Love these folks!!! Competitive prices and always friendly. Never any kind of a hassle. One thing to remember, when they price you tires it includes EVERYTHING, mount balance etc. Be sure to ask that when you price other places. This is our "go to" place for tires. It's over an hour away from us, yet we still go there. That should tell you something!!

Great selection for every budget. After market rims and parts. Fast knowledgeable staff that can mount, balance, rotate tires in a short amount of time. Get there early, if they're open more than 30 minutes you're waiting in the service line. Their work and reputation is that good.

Instead of charging people extra because they have things that need to be done... because I complain about getting one tire changed in 2 1/2 hours.. Maybe the owners should help the employees they cant seem to find. They just stand in the room, doing nothing. The older guy at the front desk came screaming with my 8 year old son in the truck, "Do you want out of here or what" yeah I waited for hours to get nothing??? Also your cameras arent doing much good if you didnt see what we watched. No body touched the truck two in front of ours for 20 minutes... Its absolutely ridiculous and the owner and employees are rude.

Update::: went back only to be charged more for their mistake. They need to fire the skinny guy with the glasses. Yes I said i will never come back, so he proceeds to stare me down and slow down after I stated I needed him to hurry BC my son needed picked up (two hours later) I'm the one who said you can't get your job done staring off into space. Get Rid of the two or three crack heads and you may have better results.Service is terribly slow. Paid for a mount and balance. The balance is way off, I was better off before I came in. They let my truck down before the tires were even on it. The younger guys sit and watch while one or two of the older men do the work. Being in service for 40 years only because there isn't anyone else closer, I assume. Apparently they think its funny to watch people waste their day while they do nothing and get paid. Now I get to wait another two hours for them to fix their mess up. Definitely don't recommend.

So I went in today for 4 tires. The gentleman that's about my age took me out and showed me that I still had roughly another 10K miles on my current tires, and recommended fixing the screw hole, and rotating. Honesty is everything to me, and I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I LOVE this business! Everyone is so polite and the service is excellent. I actual stopped in recently because I thought I had a broken belt in my tire. Instead of them selling me a new one, they inspected it, told me it was a minor problem, adjusted the pressure and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. They are so honest and trustworthy.

This place is great. I'm extremely happy with the new tires I bought. That was the fastest I've ever had all 4 tires changed and I was 5th in line. The value i paid for my tires was excellent. Found my new tire shop right here. Large comfortable waiting room with tv, and free WIFI. Thanks for the hospitality and great experience. Top notch

Service worker was rude and they did not appreciate my business. The day before I stopped to price tires because of commercials I have heard on the radio. They said they had four and would put my name on them and reserve them because it was almost their closing time and I didn't want to be that customer who shows up at closing to make everyone stay late. But the very next day when I showed up they only had three tires. They got a forth but it was not an exact match. I wanted the white letters to be shown but had to turn them all in so only black is visible. I recommend shopping at a business who appreciates your business, this is not one of those companies.

I called and ordered tires. They called and told me they were in. I drove an hour to get here. I waited two hours for them to put my tires on then they came out and said they messed up and didn't have my tires in Stock. They didn't even apologize, just acted like that is how it goes. Now I have another hour drive home. Four hours of my day off work wasted. I won't be back.

Stopped to get tires on a day it was raining, I was the only person there. I picked out the tires and they proceeded to put them on. A half hour later one of the technicians came to the front and and said that I had a bad rim and they wouldn’t put the rims back on my truck. I picked out a new set of rims. When the technicians was put the tires on the new rims one of them came up and wanted me to give them the rims and I never. After all was paid for the guy at the front desk told me I could have put the right size lug nuts on it and the the rims would be ok. Two of the lug holes was a little bigger than the other and they wasn’t even holes that was side by side and it had perfect smooth surface around the hole like a burr grinder would leave. The saddest part about the whole thing was is the old rims they said was bad was bought at Hocking tire. Never will spend another cent there. Poor business skills and take advantage of customers and lie!!

Good place that is local to get your tires changed and maybe even pick up a new set of rimsOnly downside is that the cell phone service is really spotty and it makes it a bother if you are the type to be on your phone a lotOther than that, it is a pretty decent place and the staff are pretty decent and easy to work with.

Worse service in my life! They couldnt get 2 wheels off so i had to take the 2 tires i paid for somewhere else and had to pay an extra $50 for mount and balance then went back to hocking tire and they wouldnt reimburse me when the tire price includes mount and balance. Then tonite i almost lost the right front tire bc they clearly didnt torque the lug nuts and to top it off the drivers side front was loose as well!! Its slick snowing and icey and had my 2 children in the truck when this all happened. Front rigjt tore almost came clear off!! Unsafe and very unprofessional! !
