They were a good price for my Berner pup and my big boy. They smelled so fresh. Also the lovely receptionist listened to every concern I had and filled me in on how it went when I came to pick them up.

On the website it only specifies 'pet' grooming's not dog nor cat. On google it says they do cat grooming. Called to make a cat grooming appointment only to be greeted with unenthusiastic voice not even saying the name of the business or 'how can I help you?' then a rude 'no we don't do cat grooming.' no apologies or any other offers were made to me.

I love Flying Fur Pets! I originally adopted Alfie, and I called Flying Fur Pets. He is short haired, so he only needed a bath and nails clipped. He probably was about 10 weeks old the first time. Alexis took care of him. He is 3 yrs old now, and as soon as we pull up to the building he is frantically excited. He literally pulls me out of the car and into the building! I recently added Meadow to the family, and she goes there too. I request Alexis with her. Everyone's great, but I thought she would feel better with her big brother! I will never take them anywhere else!

Just took my puppy for his first grooming experience, he’s usually reactive and anxious but was so happy when I picked him up and was so soft and smelled so clean! 10/10 for the team at flying fur :)

My girl Pixie boarded at Flying Fur when she was waiting to be adopted thru Deb's Dogs. She loves going to daycare there now to see all of her friends, canine and human. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They really care about the dogs well-being and take great care of them. They create a fun, safe place and include fun activities that are fun for me too; like the paw paintings and parties for the dogs.The groomers are great too. Pixie doesn't need haircuts but her mani-pedi's are always beautiful and she loves the ladies there.I highly recommend Flying Fur for all of their services. A place a pet parent can trust and feel good about taking their fur babies to.

Horrible experience for our dog. had 830 appt for grooming, didnt get done until nearly 3 o'clock! Called and they said "sorry we over scheduled i have no excuse for why it took so long"....So our pup sat in a cage all day stressed out because they dont understand work load and scheduling. I stated we were going to find a new groomer and she hangs up on me!!! Awesome customer service!!! Haha yea right....this was only her 3rd appt so we should have known better because when we went to drop her off she was terrified to go in the building like she wasnt being treated right and now since shes been home, she is super clingy....seems like weird behavior to us....so i would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Watch our dog for a week, gave her a bath and she came home happy. She actually ate some there too which doesn't always happen. Dogs seem to be able to roam and socialize too which is nice

There aren't enough good things to say about Flying Fur Pets! All the girls that work here are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. I've been bringing my puppy for a few months for doggy daycare and she is always so excited to rush through the door to say hi to the girls. They're amazing with her. She got a haircut today and Alexis was so friendly about talking with me about options, length and style. The haircut looks better than I could have imagined-- Alexis did a fantastic job! I was also shocked about how inexpensive it was for such great work. Everywhere else I looked was at least double the cost. The price of haircuts and daycare is very cheap especially for the excellent care and attention that is given. Would absolutely recommend Flying Fur for all of their services!!

Good place to get your pets a bath and get nails trimmed and filed. The only thing I seen is maybe a little better to the pups that are skiddish or scared when getting them done.

This is a wonderful place to take your animals too. The workers there are very friendly, polite, and caring. They take time to answer any of your questions you may have and don't try to rush you off. It's also a very clean environment and smells very good in there!! The prices are excellent too!! Thank you so much Flying Fur Pet Salon for doing such a great job with Kane. We will be seeing you again soon.

My husband was working in Ohio and decided to fly home to Texas for a few days they were able to to accommodate our pup last minute and they were very helpful and took great care of our Muffin ! She stayed there 4 nights and we put her in the deluxe suite . 24 hour live video so you can check in on your pup it was awesome ! We would see the ladies come in there and pick her up and love on her I am so happy with the experience! Thank you ladies ❤️

I can't say enough good things about this place. I have never boarded my German shepard until this past week. She has an epi disease, and I worry about her alot. Flying fur took her in with short notice, and took amazing care of her. She came back happy, healthy and super clean 😀 They done a great job giving her all her required meds, and made sure she went potty plenty. (Her disease causes her to go alot) We will forsure be back, whether it's for boarding or grooming. I'm pleased with our experience!

They were just awesome to my dog! His toes' fur and nails were trimmed to perfection, and he was smelling great (no strong smell of cologne!) Their space is also very clean. Recommended! :)

I've been taking my golden retriever Hoover here for over a year for grooming, and recently they moved and expanded to offer grooming, daycare, and boarding! It's been so nice to drop him off for weekend trips and he comes back clean, freshly trimmed, and tired from playing all day! Super reasonably priced, too!

I took my dog to this salon yesterday. This was her second time at this salon. The first visit I was very content and the atmosphere was pleasant however this second visit I was overwhelming dissatisfied! Right when I walked into the salon one of the dogs was barking and I heard one of the groomers yelling at her. I was kinda upset by this and my gut feeling was to turn around and walk out. I definitely didn’t initially feel comfortable leaving my dog here. When I talked to the groomer (it was a different groomer than last time) for a little bit I decided to leave my dog. When called to pick up my dog up 5 hours later I came. I took my pup home with a quick inspection. On the drive home I was looking at my dog and noticed her right eye being red and inflamed. I took her to the emergency vet clinic that night and found out she has a corneal ulcer or abrasion and a tear to her lower eyelid. We are hoping things turn out okay and this heals up nicely. I understand accidents happen however no one informed me this happened when I picked my dog up. This is quite unprofessional for any business to not keep their customer informed. My dog came from a rescue and was thought to have been abused. It hurts me to know that someone hurt my dog and then did not inform me that this happened so I could deal with it appropriately. I also am concerned by what else could have happened considering one of the groomers was yelling at a dog when I walked in. Clearly some of the people that work there are inconsiderate of animals and unaccountable for their actions. I’m one unhappy customer and will never be bringing my dog back to this place!

All of the groomers are very nice. I have picked my groomer because she did the style I wanted. Prices are very reasonable a the shop was clean.

The folks at Flying Fur are great with your dog. Mine was hyper a Lab and they fell in Love with her. Wonderful place to board your dog. I will go again and again when need to board Twister. Thanks again ladies GREAT JOB!

I have boarded my dog here a few times mainly on the weekends while I am gone. It has always went well, but I went on a week long vacation and boarded him there the whole time and came back to see him have scabs and cuts all over the sides of his face. I was told that it was from “water irritating his skin” but the amount of scabs and cuts on his face could not have been only from water irritating him. I believe a smaller dog was biting him and he could not get away and nobody was there watching to help stop it. I will not be taking my dog back there ever again

Cut off all my yorkies hair after given a picture and asked only to trim her. She didn't smell fresh.The cut was uneven and very unprofessional. And nicked her eye with the clippers. I still payed and tipped well.

I’ve been taking my dogs there for over 2 years. In the last few times I have been taking them the pricing has increase by $10 each time. I was originally paying $60 for two small/medium dogs when I first started coming there. Last time it was $70, and today it was $80! I haven’t changed anything or asked for anything new. Then before my dogs came out they asked with one was which dog, which they have there records and what kind each dog is. They brought out my dogs and one being a schnauzer shaved off her beard! For that breeds hair cut you normal don’t and they never have before. We believed they had mix up the dogs cuts and realized it until after the fact! They didn’t say anything and let me pay before they came out! If you made a mistake say something! And the fact that last two time I’ve been there they have kept my dogs for 4-8 hrs after dropping them off and call 30 minutes before they close and tell me I need to get them picked up before then. Acting like they called me before that! I’m very disappointed and after being a customer there for 2 years I probably won’t go back!
