They have more of a selection than the last time I was there. Plenty of room in the aisles, clean, and well lit. I was able to find a shepherds hook and solar lights for next to nothing. Overall, happy with the trip.

I bought some lamps that had clearance stickers on them sitting on a clearance rack with other things on clearance. I ended up buying the 2 lamps, some towels and dog toys. When I got home I was ripping the tag off the lamps and noticed the price underneath was cheaper than the clearance price I paid. I took them into the store the following day to ask about it. The manager was completely rude right away. All she had to say was oh those were a mark up not a mark down. I asked is this really how you guys do business? She rudely raised her voice at me and said yes the price went up. I explained where I found them and how everything else with that same sticker was clearance. She said well we didn't have any white ones left so it's yellow and everyone's prices do go up. It really was her rude & snoody tone of voice that made me tell her I won't be coming back to shop. Definitely could of been handled better with where I found them and the tag.

St. Mary's store was very nice clean store, lima east gate not so much. The employees were extremely rude. I actually heard one of them sigh in annoyance that I asked for help finding an item. Sad thing is, they didn't even know where the item was either!

Comforters are thin, short, & not heavy like my grandma used to have..very disappointed.Also, Please do not purchase the DUO MATTRESS GEL FOAM TOPPER unless chemical smells like formaldehyde & the rest that are being used in them does not bother you.Buy at your own risk.Bad Experience & I do not recommend them.Yes, it's very...comfortable & feels like you are sleeping on a cloud, but if you don't mind the chemical smells that causes headaches, burning skin, burning eyes & rashes to name a few side effects, then you will be okay.The chemical smells take at least 30~45 days to offgas. If you or your loved ones have allergies, this is not a good buy, especially for the elderly.Manufacturers are not regulated to not use these chemicals.From research & speaking to plant based bedding salesmen, upon their expertise & advice it is best to buy the kind that retards smell.I pray this helps someone.

Big Lots usually has what I need without costing a fortune. They also have those items you look everywhere for or they have that odd-ball thing that I can take and make into what I want. I just recently returned an item because I discovered I didn't need it after all. The customer service was so good. We also just recently bought several items of Christmas decor that are beautiful!

Tina at the lima store was very nice and helpful. I tried the survey on the receipt but it had ended. I love the selection, found things I didn't think in a million years they would have ,for really good prices. Tina helped me with my items cause I was wearing a sling. She needs a raise.

My husband and I came from Piqua to buy some outdoor furniture after verifying with Scott that they had the merchandise. While we were in the store we asked him to check on some more pieces and to our delight they had the rest of the set! Thank you Scott for all your help!

Wife and I bought a mattress from there last month, reasonable price. The store always has good home products, health and beauty products, and the store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and nice when we go in there. Definitely recommend the place.

They are their own store, off brand, strange, unusual, that is why I like them, you never hear them compared to Wally World, similar, but different enough. We find different foods there that we don't find anywhere else

They need more workers... the help that I received by sue was top of the line but she had 10 customers in furniture to deal with at the same time she was trying to help me load up my furniture. Her name tag said assistant manager 20 years of service so I know she had manager issues to deal with as well as everone in furniture. 5 stars for sue but 2 for the owner/ who ever sets schedule.

Our local Big Lots store is a wonderful place to visit. They have many items that many stores do not carry. We went shopping for bedding four brand new bed purchase and could not find sheet sets pillow cases or comforters at a reasonable cost. Thrift suggestion we stopped at Big Lots and found everything that we needed at a reasonable cost thank you Big Lots
