The ice cream is always great, the prices are a little high. This location could definitely use more outdoor eating space and shade. Also the whole building could be renovated maybe something colorful and modern.

Thank you guys so much for my experience today! My mom and I came to the DQ on Allentown Rd in Lima this afternoon about 2:45 pm after trying to get ice cream at Baskin Robbins on Cable Rd and coming out with nothing but horrible service (check my review on BR on their Google site and understand why). Even though there was several customers in front of the store and only 3 employees at DQ today, we managed to get waited on, placed our order, and received it in less than 5 minutes. The guy who helped us was a nice gentleman. When waiting on my Brownie Oreo Earthquake sundae, he asked if I wanted whipped topping on it, which I did, and he made it rain whipped topping and Oreos on my sundae! That was the best royal treat I’ve ever had at a DQ! I’m from Findlay and our DQ doesn’t have that sundae sadly. Will recommend this location for ice cream in Lima to anyone:)

What happened to their quality and service?! Smashed lids on blizzards with ice cream running down the sides and instead of them wiping it off this young lady says the napkins are in front of me. Hands me a mess. Never coming back I will take a drive to Delphos creamery for now on. Worst service ever.

Terrible customer service. Food is usually ok. Girl acted like I was dumb for asking for the new blizzard flavor.....stupid me. I'll definitely be going to Shawnee if I ever feel the need to get DQ again.

For one the people who you all have working can not get a order right to save them. Asked for nacho cheese and get sliced cheese. and my sandwich was a joke and the kicker is there is no one to talk to about this. So you truly need to burn the place to ground. For the people there are a joke.

Good food. Is a franchise so the blizzard comes in a baby size or medium. I didn't like that. I like to get a large blizzard and eat over a few days.

Worst service and ice cream I've ever had. My blizzard came looking worse than vomit. Then they failed to mention that they didnt have chocolate ice cream until they handed me a vanilla cone. Absolutely terrible.
