Today 4/28/2024 I was in to purchase 2 ciderboys peach apple so I go checkout and there not in the system so I said can you get management which was the worst experience ever there disrespectful store always dirty and rascist I advise nobody to shop there also found a rock in my hamburger so just save your time and go to Lancaster wrost krogers I ever been to Logan get it together

Please have a manager speak to Kyle, in the wine and spirits section. Politeness will take him a long way in customer interaction. He can leave his bouncer attitude at home, and focus on using ‘please and thank you’ genuinely while communicating with customers.

Well, Kroger, another tone deff process. The quick pick up that used to work so well has been changed to requiring a scan of a stupid box (I don't do that!!!) and when I actually managed to call the Kroger store here in Logan my order has not been completed even though it was supposed to be ready for a 9:00 pick up. What the He'll folks??? Get your act together!!

The manager was great but that the only thing positive I can say the guy in bakery was rude acted like I was a nuciance as I was trying to order my daughter first birthday cake then I paid 31 dollars for 2 rubber ducks and a very bad design cake

Who merchandised this location? There’s a clearance end camp of this hatch Chile salsa for $1.50 but only one color is actually $1.50. The rest are $6.99. The Hershey’s in the regular candy aisle is $2 more than the same size package in the Halloween aisle. For “craft beer” they have a couple IPAs from Great Lakes, Columbus, and Rhinegeist and everything else is seltzer.

I stand behind my rating. I have NEVER been told that due to living in a POOR community they don't carry items like Boar's head deli meats and Butterball Turkeys. This is a form of economic discrimination and they have made a poor informed decision.Also employees favorite saying is " I just work here".

Recently the customer service has been much better. Amy was my cashier tonight and she was very friendly and respectful. The store is very clean and everything seems very fresh. If you're using your Kroger Card the discounts are also great.

Poor customer service. Went into the liquor store sat jun 09 @ approx 4pm. Clerk is on his phone. I said Hello, how are you today? "I'm here." He said and stared at me. I asked if i could please have one of their empty boxes, clerk said "they are for our orders". Offered to pay for one, clerk replied "they are for our orders". The exchange was rude, indirect and poor customer service. Obviously the boy hates his job. Hope this review reaches the right people to get the problem solved.

Clean store with friendly staff- this is a smaller store than many other locations so the variety is limited and sale items vanish quickly but Kroger has great pricing and bargains and the produce is hands down the best in town. ;) Nice additions are the Starbucks and Liquor Store located just inside the entrance. I could suggest a few changes to the quantity of less popular items so that the items they are consistently sold out of (ie citrus drop, wet cat food) could be stocked at a higher volume, but I don't know what the "rules" are for each store so not judging, just noting...summary = clean, nicely maintained store AND lot, A- from me 👍

I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but the last 3 times iv bought fresh chicken from this location, it has tasted foul after cooking. And I cooked it as soon as I got home. Kind of concerning iv had to throw it all out and the date was fine

This Kroger continually goes downhill. Every time I go (which has become less and less) they have fewer options for organic. And even when I don't want organic, they are out of stock on regular, everyday items all the time. They have completely gotten rid of their fresh meat section in the back and continually take away options. The whole Kroger company has been raising their prices astronomically the past year. Kroger brand owns many different grocery store chains so not sure if this is across the board.As much as I hate Walmart, I may start shopping there now. They are offering more organic options all the time and not price gauging their customers.Very disappointed with this location!

I worked here for several years, the staff is very friendly. The friendliest group of people that I’ve ever worked with. There is always a great selection of items here. The liquor store was a great addition to the store. The produce section is great, fresh fruits and veggies. The deli has this awesome sandwich called “The Kroger Classic”.

Only place that I get my groceries in town, except for a couple oddball stuff I can only seem to find at Walmart(such as buffalo flavor shake and bake). I enjoy getting fuel points for my large grocery purchases. I have saved up to 30 cents a gallon before. The only thing I dislike about this place is their parking lot layout. Almost every place in town has slanted parking yet Kroger has theirs are straight in parking.

Thanks Kroger of Logan, OH for fresh moldy strawberries. Right on top, too. I'm pregnant and have a 3 year old. This isn't a game, check the berries and ALL the fresh produce on a REGULAR basis so you don't put someone's health at risk. Just bought yesterday evening, too. And this is this morning for breakfast. Clearly we have lazy people and careless people "working" in produce.

Since remodeling our store they have decreased the quantity of items to make room for a coffee shop, sushi counter,etc. I was there today and could not purchase at least 4 items that I always purchase on a weekly basis and when I asked about these items I was told that there have been many complaints about same concerns. Kroger definitely isn't concerned about customer service. That's for sure!!!!

Went early on a Saturday. Two men were shopping and not wearing masks. They do not follow guidelines. Don't go there unless you want to risk your health. The staff were aware and did nothing.

They had just about everything i went for but at check out there was 2 lanes open. 1 for 15 items and under and 1 for everyone else. The one for every one else was long. The self check was full and to do a whole cart full of groceries is not something i felt comfortable doing. Would be nice to have more lanes open

Used to have the best meat for a fair price I wouldn't shop anywhere else until they decided to raise the price of everything 50 to 75%. Now I won't even shop there.
