Amazing I had a male kitten and it's a great place to go for deals most of the time. My Albert was enrolled last year and it seems like his stuff was a little bit cheaper than Cahlula and they don't have a variety of things for girl kittens or male just a lot of dog stuff other than that it's cool.

The first and last time I will ever take my dog to this grooming facility! I was happy that they worked him into their schedule, so I paid them 35.00 and even gave them a 5.00 tip BEFORE I even seen my dog! Horrible grooming job! My dog looks like a Diseased Rat! Random scissor hacks and shaved spots clear down to the skin! They even put some sort of grease product to attempt to hide the poor job!! It honestly looks like my 4 yr old gave him a haircut! There was no call back from the owner. I'm assuming she already knew what they had done!

I would prefer to give zero stars. I took my dog here for training classes. He’s a Corgi/Chihuahua mix. He was not obeying the instructor (a large male) and the instructor pulled so hard on his choker with one hand and his other hand he white knuckled my dogs neck so hard his right eye buldged and blew out a bunch of blood vessels. When I told him I was concerned with his eye at the end of class, he dismissed me. My dog was in pain for several days. He could barely close his eye lid because his eye was so far out. He yipped if you even tried to gently touch it. Hid when we got home and shook uncontrollably. Wouldn’t eat, or play. I went there for help with my dog, and my dog literally almost lost an eye. We have a vet appt scheduled to make sure no permanent damage was done as it’s been several days and his eye is still not 100% as it should be. Do not let this man aggressively handle your small dogs!

I am editing my review! They called today to say I was double charged and will refund the difference. Very honest business! I took my dogs in fir grooming. They look great, but I THOUGHT I was charged an exorbitant amount! Thank you for catching the error!

Took my 4 month old pup here to get groomed for his first time. I knew he'd be scared and move a lot. So I told the lady at the desk I just wanted the face feet and fanny puppy cut. I really just wanted his bottom and around his eyes trimmed and told her that. She warned me that the lady who is grooming him is known to cut short. But I'm telling them that's not what I want? I've only been to one other place but for doggy day care and this place seemed a lot more dirty and smelly. They have cats roaming around and on the counters where you pay. After 3 hours I picked him up and his cut looked awful. Looked like they just chopped at his hair. He came out with a mullet and his nails were bleeding pretty good. The only thing good was the price. Needless to say I'll pay more somewhere else.

I had my cat groomed there yesterday. It was the very best I have ever had. He was clean and smells beautiful. She gave him a bath. She was ale to brush him instead of just shaving him. He has really long hair it had to a real job not to just shave him! Very good price for all that work!

Stop in and ask them about getting my two dogs groomed and they were able to see me the next day at 8 in the morning they did a wonderful job

We are new to the area and took our cat here for his first grooming appointment. We are so happy with how Bacio turned out! Marcy did such a nice job... she didn’t shave him bald, which is what we requested. He should be much more comfortable for the summer. Thank you!

Very disappointed in the cut, and grooming, will not take him to this facility again! The cut is very choppy, and uneven. I specified how I wanted cut, and she did what I did not want! Please use another grooming facility, so you don't have the Same outcome.

Very caring trainers that took an interest in all the participants. They would watch and give us tweaks that would help in the training of our dogs. You could tell how much they cared about all our dogs. Always encouraging. Very positive experience.

Pet got injured, didn’t realise till brought home (son picked up). Called right away, had to leave a message. Took pet to the vet to get multiple stitches and antibiotics which he still on. No sorry, nothing, shifted blame, did not take responsibility. Contacted via text to get pictures to them. Still no sorry, nothing! Do not go to this place. This is not the first injury, the previous ones were minor but this unacceptable! It is not easy to miss. If she did final check up on the dog she would of noticed such huge injury. If they would of said something right away and apologized would of been different story. I can not believe that this small business so unprofessional and does not want to take responsibility for their mistake. I would never go back there and want to warn all other pet lovers. If you do still decide to go, check your pet when you pick up. Because as soon as you walk out it’s on you! After dealing with this situation I found out few other people whose pet got injured there! So beware!

This was my first time taking my pets there for grooming. When I first dropped them off I was shocked at how many dogs they had in their as she called it their daycare/grooming room my dogs were terrified being pulled back there to the point that I almost got them and left but I didn't. I dropped them off at 10:00 am and was told that the groomer didn't come in til 11:00 am which I thought was a little bit odd but anyway I told her how I wanted them cut and went out to my car and sat for about 5 minutes just thinking about what I had just done to my dogs and how terrified they were but they needed a haircut so I drove away only to have those thoughts of what I had done to them for the next 4 and a half hours. When they called at about 230 and told me they were done I headed right over and paid and picked them up. I had my wife with me and she was shocked that what I had told was true. There must have been 20 dogs in that daycare/pet grooming a lot of them caged and one group of them in some kind of a caged in area which is fine if that is how they do things there but for me I felt as if I Had left them there to be tortured. As for the grooming part of it one of my dogs looks like an amateur did it he just looks terrible all chopped up with places not cut and very lumpy looking as for the female I had to get her down when we got home and trim all of the facial hair that was missed and trim her ear hair to at least look presentable but I am not a dog groomer so what do I know. I will not be taking my dogs back there again and would not recommend anyone I knew to take their animal there. As for the 3 stars the only reason I didn't give 2 was because the woman in charge was a very nice person.

Don’t even waste your time my dog still has stray hairs everywhere and only half of one of her ears is cut, she has red irritated skin on half of her face where it’s shaved bald. I was gonna go in and ask for a refund or at least an explanation but I just didn’t feel like ruining someone’s day honestly. Just go to flying fur it’s cheaper and they actually do a good job.

The classes not only helped me but my family as well. My dog and I took the class but I was able to share the knowledge I gained to help my family developed a better relationship with their dogs as well! Absolutely amazing I recommend to all and I will do business there again!!!

They do a great job with my golden retriever! I always have him trimmed in a lion cut for spring and summer and he looks great! They are very nice people here too.

Took my dog for the adult dog class. Did the four-week session to try it out. I have no doubt that the trainers here know how to train dogs but it did not feel like a super welcoming environment. The teacher often chose different dogs to use as examples of how to perform the command we were learning/help the owner perfect the command (I think he chose about every dog at least once) but never once chose my dog. Kind of felt ignored throughout and am wondering if it's because I only purchased 4 weeks of the class instead of 8. On our last day, there was no acknowledgement that some of us were done or anything said about it being our last visit. Re-affirmed my decision to not extend the course for sure.

They did a horrible job on my sweet baby...she was soo messed up when I picked her up and then got her in the truck and she was bleeding from her nails...I had just cut her nails they were already short, there was no reason to try to cut them shorter. I took her back inside to show her and ask her what she did to her face it was soo messed up...never again will I go there and I do not recommend them to anyone!

Marcy was exactly what my furbabies needed. I have 4 dogs 🐕& she did an awesome job bc my 🐶 was a mess!! She took the time out & paid attention to his furry self!! Ty Ty Ty!! PURFECTION!! ALL OF MY PETS WILL GO TO "THAT PLACE FOR PETS"!!!

I took my two small dogs there for grooming one of them her nails were cut to short they were bleeding my other dogs hair was cut but there was spots sticking up. ..not good. ..will not go again
