I Don't like how they treat their employees. I seen a young man go from stocking shelves to helping a customer at the register and they threatened to write him up because he wasn't continuing to stock the shelf's I think that dollar tree is unprofessional I Don't think they r friendly enough I didnt feel comfortable shopping there at all .

Always clean friendly and helpful. The stuffs made in China by enslaved children. If you can handle that, enjoy your trip. I'm dipping out. 5 stars for the store and employees. They rock. But the child slavery happening in the entire world, oh I don't know where to buy from. No stars for that.

Wonderful cashiers, I was asked twice if they could help me find something. A polite greeting was said when I entered the store and a thank you when I was leaving. Great personalities at this location.

This is the best store locally. It is fabulously clean, and has amazing employees who are very nice and friendly. 5 stars all the way around!!! The manager I spoke to and she was so very nice, listening to everything I asked. This manager also took the time to thoroughly explain and answered all my questions!!! I love seeing a store Mgr on the floor stocking and helping everyone. (GM if I am not mistaken) BRAVO

I was happy to find a very nice selection of greeting cards for a good price.The two male employees were very friendly, curtious and helpful.I even had the pleasure of listening to one of them sing while he was stocking shelves. Very nice voice 😊The best shopping experience I've had in a long time.

I had taken my daughter shopping she wanted to stop at the dollar tree she shopped with a basket when she checked out she left the basket. Every where else we went and she used a basket they ask not to put it back so it can be sanitized well this cashier was rude and was very ignorant to my daughter about it. If you are not sanitizing the carts or baskets then maybe the health department should step in. I was there on Tuesday around 11:30 and the cashier had long red hair. Very disappointed and hope nobody gets sick from your store and the lack of cleaning and sanitizing in this time of a pandemic. Maybe more training

This place is really a gem in plain sight! So many unique things for $1!Seasonal decorations and trinkets that other stores sell for so much more, basic crafting supplies, thank you cards, birthday cards, holiday decor and household items, ....I could go on.... All for $1. Now just keep in mind, sometimes the quality of an item isn't what the $10+ counterpart is but if you shop smart and use common sense you will be pleasantly surprised and save a lot of $$!

Clean and organized store, friendly and knowledgeable workers, you can find just about anything you need, and everything is $1. Frozen food items taste really good, they have a wide variety of different things. I especially like this location since it's usually easier to get in and out of. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area

Dollar Tree is always a barrel of fun ...everything costs one dollar and I always have a blast looking for goodies! The N. Lima store is very clean and well-organized. The staff members are very friendly and eager to assist. And when you finish shopping, head next door to Duncan Donuts for some goodies as a reward forbeing such a smart shopper!

I witnessed one of your cashier's by the name of Paula disrespect and treat a customer in the most horrific manner, I can't believe you allow your employees to talk to customers this way. Paula was way out of line in the way she fought with gave dirty looks to and threw items to each customer in line. Shame shame.

It's a dollar tree every thing costs a dollar or less. Ever been to a dollar tree before? It's exactly like that one. They are all the same I have no complaints but also not much impressed me. It does have a refridgerated section though which is cool. Much to my surprise I think even had name brand products in the coolers over all I'm kind of glad it's there as the town is a primarily low income town so folks that are barely getting by can now afford some half decent food.

Cheap. Clean. Friendly. North Lima location. The Salem location is totally opposite. Dirty. Cashier handed me a bag to bag my own items after rolling her eyes that I asked for my item to be bagged. Argued with me the whole while I left the store. Mgr didn't do a thing. I've tried for 2 weeks to contact District Mgr with no luck.

Very clean. Great selection. I find things here that i don't find at other Dollar Trees. They are neatly organized and displayed and dust-free. Everytime i go, there are the same people working who are very helpful.

This place always is full of items. It seems they will have items that the other Dollar tree will not have. Whenever I'm down that way I always drop in to see what they have in stock. Sadly they did not have what I was looking for.

I went in knowing just what I needed. I found the items right where I expected to find them. There were 2 employees talking with each other in the end aisle while I waited for a minute or so at the register. One of them came to the register and checked me out quickly and accurately.

I like the North Lima dollar tree as it feels a little bit bigger than the Salem store. Clean and people are always friendly. Easy to get in and out

This is always a quick and easy stop I always find everything I need it's not really wheelchair-accessible I guess the door is wide enough but it's not an automatic door it would be a difficult process there is a restroom the staff is always friendly I think that's about it give me a thumbs up if this was at all helpful thanks!

Like I said before I shop all 3 stores. East liverpool store, Calcutta Store and North Lima store and they have everything that you need. And they will help you find anything if you asked.

I love the dollar tree. I swear I could walk in for absolutely nothing and walk out with 30 dollars worth of stuff. I'm not capable of passing up something incredibly cute for a dollar.
