I visited this location recently (May 19th) and was there at 8am (as soon as they opened). Upon entering, they had not yet turned on all of the lights, although they unlocked the doors for entry. The store was dirty and looked fairly disorganized with various items on the floor in different locations. Upon checking out, neither employee came to the front to ensure the customers' transactions were going smoothly or to offer assistance. I was not at all impressed and would not recommend this location. It appeared as if no one is holding this location accountable and that it is going downhill. It was obvious, given the time of my visit and the condition of the store, that whoever closed the store didn't give two craps about its appearance or cleanliness. They are in desperate need of an intervention!

Pretty decent store, I like their setup with the soda/chip area when you walk in. The rest of the store is pretty nice, too. Place is normally clean, though, once in a while, you'll have to step over products that they're putting out that are sitting on the floor. Not a big deal for me, but could be for others.The saddest thing is they stated they are getting rid of the self scan register. They stated it was due to lots of theft going on, which I fully believe. It is sad that it had to come to that for them, I enjoyed that, when the line is long or the people in front of you had lots of items, and I only had a few things, makes it inconvenient. Of course, that is no fault of the store, but to those who just can't seem to not rip off a store that is already generally affordable. So adjust your shopping time when in the store.All in all, always will be back to this location.

Cashier who I've never seen before, white woman, brown hair and fake lashes (I think she believes she's African american) was very rude. When I asked he if she knew where a item was, she Looked at me like I was crazy and just pointed and said it should be over there. Unlike the other cashiers in the daytime who would actually go and help you look. I visit this store regularly and the two cashiers in there wouldn't stop talking and cussing the whole time I was I there. This was sun Feb 19 at 8:30 pm. Both should be fired they have 0 customer service.. no wonder the shelves are empty the employees were too busy running their mouths instead of working. To replenish the shelves.

This is the Dollar general that is closest to my house so it is the one I frequent most. That is about to change because lately the staff has been short and rude. I went in today and they acted like they didn't want to wait on me because they have a self-checkout now. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but both employees were stocking shelves. I rang the bell and no one answered so I squeezed the pig that they have at the front counter that makes noise. The girl came up in a huff and had the meanest look on her face. I told her I wasn't trying to be annoying I didn't think anyone heard the bell because they didn't answer and I had heard one of the employees tell another customer they couldn't hear the bell. She was really snappy with me and said " oh we heard it!!" She acted like I was bothering her.The last time I was in there, l had alcohol in my cart and it was a Sunday. There is nothing on the shelf saying they don't sell Wine on Sunday. A different employee yanks it off of the counter and throws it in a pile behind her register without telling me why. I had to ask what the deal was. Maybe the employees would be in a better mood if the company would fix the air conditioning in the building. The last time I was in there, it was unbearably hot.

Just was told to leave for telling the two girls they had customers standing in line. Response was there’s a bell they can ring it. How about you do your job it’s called customer service. She then told me to leave and don’t come back and then said she will call the cops. Very professional. Oh and a hand written sign on the door that says cash only but can use cards at self check out.

Like know why hardly nobody at counter win you go in there . You got go looking for somebody to help you it's always so clutter with box's . Not stock shelf's .

Affordable, go to place for many household necessities. Staff usually is always friendly and helpful store is a bit crowded with displays and what not and carts are not easily able to be navigated through the aisles, which is necessary when I'm shopping because I have a baby.

It seems like every time I get to know where everything is, they change the darn store. Now once again I have to spend a half hour looking for what I want.What happened to, get in and get out. Now you have these incredible lines. But they usually do have what I want.

Love their store,n,their sales,especially their $1 aisle,can usually buy large bottles of body spray n perfumes,if n stock for a $1 and also more household cleaning items,$1,ads well as many etc items,saves u money buying elsewhere at higher prices.

Almost always only have one person at register and at least 5 people in line, aisles are crowded and floors are dirty. Good things are the low prices and that they usually have what I'm looking for

They will sell you a Mylar balloon even though they are knowingly out of helium. Please STOP telling customers they can "get it filled up elsewhere". Due to the price increase of helium tanks, the other corporations only have enough helium for their OWN mylar balloons. Dollar general knows this fact. The customers are NOT actually able to finish your job, and no one wants to buy their own tanks for one or two balloons. Stop doing that to them. Thanks!

Cheap can get stuff here and there but one time this lady/work tird takeing some shorts but its not that much of a problem i don't really care if know what i mean but Karen whould have askd for the manager so hide

They've rearranged all there products here & for being an older store , it looks spectacular & very well kept . Some of the other stores in town Should swing by and take some notes , LoL!

Believe it or not this is the best one. The employees are friendly, helpful and can make conversation. The store is orderly, clean and easily accessible to all people/ handicapped included.
