If I could give this a zero star review, I would. I will be personally contacting the owner. The service is absolutely terrible. We pulled in 2 hours before close, but couldn’t order because they had already “cleaned.” This is not the first time this has happened. We have even gone around 7:45/8:00 (closes at 9) and the doors will be locked with the employees standing around inside. We continue to try to take our business to this location and are continuously let down. These employees deserve to be let go and the entire staff needs replaced. It’s an embarrassment to the owner and an embarrassment to the Lima community. Absolutely appalled by the lack of service, the laziness, and the disrespectful attitudes of the staff at this location. 0 out of 5 stars.

As a proud Canadian, I would say that Tim Horton(s), the great Canadian icon, is an excellent place to stop at for our coffee, hot chocolate, timbits, pastry, and sausage farmer's wrap needs.

Tim Hortons is the only place I will buy donuts and coffee! I LOVE crullers and their honey glazed ones are the absolute BEST! Usually when I get to that side of town I stop and order at least a half dozen of them, if they don't have as many as I want they make them for me and trust me it's worth the 10 min wait!Their coffee is phenomenal... better than any other "so called" coffee shop in town, I keep a bag of their beans at home for when I can't drive to the other side of Lima.The service is great and everyone there is always friendly.

It's okay, coffee isn't the best in my opinion although my husband doesn't mind it. I got the pumpkin spice latte and hubby got a mocah latte, they both tasted the same except the smallest hint of pumpkin spice in mine. But it's cheap coffee and the service was meh nothing crazy good or bad. It's litterally just okay. We've been going there for years now and it's been the same "meh" quality for YEARS.

Over heard Salon Ladies at JCPenny's talking about the coffee and breakfast sandwiches here and had to try it. I'm not from Ohio. I like to give new places a try.. Got a Irish cold brew with cold foam and a Blueberry muffin. Will never catch me at Starbucks with this place around! GREAT COFFEE AND MUFFIN! Cold brew is strong and not too sweet. It's a coffee not a dessert which I love! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

This had been my go to for eating a late breakfast and a hangout. It's the only fastfood place to get breakfast like eggs after 10:30am that I know of. It's more quiet, all the food is decent and the prices are pretty good. With having Coldstone, the selection for food at this establishment has the most variety of all the rest of the fast food places in the area. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. The sandwich did have an egg that was from the warmer and it had slight discoloration because of that. They were happy to replace the sandwich with fresh ingredients. The coffee most people I think say is more bitter, my take on it, I think it's different. I like the iced coffee myself, I don't get hot coffee very often. 4/5 star coffee, 4/5 star food, but 5 stars for overall dine in experience.

Frozen Hot Chocolate is usually good, but the cinnamon sugar coffee tastes like doing the cinnamon challenge in middle school again. Asked for cold, received it hot. Cashier was kinda rude and the Chipotle Chicken wrap had worse quality meat than Subway.

We were so blessed to have a Tim hortons Built in Lima! Prior to its establishment my family had to make the trip to Findlay for their coffee. But now that it is here we visit at least once a week. The facilities are neat and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The coffee is always fresh and the donuts pastries and other food items delicious. Not to mention the owners are pretty amazing. You wanna stop by if you're in town.

Used to be a place to get good fresh donuts. 3rd time that I have come and gotten donuts within a month and even when I ask if the donuts are still soft and fresh, I buy and then make another mistake of eating a donut from here.....No more! If the employees are going to lie to customers about baked goods being fresh, how good of an employee are you?

Good luck finding it actually open when they say in the morning. It's between 6am and 8am or whenever they feel like. A place with the best options but most unreliable. Will never go back. Not customer friendly.

The bakery was looking really good. I'm used to Tim Hortons up in Canada, so the layout was a little different, but it looked clean. The service was a little slow, seeing as how there was 1 other person in line, who just got a coffee and donut holes, but they were friendly and probably preparing for a lunch rush.

Worst coffee ever!! Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches at 0933 at 0947 went to counter to ask about order. Girl said she doesn't know how to make sandwiches. So disappointing don't eat here!!!!!

The employees are nice but they can't make a simple cup of coffee with cream. Went there two days in a row coffee with cream and sugar. No one asked for sugar either day or wanted to drive another 20 min to get the coffee I wanted and asked for.

Any place that doesn't put your food in a bag doesn't deserve to be open they gave me my rap that I ordered today literally just in the little tiny wax paper sack that they are supposed to wrap it in before they put it in a bag. The bag is what keeps it warm during transit. And when I get home I find the food itself is half missing. These wraps regularly come with 2 eggs in them. This has 1.

I came in the drive thru 20 minutes before you all closed, so plenty of time for sure. the lady in the drive thru was rude and very disrespectful. I am not coming back to this one until yall get some people hired that appreciate their job. She would not listen to what I was saying, she rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink carrier for 5 shakes. I am not pleased with this place and how you all treat your customers. She needs to be taught that every customer matters. I was a manager at Wendy's of celina but I never treated anyone this way. I'm not only posting here but I'm posting on facebook, Instagram and tim hortons website.

I went through the drive through, and they literally forgot to hand us half of our order (4 items forgotten). I had to remind the window girl 3 times that she was still forgetting items. The other guy inside appeared sluggish and having trouble focusing, and the girl at the window was clearly having issues remembering things. The food was good.

Usually I have excellent service and product at Tim's but today was quite different. The woman at the drive thru acted as if I was bothering her. I was in the car by myself and when she tried to give me the 2 drinks I ordered i asked for a drink carrier and you'd think i wanted her to get in the car and hold them for me. Then when she handed out the food it was all in one bag. Normally not an issue but i ordered a blueberry muffin, a chocolate dipped donut and a hashbrown. The donut was on the bottom, the muffin upside down on the donut and the hashbrowns on top of that. So now there's chocolate on the muffin (not a good combo for my husband) Now about the hashbrown...it was a rock. I had one the other day and it was warm and fluffy. This one was terrible. So here is my post. I hope next time it will be better.
