Cancelled my dog’s grooming appointment for this week (that they just confirmed yesterday) because apparently there is no staff? How are you just going to cancel all your grooming appointments that were already scheduled? A good business would uphold the appointments already made and if you really can’t justify having a staff don’t schedule new appointments. But you SHOULD have kept the ones you already confirmed since you confirmed my appointment yesterday and now suddenly “we have no groomers what’s so ever and you any schedule anything new”. See you’re still listing grooming as an offered service though on your website so you should have taken that off immediately since it’s false advertising. Extremely mad that I’m now wasting a pto day because I have to request off work months in advance.

Brought my dog here for a bath and cut, got there and was not informed until after I signed the papers that the person who was taking care of her was not certified to cut. This meant I was paying $80 just for my dog to get a bath. Will not be returning due to the terrible lack of communication.

The groomer was sweet and quick and done with a nail trim and buff in about 3 minutes. We got in the same day and she put some ball on his foot pad where she noticed a crack we hadn’t seen.

Courtney is a wonderful groomer. She cares very well for our pups and they absolutely love her! Our girls can sometimes get nervous when going in, but always come out happy and smiling. Courtney is the best and we always recommend her to other pet parents!

I love the convenience of dropping my dog off, and being able to pick her up within just a few hours. Most of the local groomers want to keep your dog all day and only offer day time hours. Petco allows me to bring my dog at the end of my workday. Groomer is friendly and kind to my dog Bella.

Kayla, the Lima groomer who handles our Aussie, which can be a little tempermental, does such an excellent job. Our dog gets the whole package, including deshedding. Kayla does a wonderful job with her nails (very tempermental), her deshedding, her cut. We only request Kayla for the grooming service. I cannot give her any higher remarks, she is the BEST!

Kayla P. does such a wonderful job with our Australian Shepherd, Gigi. She handles Gigi's temperment well and grooms, desheds, nail clips (not an easy job) to our utmost satisfaction. Kayla P. is warm and welcoming when Gigi comes in and we have even been in the store to grab items without Gigi, and Kayla P. still goes out of her way to say hello and asks how Gigi is doing. I would highly recommend Kayla P. and the Petco Grooming services to everyone.
