I really hate even dealing with you all anymore. Your pharmacy people are always rude and very unprofessional.I called in there today looking to get a refill she was very short with me, she answered my question and basically just hung up on me..No good bye nothing...Every time I call there or haft to go in there I go through this. I only use your pharmacy because my insurance requires me to.. Come the New Year I'm done with you all going back to Kroger thank God.I will never shop your store.

i called in to ask if my partner could pick up a pack of syringes for me i had no way to take my insulin shot without syringe. im light headed and unable to drive. Pharmacist said that i would have to send my insulin prescription with my boyfriend to show the pharmacist inorder for them to give me One Syringe. ill Remind Everyone That Ur Prescription in Someone else's Hands is Actually illegal to have. Now Walmart Pharmacy obviously knows the law they never suggested we should Break the law. Walmart issupply the syringes i need inorder to take my insulin shot that i so Desperately Needed. CVS has Lost My Business and Anyone and Everyone in my circle and hopefully CVS Will Learn To Treat Customers that need Help With little Dignity and A Hell of Alot More RESPECT... I DO NOT SUGGEST USING CVS PHARMACY IN LOGAN OHIO FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN TO TREAT U LESS THAN A HUMAN BEING...

My quest to go to the smaller store for ease and better service was foiled by a loud smart mouthed woman, at the back pharmacy cash register. She decided to shread me for not using the front cash register. Her rant lasted the entire checkout. So if you feel the need to be humiliated as you spend your hard earned dollars. This is the place.

Worst customer service ever. The lady at the window was so rude. Basically threw my medicine at me and slammed the window. My thought is if ur going to be like that maybe get a job where u don't interact with people. You lady need some lessons in CS.

I have never experienced such bad and unprofessional service from a pharmacist as I did at this location. I recently moved to the area from Florida and had a valid prescription from my previous physician and was running low on medication the pharmacist named Ashley treated me as if I was a junkie and hung up with me on the phone after refusing to fill my prescription. I understand that there is a lot of prescription drug abuse in this area but that is no reason to put everyone in one bucket and treat them this way I would recommend Shriver pharmacy located on the opposite corner of the street for any of your Pharmacy needs they are friendly professional and will actually explain things rather than being rude and unprofessional

A very SLOW pharmacy. Waited an hour and a half after prescription was called in from the local urgent care clinic to go and pick it up only to be told it would be at LEAST another 30 minutes! That's very irritating especially with a sick child in the car. It isn't like everyone lives next door to the pharmacy. And it's not just a one time experience. It is almost every time.
