The folks were fantastic and the manager Todd went over and above to help us load our purchases. I highly recommend the Vanwert store and Ollies Bargain Outlet store everywhere.

They won't always have what you need, but you'll find something close to it. Definitely have great closeout prices and in large quantities. They are pretty friendly and have a wide variety of products; clothing, tools, cleaning products, health and hygiene items, household needs, and the like. Ollies rewards are a pretty good deal, too. It's definitely a place to go in a pinch.

Personally one of the best discount stores in the area. Everything’s literally less than you’d find at a normal big box store like Target or Meijer or Macy’s etc.

Always find some good deals when we stop at Ollie's. This store was kind of a mess & it was hard to get through some of the aisles because of all the stuff in the way. But, we managed & found what we needed (and some we didn't lol). Staff wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either.. they were just there 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in the area, though.

They hardly ever have the items advertised in the flyer. Very cluttered in the aisles. However, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Fun place to visit, it's a lot like visiting a very large flea market stall. You never know what you might find here. If you see something you like here, you should probably buy it, as it probably won't be there the next time you visit.The people here are friendly enough, but you don't see them very much except for the folks working the registers.I always seem to walk out with something, it's just the nature of a place like Ollie's.

The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is checkout is slow. Besides that, this store has a little of everything. Faux wood blinds at the nig chain stores would've almost $70 a set. Ollie's had them for $34 or less for the smaller sizes. Saved definitely saved us alot of $$$. We have a collection of childrens books for our almost 3 yr. They literally have a library in the store. Love this store

Ollies is like an odd lots but better in my opinion. Have went to different locations. Signed up with rewards and got coupons in the mail. They have all been nice and clean when I visit them.

Great store but the Lima one needs help on customer service side. One cashier was very rude to a customer because they asked why didn’t they get a discount when he used his phone number. The guy said you don’t have a card you don’t get a discount which I understand but the guy asked him to put the number back in the system he refused to, and refused to give the discount to the gentleman.

Very messy! Can find some bargains if you are willing to spend a lot of time! Not really organized! Same item in several spots! Only go if in the area definitely dont make this place a must go! 1 time in about 2 years!

They have lots of good stuff cheaper than other stores but some things are higher so just be careful about prices. I love the large assortment of books they have here. Some of the associates are not very kind or helpful though. We were interested in buying some rice Krispies treats for snacks for work but they were priced $23 and some odd cents. It was the only box there and we were sure it was probably just mistakenly priced wrong but no one would assist us in finding out. Then, at cashing out, the cashier wasn't very friendly at all and was complaining about everyone in her line and mumbling under breath when the other associate told a customer with a return to get in line for assistance.
