There is an amazing lady who works there named Mildred! She helped us out and was terrific!!If I had a complaint I would say the aisles are to narrow. I was pushing my grandma in her wheelchair and it was very tight in most of the aisles.

Very well organized store with many styles of clothing to choose from. They also have a wide range of makeup and various other items to choose from. Something for everyone.

Very nice associates who are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even during a very high traffic weekend, the store looked remarkably clean and well organized. The sale prices were comparable with competitors and the non-sale items were typical for JCPenny. The store's inventory was vast and there was plenty to shop.

The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because out of this whole store, I think they had 2 ladies working the check out and that was it. I had to wait in line for 15-30 minutes. The lady in front of me even left the line. Behind me were a lot of people waiting to check out. There should have been something done to eliminate the wait time. Open other checkouts or something. To me, this is not good business.

Sale item was a mis print on the table the item was on. But it still rang up for regular price. The manager made it right for us with not problem and thanked us for bringing the situation to their attention

Nice mall. Almost all spaces filled. Feel safe in this mall compared to bigger cities. Nice to see it still thriving

Not enough people working there. The floors were clean and shiny. They have some great clothes, but more ugly than good. The lady's clothes looked like the 70 ate the 60's the staff that were there are on point. Just to bad the small crew that was there has wat to much to do.

Today I visited JC Penney after not having been there for months. It looked SO much better than at my last visit - cleaner, brighter, and updated with lots of new merchandise. I was SO happy to see it looking good because the Findlay store closed years ago, and I was afraid the Lima store was next. Keep up the good work!!!!

I found some great clearance prices on shirts. I don't like the delay I had waiting to buy the shirts I found. I stood in line over 10 minutes with two cashiers working.

I hate to say it, but this is a declining big box store. Not so very long ago, I bought a fairly quality suit and had it tailored through the store. Now everything is cookie cutter, off the rack fit. Dress shirts are L/XL/XXL etc, not by neck and arm length. This used to be my one stop shop for dress clothing, now there is nobody in the department, only at the registers and know nothing about their inventory

Took them two almost three months to get two stones replaced in my wedding ring, every time I inquired about the status of my ring, I was told something different & given the run around. I dropped my ring off March 30th, and just picked it up yesterday 6/8/23. I would rather pay money out of my pocket to get my ring fixed elsewhere than go back here & wait an absurd amount of time. I also in a round about way was blamed for my wedding band & ring not being a set, even though they were the ones who sold it to my husband. Overall really disappointed with the jewelry department as a whole.

Dressing room has no place to sit your glasses on or a bench to sit down to try on pants, except for a few handicap rooms.

I don't shop here so not real familiar with the place but a client asked me to pick up and order. I was a little confused on were to go not really clearly marked or stated. But the staff I dealt with were very nice. The cashier by the exit even came around when the alarm chimed to help me since I wasn't sure who I needed to see about that.

12/4/21...Stopped in JcP while at the mall to see what sales were going on. I found a few clearance items. The cashier in the children's department was really friendly. She even scanned a coupon for me that I wasn't aware of. Great experience!

I had 2 returns. Yes, they were more than 60 days. I only returned them because at my last visit to this store, I asked if I could. So when I visited my son again at college, I returned the mattress pad and cover, both NIB. Alice was not friendly and seemed very agitated that I was making a return. A cashier downstairs said it was most likely because she was in pain all the time. Sad, but I highly doubt that was the reason.

Honestly, this trip was kind of a nightmare. The selection was poor, with several areas of the sales floor left wide open and empty. The bathroom was impossible to find (as were any employees to ask!!!) and sketchy as hell. When we went to check out, none of the items rang up with their posted sales price and the employee just shrugged her shoulders and told me I must have looked at them wrong. I went back to the shelves and clarified the posted sale price, but ended up leaving the store empty-handed and FRUSTRATED!!!

I was very disappointed because I drove quite a distance for their sale. I hadn't been in their store for a while. Nothing I wanted was a part of the sale, and everything I had brought to the register for purchased I was told, "That's not part of the sale, only these 3 things on this shelf and this thing on this shelf, but not everything." What store is organized like that? Won't be going back there. Online is much easier.

I was referred to the salon by coworkers who saidâ they are pricey but they usually have good stylistsâ so I went to the salon for haircut and color. Started off ok but as stylist was putting foils in another one of her customers arrived. She finished my foils and started on the other customer.From that point on she ran between the 2 of us .(rinsed my hair but made me wait at sink while she attended to other customer. Made me wait in chair while she rinses other customer etc) When she finally got back to me she just started cutting my hair. I stopped her and said â do you want me to show you a pic of the cut I want?â She said sure and barely glanced at it. She spent 3 min cutting my hair and immediately threw me under the hair dryer and ran to her other customer. Didnât even show me it in the mirror , ask if it was ok .. nothing.I was feeling my hair and it didnât feel right.I pulled off the hairdryer and started looking in the mirror it was not remotely like the cut I wanted. Another stylist saw me and got my stylists attention. She came back to me and I told her I wanted layers not whatever this was she did to my hair. She sat me back down and then cut my hair correctly. Then she blew dry it a little , flung off the cape, and walked away. I found my way to front with still damp hair and paid. As I got to car I realized how yellow my highlights are. She never put toner on like she said she would. When she took a few seconds of her time to listen to me, she did a good job. If you would like to go to the salon for the experience and to be pampered a little then this is not the salon for you. If you want to be treated as an afterthought or nuisance then this is the place to go.
