I walked out last time, because lines were backed up and not moving.I refuse to use self checkout, I don't work for free.You need to pay attention when shopping there.If you look at the pictures, you can see the advertising scheme, 12 rolls for $24.49, but when I looked around I found 24 rolls for $16.99.Pay attention when shopping there, unless you like to throw away money.

The renovation is beautiful! And done finally! The aisles are nice and WIDE! Great selection of product - unlike Walmart - that has their brand and maybe one other. Stocked and faced well. Really enjoy shopping here and feel pricing is reflective of product.

Mostly high quality. Fresh vegetables are often terrible. The lettuce is brown outer and going rotten. The cauliflower has black spots all over it.I have a great fear of getting sick from it. I wish they would rectify this issue. Unfortunately their competitors can be the same. I was in a canadian grocery store recently, and the fresh vegetables were of the highest quality. In Canada their vegetables were not wrapped In plastic.

Thank you for carrying organic super super fruit green drinks as I love it but stock up more on the Organic Super Fruit Greens Drink cause this is always low and I normally buy out what little stock you have!!!!!! ❤️Thank you for having vegan soup in a glass jar…yum! Please look into some organic vegan soup in a glass jar as that would even be better! Love that you carry stuff for us vegan people! Yum!Also, thanks for having CocoWhip cool whip as no one else in Lima sells this. You are my favorite grocery store!My dog loves Spring & Sprouts plant based meal that no one else does. Thank you.

I almost always find what I am looking for. Love the remodeled store. Still getting familiar with it. But it is fresh. Wider isles. Produce section always rocks for me. I spend a lot of time in this store.

If I could give it a 0/5 stars I would. I recently went to grab a few groceries and will not be going back after what has happened. I was scanning/bagging my items at the self checkout when one of the employees seemingly racially profiled me. The worker yelled at me across the self checkout lanes randomly yelling at me “no no don’t do that” and then mean mugged me, when I looked at her she then proceeded to confirm that she was yelling at me, I had asked “Huh?” And clearly had a puzzled expression on my face as you would when randomly confronted but she doubled down on the issue saying “yeah you don’t do that”. She then proceeded to glare at me for a good bit then walked away. If there was an issue with the machine then I feel as there would’ve been a better way to go about that interaction rather than just randomly shouting. I can’t tell if this is an issue with improper training or some Karen who has unnecessary hate in their heart. As the only customer of darker complexion in the area at the time it just seems very odd to be singled out . I’ve shopped at this grocery consistently in the past and had no issues so it’s a bummer that I won’t be returning.

Fair store. Has everything you need for a shopping trip... obviously. The atmosphere is really nice. There is nothing bad to say about the store other than long lines, but tgwn you just go to self checkout, if you aren't a "i don't work for free kinda person."

Good prices and deals just bad experience on cashiers on self checkout, the cashiers was racist on me kept on hitting the alarm 12 times on me. I've already scanned and they accused me of my jacket getting in the way of scanner, when I took off my jacket they still press the alarm and laugh about it and one of them was on their cell phone texting bragging about what they done to me the person on the phone.Its weirdly oddly that people of indigenous nationally get miss treatment, I'm Hispanic and African American and Navajo mixed and tonight I was missed treated by two Caucasian women that had no sense of respect for other people. I had traveled to this store for many years and it takes an hour to get the from my residence, other than another Meijers store I would be a four hour drive. I live in the country and not in the city so changing stores isn't easy. I hope that this kind of racism stops, it's destructive to people's lives. Thank You a customer for over 40 years.

There are 6 parking spots for grocery pick up orders. When I arrived to pick up my order on the evening of 1/18, there were NINETEEN CARS in front of me. I waited 40 minutes and saw ONE person get their groceries brought out. People were getting out of their vehicles, angry, etc. When I gave up and left, 8 additional people had pulled in behind me, and while several others had given up and left, there were still over 20 cars waiting for their pick up orders. My order still does not show "refunded", in spite of two calls to Meijer and 2 promises of management "following up with me." I have yet to hear from anyone. I understand short staffing but this was a complete melt down of the process. I will not be using Meijer pick up again.

The service could have been better. We had a pick up for groceries and the person ran the cart into my vehicle and then loaded the groceries in the car and didn't bother to shut the back end of the car.

They have a stocking problem that goes back before Covid. Now it's really bad! Many items are perpetually out of stock (which Walmart can seem to keep in stock - strange).Overall it's a decent place to shop, but really disappointing.

Went in too get simple wiper blades as it was Rainin good Much too my suprize they tryed too charge me 46 bucks for 2 wiper blades and paid 22 for one as they say fool me once but won't happen twice So I went too Auto Zone Got Both wipers for 19.68 All I can say is you lost my Bussiness Meijer and Definately no more losses for me

I like the Lima Meijer, but I can't believe they have no fresh seafood. The meat department guy had 3 prepackaged packages of salmon, and he said they had them in the back, so unless you ask, you wouldn't know it.Their processed food isles are packed full of options, though. (All the inner isles)I do enjoy the fresh produce, so I tend to grab more from that department than any other.

Store was very busy, low stock on several items. Parking (handicapped) was all full. A customer who parked in "quick trip" had a full cart! Definitely wasn't a quick trip for her!

Piss poor customer service.. areas of the store blocked off with carts and chains so you can't browse and thiefs can't shop lift. Not a place that's inviting to spend money at.

They have the biggest selection on candles. More than 4 isles to choose from! They blow the Walmart out of the water.As far as the other items, I will say their makeup is always stocked. They have an ok home decor section but they ain't Hobby Lobby.Some prices throughout the store are a little high but they do have quality products.

Like shopping here when they have sales. Also like having grocery pick up.I would recommend if you want to do grocery pick up, go before it gets dark. They have their pick up behind the store instead of on the side or the front like it use to be. So now it's very secluded, out of the eyes of roads or anything.

The store is quite confusing after the remodel. Most items customers would like to make it quick trip in for require going all the way to the back of the store. Pricing on items seems a little high. Shelves are poorly stocked. Meat prices are outrageous and don't appear to be rotated by date properly. Customers service is non-existent.
