What a disappointment!!!! Used to spend a couple of hours at Hobby Lobby finding so many neat things for my home!!! Not anymore!!! I will never buy sheets, bath rugs or kitchen items at Hobby Lobby!!! My favorite store is ruined!!! Very sad!! Why did you change a good thing???!!!!

Went in to do a return, found a kind of people check out in the returns line while other employees stood around. Waited to do my return after all the others. Then to be yelled at by Kelly a cashier that I had to mail the item back. Which I'm totally fine with since I bought it online. But Kelly was really mean in her language to me and was embarrassing. The customer service is really sad at this location. Will go to another location in the future.

Hobby lobby is a go-to store. I love that weekly they give 50% off half the store and rotate departments. Amazing selections for home decor, arts and craft supplies of all sorts, even toys. My last trip was to replace our wall clock. The decision was tough!

I love hobby Lobby but there's not so much to choose from lately. There are too many people in aisles at one time and everything is picked over. I liked that they keep the carts clean though.

I was looking for a swivel hook & a D ring for a purse, the lady in sewing was very nice but did not have quart I needed. She sent me over to jewelry, I asked the lady there she could help me, all I got was a Lot of attitude. We turned and left the store. Nov 3, 2pm.

If Im missing this is one of the first places to look 🤣 Im seriously there 2-3 a week! 🤫 Clean store, Great selection, quality items, beautiful displays, and friendly Staff...only way it could get any better is if it were open 24/7!! Please stay open 24/7🙏🏼

They are great because they have all the stuff you go to Hobby Lobby to get. However they are always understaffed and I have walked out rather than wait an hour to be checked out.

Why are there no motorized carts. I have problems standing (5+ min) and walking (10+ min). I would shop 4x as much. If it wasn't so painful or fall risky. And no, a wheelchair doesn't work. I'm a 450lbs person. So I don't fit most wheelchairs.

Never buy anything that isn't on sale.IMO they are charging too much if they can put half their store on 40% off every other week. They are a Christian store and are not opened on Sunday to let their employees a chance with their families.But not Christian enough to be humble with their prices and tricking people into buying overpriced items.

They don't have signs to help you find things, they were busy and I couldn't find an associate to ask. Hobby lobby is a nice store, tons of cool stuff.But to whom it may concern,the checkout process is horrible.The wait times in the checkout line are completely unacceptable.Especially irritating when I stood in line 1 time for over 10 minutes while 3 ladies (employees) chitchat instead of opening another register.I hope that they can streamline their checkout process

If you have a craft project and you need something, Hobby Lobby probably has it. Friendly staff and tons of stuff to look at. Bored, go on in, you'll find a project to keep you occupied

Really changed a lot in the recent years. Not for the better. Sales on "staples" for crafters have dropped from 50 to 40% off. Sale rotation no longer reliable. Stopped carrying items that many crafters loved, with very little option to purchase elsewhere locally.

I love this place! It is so nice going here knowing I can find anything and everything I need! Their yarn selection could be a bit bigger, but it has what I need most of the time. The staff is always very nice and always willing to help. I wish that if they bring a new season of decor out they reduce the older holiday items more.
