They have discontinued a lot of things I shop here for. I can really limit my shopping to Kroger instead now which is sad and more expensive. The meat quality here is terrible especially the hamburger

Great prices a lot of unknown brands but also some name brands that you have faith in.

It's Save-A-Lot, there's not too much bad or good to say. The bad, do not buy meat here, sometimes something bad is covered by a ton of seasoning covering the meat. The good however is great. Customer service is always very friendly, and prices are always on point to get the savings you expect. My advice would be to cook whatever you purchase within a day or two, it's usually not good much longer.

Left with a cart full of groceries thinking I may have went over my budget but when I cashed out, my balance wasn't even near the price I was thinking it was going to be. Super glad too because now days I can barely afford Kroger's. I'll go to Save A lot for groceries & Kroger's for fruits & veggies. The cashier's are super nice & helpful. Good place to go to afford food for a big family & save money that could go in gas or other necessities.

I've been coming here for a couple months now for their meat. I can't afford kroger or walmart anymore. But just because the meat cost less here doesn't mean it is less quality. In fact I only get my meat here now. Their fresh cuts of pork and beef are the best tasting I've had in years. Landon in the meat department even goes above and cuts me extra meat if there is not enough. I highly recommend getting your meats here. Their pork shoulder steaks are to die for! Sometimes if you're lucky. you can even find unique frozen seafood such as clams in shells, fully cooked scallops and king crab legs!

Great place for deals on meat and a large frozen section. Sells mainly store brand goods, mixed quality. Some brand name items, brand name items also change often. Update 2021. I still go here but not very often nowadays. The prices are still good but the staff isn't helpful or interested in doing their job. There are a couple employees that are really nice and helpful but I never saw them very often. I go to Kroger now.

A review from an old employee: I worked at this Save A Lot for a little over a year (I left once for a month from a career change, then came back to work both places), and it wasn't a bad place to work. Flexibility, home/work balance, etc. The only issue I had was with management and employee treatment, very poor management and they do not resolve any issues. I was even harassed by a manager/cashier and nothing was done about it. It's a shame that a business can go downhill and go from great to a poor place to work.As a customer, I enjoy the low prices and I shop here regularly. The prices of the meats are the lowest in town, and always fresh/well cut. The meat cutters Will and Dave are/were always willing to help and cut meats to the size and cut that you want.. not many places will do that for their customers. The quality of the foods are great (although sometimes they are short handed in certain foods). I would give Save A Lot 4 stars as a customer, and 2 stars as an old employee.

The customer service here is great, the workers are always super friendly and helpful.The store itself is spacious &always clean.Unfortunately for me, their placement of items and overall organization of the aisles is all over the place, makes no sense and just frustrating!Also*(in my personal opinion)*they dont have a great variety or wide selection of foods.I rarely leave here with what I intended to purchase;not alot of choices,at least not for my family&I particular wants&needs.-They very well could have exactly what YOU are wanting? So don't let that deter you. I will say though,prices aren't all that shocking with savings?I haven't once"saved alot" yet honesty?I also rarely come here&only do because this store is the closest one to my house. If I need something quick,or don't feel like going into town, this is my go to.

Every. Single. Time. I get MOLDY fruit. It's become almost a joke around town that you should never get your berries from there. Every time I have called the claim to always check the fresh produce. They're lying. I never see anyone checking anything in fresh produce. And I've been going there since the 5th grade and I'm now turning 27 this year. I'm on a budget and "make too much" to get food stamps. So can us poor people PLEASE, for the love of God, PLEASE get fruit that ISN'T moldy. My 2 year old and my pregnant self would very much appreciate it. My 2 year old loves fresh fruits and veggies and I had to break his heart more than enough times taking away a whole thing of berries bc of mold. Get it together and ACTUALLY stop being lazy and go check the fresh produce.

The meat sometimes doesnt look the best and the veggies are kinda high priced but they offer a variety of tobacco products now and the shelves are usually very well stocked including baby formula

Like this store be nice if they had a few more items but over good prices and clean store. Ppl always seem to busy and friendly. Does not have self check out. Which to me is good if stores want me to shop more on Amazon like Walmart and Kroger's keep adding the self serve lines and cutting back on the human help

So its a very clean and stocked savealot also the lady that works the register was very cool and professional only complaint is not with this save alot but all savealota why on earth do they not carry original flavored creamer so far 4/4 just dont carry it

The best thing about this store is they don't change the layout constantly. You always know where to look for what you need. Produce could be fresher tho.
