Don't bother getting a cart because you can't get it down any of the aisles, absolutely no organization and the staff are rude and seem to catch an attitude when you don't use the self-service register.

Interesting experience with stuff all over the floor. Not employees fault but apparently a fight had occurred in the store just before I walked in. Still carts all over & aisles blocked. I don't know why they can't figure out how to stock their aisles without blocking the aisle for shoppers. And the male cashier with rainbow hair is rude & pays no attention to you. Too busy trying to talk to his fellow employees & manager & pays no attention to his customers. I had to turn the bagging wheel myself to get all my items.

This Particular store is by far, the most unorganized disaster Ive ever been too. Merchandise bin thingys are always in the aslies full of the products we spend our hard earned money on, while the shelves they go on are empty. Nothing is ever where its supposed to be. when you ask an employee if they have what youre looking to buy, ive been told on more than one occasion, that they dont know what they have in stock or don't. This place basically looks like the worst thrift store you can imagine and definitely not like any of the other dollar general stores in this town. This store needs to be managed, cleaned and definitely over seen alot more than it is right now.

Unbelievable. What a disaster of a store. Worst location that I have ever seen. Doesnt corporate ever read these reviews or visit this location? This location is a disaster and has been for years. They don't stalk, but can stand up front and talk, shelves are a disaster, boxes and merchandise always all over the floor. It looks like they have no manager. This is not because of the Coronavirius. This location has been like this for years. The only reason I step foot in this store is because it's just a block away from me.

I'm here 3+ times a week 🤷🏻‍♀️ and every time the staff is the friendliest and always so helpful...Even over the phone they will drop what they're doing to go check if an item is in stock for me! DG is the first place I look for almost everything! Also love that there are so many of them! You're bound to be close to one no matter what side of town your on😊

I visit this store on a once or twice a month bases. The main reason is so I can add money to a prepaid credit card. At the counter I recognize the cashier as a fairly new employee (at the max, 2 mo) she was the one who rang me up the previous month. Hand her the card & tell her the amount to add & she says pretty much the same thing from the previous month. "I don't know what to do"? Luckily, I do. So I lead her through the 3 step process & successful add money to my account. I don't exactly want to put all the responsibility on the cashier because she genuinely reacted like no one ever trained her properly. If this situation happens next month DG you might just receive a job application from me. I'll take cashier or management. As you can see from above I am qualified for both positions..

This Dollar General needs shut down until they can get stocked, shelves are empty everywhere Boxes stacked everywhere! Product all-over the floor! More Product keeps coming in and the prior shipment still not put out! Need a 3rd shift stocking crew in there getting it in shape and need a manager that knows how to take charge and get things done, i should have taken pictures its a mess!

This place used to be 1 of my top 5 "go to" stores but here recently its taken a nose dive! Oh let's not forget to mention how they've been closed for the past 2 days with no signage saying so! I understand ppl dont wanna work but geez at least put something up saying it's closed.

Last several months too many empty shelves. Carts full of boxed product in isles or end of isles. I live near so I want to spend my money in the area. It appears staff can't stock n cashier. Need to get caught up on stocking then maybe staff can do both jobs. Seems like they would high theft with some opened boxes all over. Staff are friendly but customers need items.

I feel like we're being taking over by all these stores 😁There are only 3 stores that are actually organized and neat. It makes it so nice to be able to go in and actually browse without having to avoid things in the way.

They make me take off my biking bag(which is a very small) at the door but women can carry a purse. I'M a cyclist it has my tools, water, and money so I don't feel fine when I have to drop my gear.

I come here often. Usually I find what I need right away but couldn't this time. The lady who helped me to find the item was very helpful though!

It's a very convenient convenience store. It needs mowed, but they apparently "already have someone." Still looks like garbage. I hope the city charges them.

Hard to get down some of the Isles because they always have carts down them and no one really putting stuff away. Is like they don't have enough help to stock the shelves
