The lady who takes my order is great we chat every morning! It's very annoying when I pull up to the second window and they do not have any ketchup this has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Next time they do it I will be returning my order and going somewhere else. Small details like this are easy to get right and management shouldnt allow this it happen more then once.

I go here frequently to the point I have a favorite employee, we chat on a first name basis and I’m always satisfied with my order/service so I genuinely hate to post anything negative but this is beyond ridiculous. I ordered my usual when I grab lunch here, a qp with bacon and a fry. This is what I got today and I don’t even understand how this happened lol honestly insane that this was even sent out

I'd suggest training your employees to read and count.I have no clue how much money this store has stolen from me over the years.I come here on my lunch break sometimes, and my order is incorrect more often than not. They just don't put all my items in my order. They'll forget sandwiches, fries, sauce, etc.I know it's super hard to read a few lines of an order and then count to three, but maybe we could try?Mistakes happen, but they seem to happen nearly every time here. Train your employees.

came through about 5:20pm Feb 15th. ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for extra fudge on the bottom that i was charged for. i receive it- no extra fudge. so i tell them, they take it back to put extra and hand it back and its exactly the same. then the cap came off and it was all melted. THATS due to putting fudge in after the cap is on which is the wrong way anyways. get your people in order this location STUPID AS HELL.

Julie the manager was very rude to me about an order that she claim was already picked up. When I watch an associate put the order back into the expo window. She proceeded to tell me that I was going to have to pay for the order again, her demeanor towards her crew is very disrespectful, all of the workers seemed very unhappy to be there, and she continued to reach her tone of voice with them as she continued to tell the drive-through associate to pull cars forward she would not walk away to even address the issue at hand. Instead, she said that it was not her problem.

Normally I am not one to complain. As a teenager I worked at a McDonald's and I understand it is fast paced and usually a bunch of kids learning how to work. However, this evening we sat in the drive thru for a long while and no one ever attempted to respond or take our order. We then parked and went inside. Nearly the entire staff was openly disrespecting management who was desperately trying to get them to stay on track. It was a hot mess. We did our order at the kiosk. Paid at kiosk, and still waited forever. We were nearly the only people inside the lobby, other than the handful of employees hiding visibly from manager chatting and such. I feel terrible for the approximately 2 employees trying to do everything. What an experience. Jeez.

This is by FAR the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been at. Every single employee is too busy on their phones and not working. The girl that was working the window for cash is the worst. A big tan suv was behind me and apparently she knew them so she’s giving them all free food. The other day when I came thru, the same girl was working the window and I paid her in cash. She dropped part of my change and told me that she did so and proceeded to tell me to have a good day and closed the window without giving me my money. I honked at her and told her that I’d like my change and she said “seriously?” She climbed around on the floor and found the missing money and handed it to me and in the cockiest voice said “now u have a great day “ and slammed the door. I was like WOOOOOOOW! If u want excellent service, do yourselves a favor and go to the north west street location. Elida road isn’t it.

5:46am Alyssa Store #1806.I just had the worst experience at your Elida Rd McDonalds. I sat at the drive-thru menu for 3 minutes and no one uttered a word to me. I kept saying hello, is anyone taking orders this morning? Still nothing. I pulled up and there was someone in front of me only getting an iced coffee and that took another 5 minutes. I finally got up to the window and told her no one said anything at the drive thru. She said she told me she would be with me in one moment. No she did not. It was the automated message that comes on when you pull up. I gave her my order and she did other things and then told me I had to pull up, I told her I would not pull up, because what I ordered takes 7 minutes. I would have sat in your drive thru all day but I would have been late for work. I had already sat in the drive thru for way longer than I should have.She said then I will refund your money. She did a refund for cash. I pulled back around to your menu to place my order and sat at the window another 5 minutes. She finally came to the window and told me she was not going to serve me.I sat in your drive thru from 5:40am until 5:55am and did not get served my breakfast.I told Alyssa I wanted to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager.She is a poor manager. I want something done about this experience I had. I stop at your restaurant almost every morning on my way to work.I kept telling her I was going to contact corporate and she kept saying I don’t care.

When the MANAGER is so busy arguing as loud as she can while there is a backed up line over a young employee cursing was way more offensive than the cursing. By the way he tried to apologize and was trying to be respectful. After a ridiculously long wait and receiving our cold food the big argument was still going on.

*Warning don’t go to this location!!!* Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s! The management team is very rude and will yell at you when you are talking to them normally and calm. They don’t care if you waited a long time for food. They won’t give you fresh food when you call about it or ask if you can get a refund. My food is super cold to the touch and my drink was melted. I waited 20 mins in the drive thru for a cold sandwich and melted drink. The drive thru was at a standstill for 20 mins and people were getting out of their cars in the drive thru to get their food inside. I advise not to come here cause if they messed up on your order they won’t help you or make you new food. Complete scam and this location needs new management!

Showed up to McDonald’s at 745 PM. Dining room was closed with employees sitting around talking. Dining room sign says open until 10 PM. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building with only one lane open. Normally I would not complain. I get it if there is a shortage of workers. -but the amount of workers standing around didn’t seem to be much of a shortage. I will take my business elsewhere.
