I come here often and buy lots of Milwaukee tools and have never had a issue but I wanted to exchange something I got as a gift for Christmas. The cashier nick needs to work on his people skills I was nice through the entire transaction and he was just mad about me exchanging something I didn't have a receipt but it was clearly never used. I didn't want money back I simply asked to use the money for the correct item I wanted. The manager however was very nice and helped me out. At the end of the day I ended up spending more money then what the original product cost so try to smile next time Nick.

I purchased a backpack weed sprayer from this store. I couldn't figure out how to attach the sprayer and pump so I brought it back to them hoping someone would help me put it together. Freddie helped me. He took the time to put it together for me and told me if I needed any other help with it to come back! What GREAT customer service. What a GREAT place to buy things.And I love my new backpack sprayer! No pulling sprayer around anymore, no more hard pumping and i can lock the sprayer in so I don't have to keep pushing the trigger down. It's a great buy.

Love this store. We haven't been in since they redid the place but they got a customer for life. Super friendly to myself and my kids. Very attentive to everything I needed and asked about. We went 2 days in a row and they were equally as friendly both trips.
