Generally pretty good place. Usually employees are friendly. Saw a new employee today (that I didn’t recognize anyways). Name on the receipt says Anna. She didn’t greet me as I came to the register, nor did she tell me to have a good day or anything of the sort. Told me the total and gave me the receipt lol. I still said thanks of course but it makes the encounter a lot less friendly.I received exceptional service from a guy working register about a week ago, and I frequently see a woman with darker hair and complexion that is very friendly as well. Good job to them for going above and beyond! It’s the employees that make for a good experience in any store.

Been shopping here for a few years now. Good prices and location. Some of the staff working there these days aren't very friendly. They seem almost annoyed with their customers when they have to stop stocking shelves to run a register.

I just want to say what great customer service that Benjamin provided at this store. I had purchased a display model grill the evening before and didn't realize that a couple of parts was missing until I got home. Benjamin went way out of the way to make sure that everything was right. Best customer service person ever.

It is a great discount grocery store. The milk has been less than a dollar for several months now. Really the only issue I have about the place is the restroom needs updated and clean. Unfortunately I have used it many times and it reminds me of a old gas station bathroom.

They were out of several items I specifically went here for. Cashier wasn't rude per se, but no smile, no thank you, etc. I will not be returning to this location. The one on elm st is much better stocked, cashiers are friendlier, cleaner and better lit.

I enjoy this store. I can use my Krogers card and coupons so it's like a win win...and the brands are some of Krogers brands..just marked down way lower and I always save. There is no expired food that you have to buy in order to get the lower price. Love it!

My favorite grocery in town. My kids have to have Kroger chicken nuggets and this is the only place to get them.They have great prices and a decent selection for a small store.

I love shopping at Ruler Foods because they are a sister store of Kroger and I grew up with Kroger foods, living in Columbus. So having the opportunity to still eat good quality food for less, in a smaller city like this, is wonderful to us!

The prices are amazing. Never had any problems with anything I have purchased from Ruler. Workers are great! The only downfall is that the restrooms are not always the ckeanest.

I like the simplicity of the store and the ease of getting what you need. Yes selection is limited but that is the key. Grab the basics and get out. I really enjoy this store and the great prices.

This was a horrible experience. The one aisle smelled like farts and spencer thought it was me. I told him it wasn't cuz I was ahead of him so how could it be my fart. I think it was Jackie. We had to walk in other aisles to avoid "fart avenue" as a result we did not get some groceries we needed. Some old lady, I think she was the manager, gave us dirty looks, I wouldn't be surprised if fart avenue was a result of her breath and Jackies farts. Also the cashier hid from us, probably cuz we came out of the aisle smelling like farts. 10/10 should febreeze

Always a long wait at the Elida Rd Lima store. They do not follow their policy to open registers when lines are longer than 3 customers. I've left the store on more than one occasion because of this on going problem. This will be my last trip here!

Bathrooms have been out of order for more than a week now. Both men's and women's .feces and urine in both. Unsanitary conditions. Employees have to go next door to use the restroom. Health department will be called.
