I only ordered the Carmel ribbon crunch and my son got some kind of chocolate chip kind it was his first time having Starbucks and he loved it he wants to go back n get another one but unfortunately only time we can get Starbucks if we go out of town cause our town don't have one 😔 I haven't tried their food yet but their coffee is delicious!!Parking: This location is in the St.Ritas hospital so there is plenty of parking spots

I ordered a latte at the Starbucks in St Rita’s hospital to go. When got in my car and put the cup in my console cup holder the lid popped off and coffee went all over the console and down the sides. The lid hadn’t been fully secured. Once it was open I could see there was no foam at all. It looked like hot milk.I normally don’t post complaints but any service industry doing business in a hospital should train and supervise their employees better. The patrons have enough stress going on and deserve high quality service. Plus Starbucks being the biggest coffee retail service company in the US should have much higher quality control. I ordered a latte, paid the inflated price when I could have just gotten a much cheaper drip with cream.

My drink was perfect when I got it and I got it done by a young pregnant women who was mostly working by herself while there were 3 other workers standing there doing nothing.. it’s very sad to see what our world has come to especially at my favorite coffee shop

Absolutely love the staff here, they always put up with our shenanigans (especially Star and Mersades) and wear a smile. Very talented baristas with exceptional customer service skills. They made the most bomb birthday coffee for me and made me feel special. Thanks again ladies, I’d give you 10 stars if I could!!

Okay I’m sorry, I really tried to like this location but it sucks now. They don’t listen to customizations(IE: almond milk), I’ve straight up argued with an employee because “almond milk isn’t the base for the drink” a. I paid for almond milk, and b, it was base for the sugar cookie almond milk drink.The quality of this store really dropped

4/24/21...Stopped by here to get my kids their favorite coffee as a treat while in town visiting my Dad at the hospital. My sister also got herself a coffee. They enjoyed their coffee & my fiance & I enjoyed the sinfully delicious lemon pound cake. The woman that made the coffees was fast & efficient.

Being in the hospital lobby... the aroma of freshly brewed coffee is hard to resist. You are greeted with a smile and are very helpful for those of us who doesn't understand the coffee lingo. Pricey but is very good. The pastries are delicious and shouldn't be overlooked.

Never any cold brew and I haven’t had a decent shot of espresso made since I started going there. Also I order the same drink every single time and if I’m lucky enough to get it, it’s always a different price 🤔. The staff is friendly enough but honestly they’re not baristas. I’m officially a Biggby customer because at least they’re more consistent.

service is ok but not great. usually pretty quiet though. got a couple comfy chairs and jazz music. coffee is decent. wish starbucks made a more traditional cappuccino. cant use gift cards here or the rewards.

Brand new store, just opened so I expect some kinks. My drink was a grande in a venti cup and I got the wrong egg bites. However, service was friendly and when I asked for special changes I was happily accommodated. I'm sure they will work out the bugs. Overall, happy to have a Starbucks in Lima.

I used to love going here getting a great cup of cappuccino relaxing I a corner and reading a good book while I was letting time pass but now this place has become so impersonal. The staff isn't friendly at all. They don't even give me direct eye contact when I'm making my order. They make me feel very unwanted

The French Vanilla Cappuccino was bitter I had to stop at the gas station and wound up adding four more creamer and two sugars just to make it drinkable.The server was rude she acted like I was bothering her when I expected her to put down her cell phone to take my order. Its expensive. More than 10% higher than Tim Horton.

Come here all the time and it’s always great service. Much better and seems to be cheaper (why I don’t know) than the others in town. Very convenient location also! Staff is super friendly. No complaints!

The same at all locations. If you want a regular Hot Chocolate like you make at home do not order one here. Also, a regular sandwich is not available here, but if you want something good and fresh you are at the right place.

Had a sign telling customers to sign up for rewards and start earning but wont accept the rewards towards free items. How is this fair to your customers? Ask them to participate and then you lie about rewarding them. Lima location only has one in the entire city. Either accept rewards or open a location in our city that will. Bad business Starbucks

A Starbucks that is located inside a hospital should never come up on my google search while I’m traveling. No general consumer wants to drive out of the way to get a cup of coffee in a hospital. This was a complete waste of 20 minutes
