this place is unprofessionali put in my application for the Pharmacy and the lady went over how they need someone for a 3 year commitment and told me to think about it and get back to her and when i did she completely ghosted me and never responded or got back to me. i would understand if you went with another person for the job but you could of atleast told me this.

My biggest complaint is the customer service. The lady who checked me out made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. She was in the middle of a conversation with another employee behind the counter and when I walked up to be checked out. She stepped away from the conversation to assist me but not without a heavy sigh and rolling her eyes. Very unprofessional. I won't be back. Also for anyone looking to purchase nicotine gum to stop smoking, Walgreens brand is much better in the way of flavor.

I would be careful when going to the Rite Aid in Lisbon, some of the cashiers are not nice. We switched to Lisbon for convivence; however, when my mom called to see if they would call in when my dad's medication was in the girl hung up the phone on my mom. We never got a call saying they were in so I ran into the Pharmacy to see if they were in and the cashier was not very nice and had a "teenage" type of attitude. As someone who works in customer service for over 3 years I know it can be frustrating at times, but don't do that in front of the customers and give attitude to them as well, acting like you don't care.

I stood at the pharmacy to get allergy pills for 20 minutes, I honestly felt like I was invisible. No one even acknowledged I was there. Two ladies were talking at a computer and the pharmacist had a girl following him around none of which even said "I'm sorry but it's going to be awhile before someone can help you" nothing..no acknowledgement what so ever. I get you may be busy and short staffed but please at least greet your customer's.

Renee is such a wonderful person and works her butt off to make the store look so great. Definitely recommend this pharmacy if you live close to Lisbon!

Although I am normally in and out fairly quickly, this location has delivered my prescription to a place I no longer live at, and I have more trouble at this location getting certain prescriptions filled. I even talked to my doctor about it and she rewrote it and I am still having trouble.

They do not notify you about your meds. My insurance changed so I can't get the brands so I have to switch brands. Rite aid never notified me about the problem. Every time I went up they gave me an excuse why I can't get my meds instead of telling me what I need to know.Update 8/26/19 I got in contact with my doctor and I was told rite aid never called about anything. So my doctor will be calling rite aid to find out what the problem is.

Every time I have needed a perscription they had it. Was having trouble with another pharmacy having supply issues. Always been polite and answered any questions. Normally 20 to 30 minute wait.
