Went in the store and told the gentleman what I was looking for in the work boot I wanted. He measured my feet on this 3d scan thing, he then went to the back brought back a boot, I tried it on and it was exactly what I wanted and the comfort level is beyond anything I've experienced in a work boot. I don't even have to tie them. Slip my foot in and turn a knob and bam. No more lacing up for me

I really appreciate the employees at this Redwing. They were all very helpful, professional, and pleasant! I can't remember the fellas name that helped me when I went in there after my dog chewed up my work boots. They did a scan on my feet to get the exact size I needed and did a pressure point analysis. The only thing that didn't care for was the prices. They were pretty steep so I'm really hoping these boots last awhile. It's definitely worth stopping in a getting some good quality footwear!

I visited the Store last week while I was in town. Great experience. Very nice atmosphere with a nice selection of boots, accessories, cleaners, conditioners, I even saw athletic shoes.The staff was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. They even replaced an eyelet hook on my boots within a minute or two while I browsed the store. I purchased a tin of All natural conditioner, which is great stuff.I am in the market for a new pair of boots soon and have been looking into Red Wings and a few other brands. After the great experience with the Lima store, my mind is made up; I'll be back soon to Purchase a pair of LoggerMax from them thanks to Keith.

My wife needed some new work boots for work, Red wing has a nice selection of Red Wing and other top name brand boots in stock. Boots can be expensive but the old saying that you get what you pay for really comes into play when you need a good pair of comfortable work boots you're going to be wearing all day long on the job, that last. The 3D measuring system they have is really nice and assures your getting the right size!!

The female employee was very rude and conversation ruling... Especially once she took a phone call while midconversation with me about boots another employee came up to continue the conversation then the lady came stomping over and taking over the sale like it's commission and they hadnt sold a thing in weeks.

I've never had a bad experience here. I came in a few times before I actually made my purchase. Never once was I pressured or rushed in my purchase. I've come in a few times since for this or that, always with friendly service. Definitely making my next boot purchase here. Keep up the good work! Update 5-11-17... I ordered a pair of boots on a Wednesday(that I was told were in stock) and was told a few days. Stopped in a couple of days later to pick up a pair that was being repaired and was told, with an apology, that it would be this time next week. A week came and went. Monday I ordered the same boots off of Amazon(for a fraction of the price) and received them Wednesday. Thursday I finally received a call that they came in. Apparently I've got a better hook up on boots than redwing? I'm leaving the 5 star because they have always treated me very well, but a phone call would have gone a long way in keeping a sale.

Awesome! We just moved to Ohio from California and my husband's Red Wing Boots needed some TLC before the snow starts next week; I called down and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and invited me to come right down to the shop. He oiled up the boots and checked them over for free even though we had purchased them from a different Red Wings location. I really appreciate the stellar, friendly and quick customer service I received here. I will be back for my future needs and will be recommending you to other people I know!

Its nice to be able to come here and they can look up your information on what kind of boots you wear and ship them directly to your home. Even during the COVID-19 times without the ability to go inside the store, the friendly staff quickly answered the phones and helped out.

This is a family-owned business that will make sure you have the right product for your needs. Red Wing boots aren't cheap... but they have some of the few boots that will last for years in industrial conditions. This staff will happily order multiple boots in your size to make sure you find the right one.

I will never go back there. I love their boots but after I was lied to about the warranty I'll never go back. I was told if they start falling apart before 1 year I can get them replaced. When I tried to get them replaced they told me they couldn't since it wasn't a defect. Then they proceded to try and sell me a pair of boots that i think cost double of the ones I bought before. They told they would hold up better. But the guy I bought my first pair from told those were the ones I needed. Plus when my girlfriend went to pick something up for me they talked down to her like she didn't know what she talking about

When I bought work boots I was told if they didn't last 6months then they would be replaced. That's a great sales pitch especially when they don't actually keep their word. Was told they were unfixable as the rubber was damaged. Then they tried to sell me some apoxy for $30, I decided to cut my losses and walked out because I felt I had wasted enough of my hard earned money. Poor service is an understatement.
