I love my curbside service at Pet Supplies Plus! I got great prices on cat food and litter, plus as a bonus, I got a nice thank you note with a catnip cheese toy for my new cat, which he loves! Thank you for the nice extra touch! I wil definitely shop here again!

Great selection of pet food, toys, health and care items. Staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable. A little less pricey than Petco, and often has a little more cat supplies than, too.

This is a great place with most of the employess being very friendly and interactive. There are a few that don't seem to be enthusiastic as others, and that's okay. Also, the willingness of most of the staff to seek out customers to help is very welcome, especially since a lot of other places couldn't care less if someone needs help with finding a product. The fact that they'll ask you if you need help without you having to request it first should be a standard followed by more stores. The selection of items is pretty great, and I've yet to have any issues shopping here. Pet Supplies Plus is a very welcoming business, and I will keep coming back here for my pets' needs.

I really enjoy this store. Customer service is A+. I have a cat who has always had a sensitive tummy. She thrives on their Redford chicken kitten food crunchy style and will not eat anything else. I discovered this blessing with the help of the knowledgeable staff. It was not a high pressure buy our brand move just a shared moment of a staff member with a similar issue and what had worked for her.

I usually don’t review places, but a few weeks ago we went in to get crickets for my friends pet gecko. We weren’t making any kind of big purchases, but the staff were still more than happy to help us. They were super friendly and made us feel super welcome. 100% recommend.

It was my first time visiting Pet Supplies Plus in Lima. I noticed the price of items were slightly discounted if you had a membership card. I did not have one, since I had never been there before. When I approached the register at check-out, I had hoped the cashier would ask if I wanted to sign up for a membership. So often times now, employees do not bother asking if you want to sign up if you answer no when they ask if you’re a member. Luckily, the associate asked when I said I didn’t have one. She ended up saving me a little money which was greatly appreciated! She was very friendly, and I found what I came in for right away! They had a great selection of Christmas toys, and I’ll definitely be returning to pick out a few!

Always love going here staff is helpful. Not as irrogant as some pet stores. Nice selection of not just cat and dog items but for fish and reptiles too and prices are great. Join rewards membership at no cost to you and get extra the savings. The cashier not sure of her name maybe Cheryl was very friendly.

Even though this store is 25 mins away we still drive here. Shelves are always stocked, employee's are always so helpful and nice. Prices are good too. With the variety this store has it keeps us coming back for all of our dogs supplies. Definitely recommend this place.

We walked in with two 8 week old puppies and were greeted pleasantly by staff. The staff helped us find all of our new pups needs (even a few we hadn't thought of) and assisted in helping fit their new harnesses. All questions were answered professionally. They even helped us load the truck upon leaving. Excellent service!

This store is one of my favorite pet stores. The staff are always-ALWAYS- so friendly and helpful, and if they don't know the answer to a question, they'll help you find it. I've seen a cashier spend ten minutes with a customer on Google trying to answer the guy's question. They really TRY to do a great job there. Also, the prices aren't bad, either.
