Very nice people but Every time I try to call them to check on my prescription they never pick up the phone they never answer. But when my significant other calls they pick up right away it don't make no sense. They can't hear my phone but they can hear his?

Picking up medication went fine, but calling the pharmacy is a different story. I tried several times to call a script in and no one answered. My Doctor tried calling several times, but no answer. The office called me to say they will keep trying to call on Monday 9-19-22.This doesn't look good at all. Not professional at all.

If you want to go somewhere where the pharmacist don't mind wasting an hour of your day because they feel they aren't in service to you this is the place. Left me waiting for 20 minutes to drop off a script because I was standing on their covid markers and apparently they "didn't see me there". I love when people say this because they don't expect me to call them out about how they made eye contact with me three or four times. Imagine hiring employees who feel they can be stubborn like this to your customers. I'm complying with store policy and because of that I waited 20 minutes to be spoken to and to get someone attention I had to literally look right at them and say you see me standing here right? What kind of customer service is that.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Can never get through on the phone. Takes hours to get meds filled if not days, even had one lady tell me after my surgery that it was gonna be about 4 hours until I got my pain medication and was very rude when I tried to explain I had just had surgery and was in lots of pain.

Terrible customer service. Waited an hour for them to tell me they can't fill my script until the next day. The next I call at 3pm and they leave me on hold for 15 minutes and forgot about me. The next lady rudely asked what I'm on hold for. She then tells me it will take at least an hour. I will never go back. No apologies or anything. Worst pharmacy I've ever used

Always slow, especially drive thru. A person might as well expect to be there 20 min. My Mother uses the one on Market St and I never have more than a 5 min wait. Please address this issue as it is very annoying.Today, I've waited 30 minutes and still not given my meds

Becoming very unhappy with the pharmacy. I refilled by scan on Sunday. Still not ready on Thurs. This drug is Plavix, a blood thinner. Dangerous to just stop. Maybe a change of pharmacies in the near future....Update-Called Customer Care-no help at all. Told me to call store.....

Worst place to go for a pleasant and timely visit scripts are seldom on time no one person nows what the next person is doing walked in right after surgery and costumer for awhile sent me out without. Dr called them, said since I walked out mad would not fill them for two more days don't waste your time rudest people on earth Robb ave location

If I could leave 0 stars I would bc this store has the rudest pharmacy employees ! And I see from other reviews I'm not the only one who thinks so. Something needs to be done ! This is unacceptable, especially after the way I was treated yesterday and other employees just stand there and say absolutely NOTHING! I will call everyday if I have to, I'll go to corporate, the BBB, whoever. Obviously nothing is being done about this bc it wouldn't keep happening !

I asked for three of my prescription they gave me a fourth that I didn't know that they still had on the list I paid for it didn't realize that I got it and I no longer take it but they won't take it back even though I didn't even open the bag they should cover whatever you're asking for instead of just giving you whatever's there
