My husband and I recently upgraded our wedding rings. We were never happy with the quality of our original rings purchased elsewhere. The staff at Von's were very helpful in making suggestions and patient with us as we took the time to get the rings we really wanted. They turned out better than expected. The craftsmanship is exceptional and the rings are gorgeous! I am sure we will enjoy them for years to come.

Stephanie, the jeweler, and other sales associates at Von's were wonderful to work with from the start. I desired a fully custom engagement ring for a montana sapphire I purchased elsewhere, and they worked with me to get the design of exactly what we wanted. Recently, I had attempted to locate a jeweler who could create a custom designed piece of jewelry for my daughter’s birthday. This is when I discovered the amazing talents of Jill, at Von's Diamonds and Jewelry located in Lima, Ohio.What started as a conversation with Jill and only a single picture of a design by my daughter, ended in the creation of a stunning one-off pendant in 14K solid gold with a 26” solid gold adjustable chain.I presented the pendent to my daughter in front of her students just prior to the beginning of their final concert of the year. When she opened the beautiful presentation box provided by Von’s and saw the shining, one-of-a-kind creation (that she had helped design without knowing it), she was overcome with emotion.Her students, fellow educators, and everyone who saw the piece that evening shared in my daughter’s excitement with the pendent. My daughter told me that she will be wearing it at all of her future performances.It’s a rare occasion to meet an individual like Jill from Von’s Diamonds and Jewelry. Her attention to detail, creative mind, and communication skills, made this one of my most enjoyable purchasing experiences. From start to finish, Jill was an absolute pleasure to work with during this endeavor.What started as only an idea was brought to full fruition by Jill. I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Vons! The ladies went to work right away to find the perfect ring that I was looking for and got it ordered immediately. They thoroughly explained the differences in styles, designs, diamonds etc. to help me understand what I was searching for. I recently moved to the area and Vons was recommended by a friend. Vons worked on a few rings I already owned, and I could not be more pleased. The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and more than happy to help me. Dennis was by the far the most pleasant and professional jeweler with whom I've worked. He finished the work ahead of schedule, and he stayed an hour after store closing to accommodate my hectic schedule in order to personally meet with me. I had Jill design a custom ring for me using a family heirloom diamond that had been in a ring of my dad's and before that was my grandma's and great-grandma's. Now I have my own very special one-of-a-kind piece that Jill and I designed together. I couldn't be happier with the final product. It is utterly stunning. My husband surprised me with beautiful gold earrings and a diamond ring for my birthday and our 25th Anniversary. They treated him with respect and friendliness and helped him find beautiful pieces that stayed within our budget. When I returned the next day to have my ring sized up, they were extremely kind and made the alteration free of charge. Upon the pick up of my ring, a lovely smiling female associate saw me and entered the showroom floor as soon as I came through the door and retrieved my ring, commenting kindly on how beautiful it was. I was recently given my mother’s engagement ring. It was too small for my little finger as I wanted to wear as a pinky ring. It was also in yellow gold with 6 prongs which really isn’t my preference.My parents purchased the ring at Von’s in 1999. I took it to them to be re-set in 14k white gold with 4 prongs in the size to fit my small finger.It was completed and ready to go in a week. It is just beautiful. The staff was so friendly and courteous. They made the process quick and easy. I would recommend Von’s highly for all your fine jewelry!

I have purchased an engagement ring, wedding band and an anniversary band from Vons. Not only was it one of the best customer service experiences I've every had, but the quality of the diamonds I purchased there were beyond what was even available at any other store I checked. Fine jewelry is a major purchase and not one I'm willing to make anywhere but Vons. I live 40 miles away from the store and will continue to make the trip to Vons for any new jewelry, sizings, cleanings or repairs.

I knew this was where I wanted to buy my fiancee's engagement ring because I felt at home right when I walked in. The staff is very comfortable to work with, and knowledgable about the options available. Additionally, we were able to easily get the ring resized after the proposal.
