I am thankful for this store but since the pandemic they have not kept up on inventory. There are empty spots on the shelves that have remained empty for months and now years.

Checking out is atrocious. 1 cashier and the rest you scans with customers with full carts and only 1/2 the terminals open. Doesn't make it faster or more user friendly. The lines are even longer now. To make it worse the 1 item I wanted was busted when I got home and now I get the joy of a return trip, because the phone number on the box could not help. Needless yo say I'm frustrated and dissapointed.

I would give it no stars if I could. They are getting lazier and not helpful. Couldn't cash a money order that I got from them less than a day before. Then they wanted to charge me $4.00 to cash it. Even though I had the receipt. I will never shop at Walmart again. Charges high prices, and you still have to check yourself out.

My experience while shopping at Walmart on the west side was nice. Found everything I was looking for and then some! Found a triple chocolate cake and individual strawberry cheesecake for myself was an added bonus. Cashier was very pleasant and nice. I usually shop the Eastside Walmart but I found the Westside Walmart clean and shopper friendly. Will definitely be back there again in the near future.

Everytime I shop here I am accused of stealing by the woman supervising self-checkout if she's not accusing me of stealing she is scanning my items ( already bagged up )on her phone because she thinks I have switched price tags and every single time she looks ridiculous and has to apologize.... If I do manage to make it through self checkout without being accused of criminal activity only because said women does have days off I will without fail every single time be asked to stop and show my receipt by the door greeter who is 20 feet away and just watched me scan every single item at self-checkout... I have a 6 person family no government assistance and easily spend 1,000/ month at Walmart. Well not anymore i would much rather spend a couple extra dollars and shop at Meijer where none of the above has ever happened to me...

Would be super cool if I could shop on the right side of walmart without NRG chasing me down to talk about my energy provider. Then forgetting they already talked to me on the way back. Those douchebags are inside while the girlscouts are outside in 20 degree weather. Make it make sense walmart.

Horrid service came in today to buy a few items.Waited over 25 minutes for someone to come to the Cologne case and paid for my other items had to wait another 10 minutes!

First time in this store. The produce looked very fresh and the associates were friendly and very helpful. They took time to walk you to the aisle where the item you were looking for is located. Asked one associate for an item and she was about to look it up when I remembered which part of the store it was located in. However I got turned around. Not sure how this other associate knew I was looking for it when she got my attention and took me to where the item was locdted. I have never experienced anything like that before. I wish I had gotten their names. They get 5 stars for their customer service!!! 😄I saw some stuff in this store that my Walmart didn't have and some prices on regular stuff seemed lower too. Interesting. Guess it's all about the demographics. Either way it was a great experience. I will definitely visit this store again the next time I am in Lima Ohio. You should too☺️. )i(

Yes, there have been many posts of people disappointed with Walmart for many reasons, but everyone has different experiences and opinions. I love Walmart, and I don't always get the best customer service, but it's the different states that have different personalities and cultures, which is how you I've experienced the mistreatment. But, I love that I have many options of products and prices that are affordable. It is always a one-stop store for me. So thank you, Walmart, and for everyone who is disappointed, I hope that your next trip to Walmart will be a better one. 😊

The is this one door greeter that sucks. Picks and chooses which people with unbagged items in their cart he wants to stop but lets others go no problem. Super annoying. Other than that a pretty good Walmart.

So I just tried to return this fountain and couldn't find my receipt and the guy at 8pm acted like I stole it and when I got home I found my receipt worst experience ever.

They never have Dr Thunder in the 12 pack or Great value cream soda in a 12 pack! Several.products are way too high for a lot of people to reach and you never can find an employee to help you. I have to get a mop in store to pull an item down and fall into cart. Cat litter I buy is way to high on shelf and to heavy to pull down. I end up buying cat litter at Meijers .

Walmart is a very comfortable supermarket in terms of the products and services offered. Walmart products are not too expensive, it is the top market in Lima.

This is just like any other Walmart. It's boring, uninspiring, and unfriendly. The fact that Walmart is so focused on everything but customer service is a problem. I mean, yeah, I can find most of what I need here, but having to come to Walmart just isn't something we usually look forward to. The depressing atmosphere coupled with the fact that everyone is pretty much viewed as a thief at self checkout just makes me avoid Walmart as much as possible. Most of the workers here are disengaged and seem to hate being asked questions about items, and it's obvious some of them just bullsh*t their way through questions if they don't know the answer. Walmart wouldn't be so bad if they actually gave a damn about the folks hired to their company, and a lot of the workers themselves aren't motivated to work. As much as I dislike coming here, there are still things I need from here that other stores just don't have, but keeping my shopping at Walmart to a minimum won't stop unless it gets better which isn't going to happen.

They keep it fairly clean and stocked. The lines get pretty ridiculous at times as they seldom employ actual people to run the checkouts. I guess it's as good as what you'd expect from any Walmart these days.
