Incompetent. Go to Canfield. I have had nothing but problems with this store. First time I asked for a certain feed, they didnt have it and told me they cant order it. After a call to corporate they said they would fulfil orders. The next time I needed feed, I ordered two bags of feed over the phone for pickup for 4 days later. The woman I spoke with said it would be there. When I arrived, I gave my name and what I ordered. The guy at the store had no idea and my feed wasnt there. No call that it wouldn't be there. Needless to say I am unhappy, again.

Always get my animals dry food here, I use high protein dogs and cat food and my animal have been looking and acting healthier eating the brand they carry.
