I stopped in to grab some drinks and use the bathroom and it was by far the worst bathroom I have ever seen. I walked in and almost puked a portipotty would smell better and be cleaner! There is no reason for an establishment to allow this!

cheap prices but extremely rude. prepaid with cash inside and the staff member was talking very loudly on the phone, clearly not paying attention and wouldn’t even look at me. he ended up putting the $ on the wrong pump and another lady started pumping. we were both frustrated and went inside to tellhim, and he said it was my fault! get off of your phone when you’re supposed to be working and pay attention! it is not my fault that they do not listen to basic directions.

Good price on diesel, way better deal than the Ripoff truck stops in Beaver Dam. Roasters Fried Chicken is decent. If there's only one attendant working you usually have to wait in line for somebody that's redeeming 20 or more lottery tickets one at a time

Employees extremely rude. Went in to prepay, told them the amount and the pump number, and went out to pump gas. Pump wouldn't kick on, so I went in to ask them to turn pump on. The employee copped an attitude and said I told him a different pump number where another customer was already pumping gas! And told me I would have to wait for that pump to clear and then move my car there to pump my gas! So, I just asked for my money back. He made me wait for my refund while he took care of another customer....while the other employee stood there doing nothing! When he finally gave me my refund, he slapper the money on the counter and wouldn't even look at me.....will NEVER go back to this place again!

Accidently left my card at home and was super embarrassed, when I went to say I live 5 minutes away and would be right back the cashier lady was super rude. Other than the owner of the store, I've never had good customer service here. Will definetly be going to Speedway from now on!

Prepaid using my credit card here and didn't use all of what I prepaid. Was still charged the full amount even though they said the unused amount would go back on my card in 3-5 business days.
