I had a problem with a crossbow purchased at this location after 40 minutes on the phone with the company that made it , they were going to fix it , that company said to try and return it. Went to Dunhams and got my money back . Ryan, was a great help. Thank you so much Ryan. Boosted my thoughts about the human race.

Went to go pick up my husband's gun he ordered and the guy doing the background check was absolutely rude told me to be quiet and don't say anything more ....and after telling him he was rude he says oh I didn't mean for it to go that way lol dude all but told me to shut up .........

first time i have been in this store since it went in. My daughter wanted some Roller Blades they had pretty wide selection and my daughter was able to get the skates she wanted at a price she could afford. staff was helpful and asked us twice if we needed help, but was kind enough to let us look around in peace when we told them we were fine.

Staff was friendly and courteous. But the condition of the bathrooms for 30 minutes after opening was pretty sad. Good product selection but it would seem they need some staffing help.

Staff seemed friendly and the store had a ton of merchandise, I was looking for a dart dBoard, I found several on the shelves but they had no prices marked on them. I asked for help, the dart board was price checked by an employee. When I got to the register, it rang up a different price which was much higher then the price check the employee got. They refused to sell it to me for the price the employee told me it was. Will think twice about shopping there again.

We stopped here to check out kayaks, they have several different brands and sizes of kayaks along with canoes and even paddle boats. They have a ton of sports apparel and gear here. Definitely check to see if they have any sales going on bc sometimes their sales are bomb!

Pretty well rounded store, knowledgeable staff. Came here for backpacking equipment but they have a really small selection of gear. Only downside to this store I believe is the size, if they had a bigger store and more Stagg it would be an amazing store

Always very helpful and polite staff. Prices aren't really that bad. Selection is pretty good overall. The staff has always been very helpful when I call with questions or if I come in looking for something specific. Buying a firearm has always been stress free here as well. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Starngely, Dunham's has the best selection of men's clothing in Lima, and decently priced. I have also bought shoes, a basketball hoop, a treadmill, and camping supplies here as well. Always satisfied.

The staff member in the gun department knew his products very well. Then, I get to the cashiers & they are so friendly to all the customers, it made for a great experience!!I'll definitely go back!!!

Bad experience! We called ahead to see if they had certain guns, drove an hour plus to purchase these guns as they said they were in stock. We picked out the guns, went through our background checks and were getting ready to pay. All of a sudden they received a phone call that the exact two guns we were in the middle of purchasing were supposed to have been put on layaway as some guy from teledo was on his way there to pick them up. They told us sorry but we cannot sell these guns to you now. No rain check, no discount, no offer to order other guns etc. So because someone decided to take the lazy route at work that day we wasted a bunch of our time for absolutely nothing.

Dunhams is a great place if you’re willing to spend the money to get a great product. I went there and got canoe paddles, great quality. I’ve purchased other small things shoes, shirts, bicycle accessories and everything was of great quality. Thanks Dunham’s! Not many even offer quality.

I drive 35 miles to the store only to find out that the item on sale for the current flyer is not available. The store has not had any for 6 to 8 weeks. Why continuly advertise items you can not put in your store. I did get a copy of the flyer with a written commitment to honor the sale price through September 1st. Thidoes me no good at all,

Not much of a selection on winter coats to choose from but I did find a very nice caterpillar coat and the staff were all very helpful which is why I changed my rating to a 5*. Not much bicycling merchandise.

This is the 3rd time I've tried to use a coupon that was text to me for a promo or sale and when I got to the store the items were excluded from that specific coupon.1 register open for 10 people in line.The manager was busy resorting the hydro flask Lid display, Because that was the most important thing to be done at that time.The aisles are usually a mess With boxes waiting to be unloaded and stocked on the shelves.

Terrible place to shop. I looked for a sales person the entire time I was shopping for Puma shoes. There was not a soul in the store available to assist me. To make matters worse, they had a VERY poor quality selection of Puma women's shoes.

Great sporting goods store. Everything you need for all sports. Excellent fishing department and good hunting/gun department as well (carry both hand guns and long guns on site). Large store with name brand clothing and shoes....Adidas, Nike, Under Armour, ..etc.. Fitness equipment, Golf , Tennis,....Kayaks, you name it. Shop there frequently and love it,.....only complaint is no online sales.

Asked to see the prices of the products in the locked case of mouthguards for my THREE BOYS playing football. Employee came with a key but refused to unlock it to get information for me until I could tell him which one of the (hundred of pegs of products not stocked properly so 2 or 3 items per peg) products I was going to purchase. 🤷‍♀️🤯

Done coming here.If you wear a size XL in hats, shirts, shorts, pants...good luck, they never have this size in stock. They said to try on Wednesdays so I did and still no stock in XL. Their selection is very limited.

Classic case of employees not knowing anything about the department they were put in. The clowns in the firearms section have very little knowledge on the guns in stock. Even my 5 year old niece knows how to read a brochure. Customer service is astonishingly slow. No passion, no effort, lack of knowledge, great job Dunham's

Shoe section is completely ransacked. Everything is out of place, sales aren't well marked if marked at all. Shoes are all out of place and torn apart like it hasn't been organized in days.Tried to pick out a pair of soccer cleats for my son. I picked out a pair where the display shoe was directly above a sign that said $50. When we brought it up to the register it rang up for $80. I told the cashier (who was very polite) they were labled $50 and she called the manager. The manager told us that the tag was meant for a different shoe and wouldn't budge no matter how much we showed her the stuff was out of place. She actually used the section being destroyed as her reason for not giving us listed price. When I pointed out it was her job to make sure the store was in order not mine, she just shrugged.I have 3 children in sports and all 3 need equipment throughout the year. I'll be finding another place to buy it from now on. Very disappointed.If you need any indication of customer service, read down to Cody Peele's review. That's how they view their customers.

Went in last week with husband. Couldnt find anyone to help when we finally did we asked where carts were for all of our stuff and she said oh those are way in the front of store her or other worker didnt offer to go get one for us. We spent alot of money there and wont be going back to complete our gym!
