This was my first time here and what a cute place! I never knew it existed, I am from Florida and we stopped by and it was a cute experience! Great service and very friendly people! Good doughnuts and hot cocoa!What I loved the most is the wholesome part that they believe in what I believe and are giving the glory to God! I got to take a photo of the add that said God is good! That is something I always say, I was like Omg! God is good all the time and got a bible too! This to me is commendable of them because not many people praise God through their business and I said to myself, one day when I open something.. I will do the same !

Do yourself a favor and get the iced maple persian! Cherry chip cake donut is also awesome.Service is great, donuts are fresh, and the drive thru is quick. I just wish they had a little menu either on the wall by the window or like a pamphlet.

The Pumpkin and glazed donuts are really good. The pumpkin was extremely fresh and falling apart. They lack a variety of donuts though. Been really craving a basic cinnamon powered donut, it's just nothing compares to one from a donut shop. Some of the people were grumpy and had one girl scrambling to do everything including the drive through by herself up front, but that girl was nice.

Just went to Pat's & got charged for 2 shakes but only got 1. It was close to closing, so I understand things happen. We couldn't call because they were closed already at this point & I didn't want to go back through the drive thru and be that person during closing time. Just wanted to let you guys know.

Placed a order for 2 large pizza and 2 med pizza and donuts at 9:30 am this morning for a group of us at work was told the pickup would be 30 minutes. Sent someone to get food at 10 and food was not ready upon arrival they waited another 35 minutes until the food was finally done .when I received the pizza I open the box and 1 med pizza was over cooked after attempting to eat pizza still it was so unbearable because of the scorched taste that at that point I called and complained. Was informed that a replacement pizza would be ready for me to pickup at 3pm and to bring uneaten pizza with me .so I brought the pizza back and expecting to pickup the replacement pizza .they said they didn't know anything about my replacement and had to call the manager. They spoke with the manager and the manager told the they don't make replacement pizza until the other is returned and that is company policy. Company policy is ok when it comes to the customer needing to follow them but what about quality of the company product what is the policy on that? There is no way this pizza should have been boxed up and served unless a customer requested burnt cheese which i did not ! How is it remotely ok for a company to have a policy with a unsatisfied customer but its ok for them to serve just anything to us wanted me to wait on the replacement as if pats hasn't taken up enough time out my day

Amazing doughnuts and food in general, 9 times out of 10 amazing customer service would give a 5 star but literally 5 minutes ago i walk in and order a large pizza granted this is my first time doing this in person i was a little nervous but i continued to say i wanted pepperoni and bacon, she said okay, 45 minute wait, i said that’s fine everything’s good. Me and my girlfriend discussed weather to stay there in the lobby or go home granted we live 20 minutes away; as we were sitting in the lobby i heard the old lady who i had talked to about the pizza, talking about me and my girlfriend being idiots for standing around and that the pizza wasn’t going to just appear and stuff among those lines, this frustrated me and i had informed my girlfriend. little did they know i was standing there because i was waiting to get a doughnut because they are delicious here, as the lady who was working drive thru walked into the back and hadn’t came back. the older lady who served me came out and aggressively asked me “is there anything you still need?” and i said yes ma’am this doughnut here please she grabs it and slams it on the counter mumbling this is ridiculous and other things i couldn’t really hear among those lines; frustrated me and my girlfriend go and wait in the car and i sat there eating my doughnut thinking weather or not it was even worth coming here and showing my girlfriend their pizza for the first time.

I stopped in this morning to get donuts for my coworkers for the first time. Holy hells bells the cinnamon rolls are by far the best that I have ever had.The people are nice and the place is clean. If you like cinnamon rolls give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Donuts were decent, not too dry not too moist. Too sweet for my liking but the family enjoyed them. Overpriced for the quality, but with the limited competition in the area they can charge as they like.Staff this morning on the other hand was less than friendly, she seemed as if she hated her life and her job. Which is fine we all have those days, just don't bring it to work with you and bring down your customers!

This place has gone so far downhill! Stopped in tonight and the girl at the drive thru ran to the back the moment she saw us pull up. The door was locked(no sign with an explanation) so we get ready to drive through and we see them ignore a customer already in the drive thru! Waste of time! Hire better workers. You've lost my business for good

My family used to love this place growing up, they made the BEST donuts around. Donuts were always very fresh, delicious and consistent. That was a long time ago, now every time I go here, i end up regretting my purchase because the doughnuts are VERY stale. I would say inconsistent, but they are very consistent and being stale. I live right down the street. I’ve been in here MANY times. I keep saying I’m not wasting my money again…. But I get my hopes up and I try it again and again after some time and it continues to disappoint. I’m not sure what has changed over the years, but many years ago, I would’ve rated this one of the best donut places in Ohio. It’s not anything close to that anymore. I’m honestly sad to say that because I loved this place. I hope one day you will turn this back into the place that it once was. *Edited after i read threw the owners responses* READ through their reviews on here and see how hateful this owner really is. I’m NOT SORRY you have just lost a long-term customer and all my family members and friends. YOU ARE DESTROYING YOUR BUSINESS FROM TOP DOWN. READ THAT TRUTH!

Have been going to Pat's doughnuts since I was a kid. It's been a few months since I have stopped in to get some doughnuts due to the quality of their doughnuts, but thought I would give them another shot. I went in early today in the morning and ordered a variety of them and got them home. Picked out a triple chocolate and bit into it and was disappointed again. The doughnut looked great, but it was really dry, like it had been made a day or two prior. I wish there was an email to address this with the owners, because I do want Pat's to stay around, but unfortunately I can not recommend anyone to go there anymore. Hope this review not only helps others, but can help the owners figure out what is going wrong.

Requested 7 dozens assorted donuts, only received 3 kinds of assorted donuts. 4 dozen out of 7 dozen were glazed. Taste was good, just not happy with customer satisfaction

I was in town for a few days and I always stop by to get ice cream. I asked for my favorite flavor, butter pecan. They brought out a new bucket from the back. I was so looking forward to it. It literally was the WORST TASTING butter pecan ice cream I had ever tasted.
