were in stock and tidy, there was a good stock on camo, guns, and knives. There were lots of in person cashiers. And the ol lady even noticed there was a jewelry counter. All in all this Walmart is ran exceptionally, and it reminded me of the standards that Walmart had in the early 2000’s. And I wish more Walmarts were ran so well!

Had oil an filter change. Got it done quickly but. Things on the list that I talked to them before they started like vacuuming an clean windshield. If you look at the list this was part of the service. The guy behind the counter when I talked too him said yes they should be doing everything on the list which makes me think what other things they dided do

I'm glad they allow employees to use their earbuds to listen to music but maybe the cashier's should try doing their job more and listen less

The online pickup ordering is a joke. You can pick a time slot and fill your cart then when you go to check out they will make you choose a different time slot. Many times the new time slot is the following day. Staff will tell you they can’t do anything about it. Do better!

Will make you wait for half an hour just to tell you they can’t get your car in for a oil change in time . Even when you showed up a hour and half before they close. Horrible customer service.

So on 11-12-2023 my mother and 4 year old brother went to Walmart in Logan Ohio someone put something on the handle of the shopping cart and my brother's eyes started burning and swelling shut. He broke out in hives and his throat started closing. She ran him across the parking lot to urgent care. They gave him a Cortizone shot and Benadryl. She went back across the parking lot to Walmart to get the groceries that she had paid for. She went to the customer service center and there were other people there complaining about the same thing happening to them. Something was on the handles of the cart. Walmart said they were going to call the police I called the police today they never received a call they were never notified so I called Walmart. The people at Walmart today said that there was no record of any of this happening, my 4 year old brother had issues yesterday from this and this morning I had to give him more Benadryl because he still has some hives and one eye is almost swelled shut and burning so everyone please be careful and wipe your carts off before using them or putting a child in themapparently the safety of children and elderly is outweighed by the fear of bad publicity because Walmart did not handle this correctly so we have no clue as to what we’re on the handles of those shopping cart, which makes it harder for a doctor to try to treat someone

Automotive is a joke! Told my wife the oil in her truck was off the dipstick, it was not. Second time, she checked it before she dropped it off……they said the same thing AGAIN! To top it off, if you bring outside tires that pass inspection standards, they still refuse to mount them. Will not go back! Anyone that does, check your fluid levels before and after!
