7/14/2023...Stopped by for ice cream with the family to celebrate my Mom's birthday a little early, since we were in town visiting my sister & her. We all enjoyed our ice cream. My Mom and I enjoy our shredded chicken sandwiches. Service was good.

2/29/2024 I called at 9:21 PM to see if they had an item. Female answered and stated they did. I was on my way, pulled in at 9:32 PM and they were closed. At least she could have told me they were going to close early.Sign on the drive through speaker stated they were open until 9:45 PM. And, hours on recording stated they were open until 10PM.Not good customer service!!

First, what kind of DQ doesn’t serve anything grilled or fried? No burgers, no fries… my wife said her footlong tasted funny and my shredded chicken was a dry lump that seemed like it had been sitting for days and then microwaved. Horrible experience

They don't have a traditional menu or offer the full range of sizes, they have water leaks in their ceilings when it rains and it smells gross in the store. They also don't do the upside down flip on their blizzards, which is honestly a disappointment. I'm shocked they can franchise Dairy Queen without keeping up to the corporate standards or ever updating their store. I definitely recommend just driving the additional 15 minutes and going to the one in Wapakoneta.

Always love coming home to Lima for a DQ Crunch Cone in a cup since Atlanta's DQs do not have them. Such a treat! 😋 🍴

The services is fast, blizzards are always good, but the man the food is baaad. It’s gone downhill the last few years and the flavor is no longer good, especially not as advertised on the menu. Only recommend going for blizzard, never had a bad experience with those.

Isn’t frozen hot chocolate suppose to be creamy? I couldn’t drink it. What ever syrup they used they used the slushy ice, no milk. I thought it would be like the moo latte. Plus if you want whip cream on top of anything you have to ask, they don’t offer. Nothing looks like the pictures

Poor closing arrangements! Was in the drive thru at 9:15 p.m. was at the speaker at 9:28p.m. and was told they had taken their last order. There we sat in a line of traffic could not go anywhere and didn't have an order! Lost this customer for good! Hefner Dairy Barn is the place to go!!!

Boy this place has really gone down hill. Dirty bathrooms that smelled like a cespool, no refills on drinks, over 3 bucks for a small nacho and small pop, dirty front glass, and instead of giving us a water cup my missus had to get it out of a sports cooler like a high schooler. Poor taste even for fast food joint. If i could give a 1/10 star i would.

This Dairy Queen reminds me of the 80's they need to remodel it and it's the only Dairy Queen that I know that don't sell burgers. A chicken basket no food besides ham and cheese they need to come up in the world. It is 2023 but it's only Dairy Queen that I know that don't have. Nothing. They need to tear down this Dairy Queen and rebuilt it new and serve all types of food like all dairy queen's do...

Always a classic on a hot summer day, and their footlong hotdogs are always good, even if you want them later. Their seasonal flavors are always good, and their employees are always polite and helpful.

This place is kind of hidden. But the staff is young and not really that friendly I ordered a hot dog meal for lunch since she didn't ask if I wanted sauce ketchup mustard or anything on my hot dog I figured it came with sauce but I got it it pulled off and nope had a dog on a bun and that was it. But now I know. And I will definitely go back so I gave a 5 star

No grill. Crock pot sandwiches. No refills in soft drinks and they fill the cup at least three fourths full of ice. Dirty bathroom.

Great place to grab a ice cream. It's so laid-back very nice picnic tables around the place mostly in the nice shade 😎 alot of 🔥 hot rod's classic car's come up it's just a really nice daily queen that draws you back to your childhood when the family 👪 would get together ❤ for a nice place for a dessert great experience 5 stars all the way ..

At the last minute my daughter requested an all chocolate ice cream cake for her birthday. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went in and they had an awesome selection and the girl behind the counter was so helpful and nice. She even offered to write a message for me and made sure she helped me pick a color that matched the candles. And it was really really good. She was very happy!

This store does not offer much selection in the way of sandwiches. Barbecue pulled pork, hot dogs,etc. No grill or French frier is available like other franchises. Charged for lg. instead of small sundae. Got that corrected. Handed out sundae and it was completely smeared on the outside with gooey chocolate, so I had that to deal with in the car. Not a stellar experience. Food was okay nothing great.

Shake and Blizzard were not mixed well. Drive thru team did not greet or say thank you or make eye contact. But, it's open in February for your ice cream cravings.

3 of us Went today. Only 2 of us got what we asked for. Even though paid for all 3. Lady with us asked for her ice cream to be put in a cup and they ignored her and put in a coneAll young kids working, worrying more about their phone than the customer. May be a long time before I return there.

My daughter and I came in for blizzards last night. The store had a horrible sewer smell. Also the floor had ice cream and chocolate all over. No way we could have eaten there. We took our order to go and while the service and ice cream itself was fine, I'm not very excited to return here.

Went through drive thru. Bought a carton of Dilly Bars. They did not taste very good. I think they changed the recipe? Plus you can't get any fried food here like breaded tenderloin.

i’m usually never the type of person to write reviews like this, but here we are. don’t get me wrong, their ice cream is good, but 90% of the time (no exaggeration) our order is wrong. we always order the same exact thing, and our order is either missing something or just completely wrong. not to mention the fact that the entire facility is run by teenagers.

The ice cream was amazing. I got a mini royal Oreo and I fully recommend it. I tho k the non-ice cream menu could be improved. There are so many hot dogs but nothing like fries or cheese curds that I saw.

Pumpkin pie blizzards are wonderful!! The only thing I would suggest is that the employees need to wipe off the side of the cup. I've purchased these a couple of times now and they have Pumpkin puree dripping down the side.

Horrible experience. We asked for two medium mint oreo blizzard we got two mini chocolate blizzards. I had to go through the drive and ask them to correct it and even though we opened one of the blizzards the girl asked for it back and she didn't even throw it away. Not only is that gross but it's worse during a pandemic! Probably not gonna hit this place up it was unfriendly and the teens are gross.
