This is the second time in a month Whippy Dip has disappointed. Normally I get hand dipped cannoli ice cream from them twice a week. A month ago I got a large and it was basically a small. You can literally take this ice cream out and fit it into a small container with the portion they gave out. I decided to give them a second chance today on Mother’s Day thinking maybe a new employee just doesn’t know how to scoop the ice cream portions correctly. Nope this time was just as bad. I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment. It’s sad because they use to be great. Not this year. Today is my last day buying from them. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and will steer consumers in the opposite direction from them as much as possible.

Yet another gem found in another town far away from home. Their ice cream was super creamy and delicious. I had the s'mores Sunday. They could have put more toppings on. There was not much. I still give it a 5 because it reminds me of the soft serve I had growing up.

I got the August special drumstick flurry and this was fantastic. The Pub (bacon cheese) burger was also great. All of the staff had smiles on their faces and they looked genuinely happy working here. Thank you for a great first experience, I will definitely be back!

Well we explored another part of the menu today, usually we only get ice cream. We were NOT disappointed! My husband had the Pub Burger with fries and I had the Chicken Parm sandwich. AMAZING!!! Fresh, hot, and tasted GREAT!!!See you the next time we come to Lima 😊💖

The ice cream is great but we waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes for our order of just 2 cones and a flurry. I couldn't understand what could have taken so long with 5 people inside working when our order was that simple.

Always good food! Grat selection of ice cream flavors. I had Old Cider Mill: apple cider, cinnamon and donut pieces. Yumm!

We ordered a pretty big order including a personal pizza . The service was fast for all that we ordered . And the food was awesome . 2nd time we've ate there . Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from . Would Def recommend ! Our new spot to stop and eat when we are in Lima !

Stopped there 11:15 (not long after opening for day), ordered a dozen Coney dogs. Order done in 7 minutes and whole crew says Very Tasty. Also, be sure to also order one of EXCELLENT milkshakes.

First time ever going to this place, and I just say, it was pretty good!! I didn't have high hopes because I assumed it was just like the other seasonal ice cream stands, but I'm glad I was wrong. If you're wanting something other than ice cream, then this place also has a decent selection of food. I'm sure there's something that'll pique the interest of almost anyone. I'll definitely be going back here again.

Very nice workers. Slushie was excellent, but both food orders were wrong. Pub burger minus onions and sauce add bacon. Got the pub burger with no onions, tons of sauce and no bacon. 6 inch chili cheese coney with light cheese add jalapeno. Got it smothered in cheese and no jalapenos. But otherwise very good.

Went here on a Saturday night at 8:20pm. Knocked on the window and waited. Knocked again and waited. Started to get a little frustrated because no one even acknowledged my presence and it wasn’t busy. Then at 8:30pm, I was told thru the glass that were closed (they didn’t even open the window to tell me). I read they closed at 9pm. There were 6 cars going through the parking lot confused.Would’ve totally understood if they had to close early or something, but to not say anything to me for 10 min and make me wait to just be closed out of no where is a little much.1st time here and won’t be back.

Enjoy occasionally stopping at a ice cream stand to sample their ice cream. And to check out what else they have to offer. Ex. Drinks and sandwiches, would say that Whippy Dip has nice menu. And they do have good ice cream,I enjoyed my cone.

Really good ice cream. Love the drive-thru. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable. We only got ice cream, so I can't really comment on the food.

We only bought Ice Cream. There were 4 in our group and each had a different treat. No complaints. We were all to busy enjoying! Only 4 stars because we only ordered ice cream.
