This is a quaint cute little place where you order at the counter and then find your seat and then call out your name and you can pick it up. We went here for Valentine's Day. Thought it was appropriate. We were on vacation and in town doing some shopping. We wanted an old fashioned burger. Well we found one. The burgers have a good flavor. The toppings were very fresh and the bun was good. They must use decent oil because we had pickles, onion rings and french fries and all three are very crisp and very good tasting. We decided after we ate our meal that we would have some ice cream she had the caramel coffee drink and I had the Oreo ice cream? That's kind of like a blizzard... Everyone was friendly. The place was very clean and it had nice restrooms. Stop by and get an old-fashioned burger if you're in town..

Menu is quote nice lot of choices. Casual atmosphere. Plenty of room and cleanIt is busy so allow for a small wait.You get food on trays brought to table.Nice people at counter. Recommend pork tenderloin and onion rings

Friendly staff and delicious food! Quality over quantity is very nice. Inside dining is closed for now, so go through drive-thru and order some delicious grub!

I ordered a grilled cheese with onion rings and tomato soup. Guy didnt ring up the onion rings so i never got them. "As busy as it gets" means there were 4 customers, so what else was so important you cant get a face to face order right? It was the only thing to do at the time so i dunno what happened 🤷 should have went across lima to the one on elida rd.

First time here for myself my girlfriend has been here before as she recommended this place food is okay good size menu reasonable price I didn't care for the burger the fried mushrooms were delicious milkshake was very good and creamy french fries are delicious overall a decent establishment to get a good meal for a reasonable price.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but a big shout out to Happy Daz - West St Location. I feel very welcomed. I come at lunch time twice a week and I’m always treated so nicely. My food is always good and correct. Customer Service is excellent and I appreciate your cleanliness, kindness, always being friendly and good service. I’ll keep coming back!! Thank you!!

A nice '50's themed little diner... The place was clean, the people friendly, and my food was hot and good. The music was just loud enough to enjoy, but, not so much that you had to talk over it. The perfect place to enjoy my lunch break.

I stopped in here because it wasn't a national chain and wanted to see what they offered. The lady was very nice and answered my questions about the different menu options. If I'm ever in this town again I'd definitely eat here again

The food was just ok. Better selection than most fast food. The service was surprisingly good! And the atmosphere was fun with the old signs and 60s style. The floor wasn't very clean though...Vegetarian options: I had a grilled cheese sandwich and it was ok while still hot. If it's not meat, it's deep fried, so not the best place for healthy eating.

Thank you. We didn't realize until recently how lucky we were when we lived in Lima, so close to tenderloins. It's almost unheard of in the states away from the Indiana-Ohio area. Can't even find one in Columbus, a breaded tenderloin sandwich that is! And you guys make them so good!

If I could give ZERO (0) Stars, I would. I will NEVER, EVER eat at another Happy Daz again. I would suggest, that others heed my advice. My husband and I went there and the young man that waited on us, got our order wrong, didn't bother getting us our order, instead, he fixed himself a dinner and sat down and ate it. He also screwed up 3 other orders while we were there. Another employee, a young lady, very nice, helped us, thankfully. None of this was her fault. Took 30 minutes to get our food which by that time was cold. The tables were all sticky and dirty. The manager was walking around taking inventory. Oblivious to the chaos around her. When I told a few people of what happened, they had similar experiences at a different Happy Daz. The owner I believe has too many irons in the fire. Maybe he should start caring about the reputation of all of his businesses 🤔! I intend to tell everyone not to go there. Terrible!!

I'm done with this place. Everytime I come here lately the svs is horrible I never leave the parking lot until I check my order and 8 out of 10 times I have to go in to get it fixed. And today I went thru the drive thru was pulled ahead for a fresh hamburger waited 20 min they served the entire drive thru. Then brought me a cold bag of food. I should've been done with them a long time ago

Of course we came for their big T's. But now they are called tenderloins. Because it is half of what was before. They are still delicious. My son had there hot chicken, he said they were good. All in all they are worth the drive to eat good food.
