This is by far the filthiest store I've been in ..I needed to use the restroom....it's been years since this room has seen a mop..toilet was just running...the entire store is absolutely filth! I asked ghe guy behind register a question and he never even acknowledged my existence! I walked out..didn't spend a penny! I'll never enter this place again! Disgusting!

Amazing customer service from Haylee! Super nice and great with knowing where everything is. Great cashier! Definitely a keeper. Makes coming there way more enjoyable. She’s had some rude people write bad reviews and I don’t understand why. Amazing employee! Keep her!!!

I don't know where to begin so I'll keep it short and sweet the Isles are always cluttered and depending on the time and day you might get professionalism from the staff that work at the store Stephanie when working doesn't seem to care if the store associates wear masks or not and seeing as how she's the store manager you would think she would be better at doing her job Topanga however seems to enjoy her job she's another manager by the way always smiling and always wearing the proper PPE as well as ensuring that the rest of the associates follow suit she's very polite to customers and always making sure that the store is being organized whenever she works

It's a Dollar general not much more to say a lot of different products that are off brand for the most part for a very cheap price. they have insane sales where they sell things that are a lot cheaper than they normally are, every now and then I like going here when I need something that I know that they will have. Kinda like a mini Walmart. Good quick stop!

Everyone that works here seem like they absolutely hate their job. It's customarily for your cashier to not speak to you at all. Sometimes not even for a total of your purchase. Also, one employee at all times. Side note; why is it that every dollar general smells like they spilt tide all over the place and stock is never put away? It's a tripping or dying hazard.

Went to the Dollar Store in cridersville Ohio. The person there was rude and actually yelling at a customer. The poor customer was in tears as she left the store. As long as that person is working there I will not be going back there.

Always affordable with friendly service and smiling employees. They were very gracious and nice despite me coming in ten minutes before closing time tonight. This is by far one of the best locations in our area..imo.

Both times I visited this store it was in poor condition. Boxes all over the floor. It looked like they were trying to stock shelves. Maybe they don't have enough help or poor management.

THIS IS GETTING REAL OLD.first of all, I moved here a couple months ago and go to this DG often.Last week I went in to buy some stuff, went to the clearance rack and grabbed some things. Got up front for the lady to tell me the things wernt actually on clearance cause of the wrong dot. Which ok, accept out of the 1/4 isle that's 50% off with a purple dot, 99% of the items above the signs are not purple and the purple items (cups) are tucked in the back.IT'S WRONGthe same transaction I had to tell the lady one of the items that actually was on sale.NOW today I go in and go to the 50% isle (not the for isle) and grab some things. I get stuff here all the time. It's 50% off the marked price. Of course the lady argues with me and says that was only for the weekend, and when my gf went back to check, there's nothing there that says only for the weekend. I always get stuff from there.So yeahSTOP SCAMMING PEOPLESTOP MAKING IT A PUZZLE TO BUY THINGS

The one on Shawnee Road is always a cluttered mess. Not sometime but always. The next nearest one in Cridersville is near as a pin. Both have good value an amazingly wide selection of things and it is so convenient. Shawnee Road is just a cluttered mess

Worst customer service experience ever!!!!! female working the cash register needs to be re-trained. Poor attitude, literally spoke no words whatsoever... just left around 6 pm Sunday 10/13/18. Shawnee rd and Lockport rd location. Do better!!!!!!
